My husband and I had a great experience with Hutchinson Toyota. The Tacoma TRD Truck that we wanted, was not in stock at this dealership... it had just been sold earlier in the day, of our first visit. Our Sales rep, Alan Bent located the next Army Green TRD that was scheduled for delivery and put us on the list to receive it. Alan kept us in the loop along the way, as we awaited its arrival, and again contacted us the day it was in transit to the dealership. Alan was very knowledgeable about our vehicle electronics and all of the features, and assisted us in setting up and initializing the majority of those features. Alan guided us through the buying process, explained all of the warranty and financing information, and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.

We had a wonderful experience yesterday at Toyota. We went to see about getting a new vehicle but didn’t have to get one. And our sales man Alan Bent was fantastic! He was not pushy on us getting a vehicle. He simply showed us some vehicles told us about them and said at the end of the day it’s our money and our choice if we aren’t happy with the car don’t get it! Service department excelled! We scheduled an appointment. Then used the night drop box. They took care of everything we requested. They communicated when necessary. We picked it up after work at our own convenience. There was no hassle, no waiting, and no one trying to up sale.

Beware of trade in offers with this dealership. Not only did they offer $6500 less on my trade than a competing dealership, but they didn’t want to tell me what they were going to give me for my car until I had to get rude. These people obviously feel they can take advantage of a woman that comes in by herself. I took my business across town and purchased a much nicer car where I was treated with respect. I suggest you do the same.

This is by far the best dealership I have been to. I was immediately helped ( and not in an overly pushy/sales way ) and everyone was very nice. Kinsey was my saleswoman and I was so impressed with her knowledge on the vehicles. She spent time with me to try and find the perfect fit for me. Horrible Service Department!!! Would recommend anyone to try the Local Junkyards first for spare parts and find a good, quality shade tree mechanic to do your work. Youd be better off and wont have to take out a second mortgage on your house just to be able to pay to get horrible Service and possibly more damage done to your vehicle than what you came in with! This photo represents what $900 worth of work will get you at Hutchinson Toyota, a subpar patch job and a couple of unnecessary back & forth trips to the establishment, instead of fixed and replaced as requested!
