Jake & Natasha provided me with fabulous customer service! I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon after being charged a ridiculously high bill. Not only were they able to lower my bill but they even let me participate in last week’s T-Mobile Tuesday’s and gifted both of my dogs beautiful collars. In addition to that they were able to refund the fees I paid to Verizon when I paid off my phone. I would highly recommend getting serviced by them. They made my day.

Had a couple quick questions about my service that I have had for 19 years. Decided to visit this location while knowing they close at 6PM but made it in at 5:35 PM. I guess the employee thought I was going to ruin her day because when I asked Hi, how are you? was greeted with Were closing soon, whats up?! My wife and I left. Wish that was the end of the story but returning to our car, we heard her screaming from the store with the door already closed. Ive had horrible customer service in the past and have never felt the need to write a review until now - this is my first.

Terrible. made me wait two hours while serving yt people, and telling them that i dont matter when they questioned why they werent helping me. terrible management, poor time management skills, customer service skills, and poor management of job duties.

Mom had terrible experience where ppl didn’t know what the f they were talking about trying to switch her from simple mobile and when they said zip code was wrong they could’ve simply called them and asked what it was. Why call headquarters before simple mobile

I had an absolutely awesome experience during my visit yesterday to this store. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking to switch their service, or even current t-mobile/sprint customers. My mother and I, who have had the same service (a different company) for over 8 years, and haven’t bought a new phone in over 6 years, went in with little to no experience or with any knowledge of how the process worked. I was nervous about making such a large purchase for myself, and the 3 employees who helped me were all professional, understanding and beyond helpful! Their names are James, Eric and Clarence. Their store Manager, Jairo must be doing a great job, as having a team that works together seamlessly like that reflects on how they were trained and the standard that he holds his employees to. I made sure to let the store manager know how pleased I was with my service team, and I will also be letting corporate know as well. For once, it is nice to be able to come onto google reviews and boast about GOOD service! :) A++++ * * * * *

This is not a real TMobile store. Its a random company which sells t mobile phones. Go to the corporate store on wolf Rd. The kids they hire have no business background or proffesionalism.Just kids from around the area. The staff are extremely rude and have horrible attitudes.

Great place to go! Excellent service & if I have a problem they are right there to help me out! If I have a question about using my new phone they do their best to show me how to do it!Dave, the manager, helped me to get my phone that included a tablet as well. Im very happy with both my new phone & my new tablet! (My tablet is my first!)I can openly & honestly say I a recommending T Mobile & the store in the Hannaford Shopping Center to everyone! They are a super great team in this location! 😊

Bald dude was very rude and didnt even clean my phone correctly when replacing a warrantied glass screen protector that now has a bunch of bubbles and cant be fixed without removing the protector which cant be reattached. Was very rude to all the customers being impatient and cursing. Did was clearly mad about something and took it out on everyone else. Dont be spiteful.

I have really bad experience at this store. They are so rude to their customer. Me and my others 7 friends want to join T mobile and we are the new customers so we went over there but one girl over there she was so rude and didnt give any information. We changed our mind and we joined Verizon. Their representatives are so good. They gave us really good information on plans and different deals. I also recommend my many friends to Join Verizon and they were also so happy with Verizon. so we never ever go with T-mobile.

The new TMobile store at 900 Central Ave sent out 20 dollar gift cards to local residents to be used for paying a bill or use it towards a new accessory.Not the case.Upon arrival of the new store and trying to use the Gift Card /Promo to take 20 dollars off my bill the Rep said it wasnt valid and was for new customers only.False advertising seeing it states in bold white letters on the promo that it could be used towards a bill.Had to call 611 to get the promo validated.Nice way to start up a new location by lying to customers.

Do not come here. Was consistently told by their employees that equipment that came with the plan didnt add anything to our bill and come to find out that they lied to us. By the time we figured out weve been charged for it, we were over our buyers remorse time frame. Disappointing, misleading, and dishonest business. Terrible practice.

Awful terrible rude service. One gentleman (employee) was berating a woman (customer) for forgetting her password. The other gentleman (employee) was beyond rude. I will not be going to this location again. Wow.
