Cricket is amazing, and the women working there are the bomb, it’s really beneficial having reliable service and be treated kindly during any visit with them.

Megan at the Crossgates mall cricket shop is the best I used to deal with her in the Catskill store and I followed her to Albany. Because she is a very good customer service she’s inviting knowledgeable and knows her sales and knows the products. Cricket should have more employees like Megan in their establishments.

Covid-19 has not been easy for anyone. This cricket wireless service within the crossgates mall wouldnt help me contact customer care. If cricket wireless service was still on North Pearl Street that store and those employees were exceptional at this location. Helping their clients to the fullest. Unfortunately this cricket wireless made absolutely no efforts but excuses. No good business whatsoever. A scale of 1 to 10 they lucky to get 1 from me.

The worst most embarrassing moment ever. I have enjoyed my service but those kiosk workers really need a lesson in professional conduct. Past three four times I’ve visit has been about how much they can milk from me $$ Manager sez to me (Dave or dan I don’t remember) “ this charger cost $30 but I’ll give it to you for 20$.I look on the box it’s priced $19.99. IKR.Another time girl get a attitude because I asked her to swap my SIM card. She did give me an extra device and suggest I do it myself but with great malice and unnecessary attitude.

Professional, courteous and friendly service all at the best price. Been a cricket family for 2+ years (ATT network). Stopped by and spoke to district manager Mike about replacing my son’s iPhone. Mike and store manager Courtney worked with us to evaluate our needs and suggested an incredibly fair priced replacement. So satisfied with their service that I decided to buy wife a new phone as well. Honest, friendly, professional service and saved hundreds compared to other retailers!
