Ive never heard of Pacific Auto Sales but they popped up online with the motorcycle Ive been looking for. I was a bit put off when I saw they sell cars, trucks, bikes, trailers etc. and figured I would be dealing with your run of the mill pushy car salesman. We stopped to look at a quad and the salesman was very friendly. Left us alone to check it out but was available to help, if needed. I took one star off because he didnt know the warranty info and said that was the finance departments job. He should have known that, IMHO.

I bought a car and it immediately started having a horrible clicking sound in the dash. I called and asked if they would fix it for me and they claimed they did but the problem did not go away, and they exposed that the rotors also needed replaced and quoted me $300 for the replacement. I called less than a week after the repair to say the problem was not solved and they scheduled it to be looked at. The quoted me another almost $400 to fix it so I went and talked to the sales manager, Bryan, who assured me he would take care of it and i should expect a call back soon. They called me back to tell me they’re not doing anything about it and there’s nothing I can do. They also claimed they “assumed” what the second clicking sound was and didn’t ever tinker with the car, but ever since they saw it the problem has been worse.

Love it!!! Bought my first brand new motorcycle from these people and they were amazing. They didnt have anything in stock that was short enough for me so they special ordered a motorcycle just so I could look at it no strings attached. I bought it!!! It was perfect for me. 🥰🥰🥰

I went in to look at their truck selection with no intentions on buying anything yesterday. I’ve gone to probably 5 or 6 Different dealerships to look at trucks and they didn’t have very many and everyone was trying to get me into a truck I didn’t like. Marcus at South Pacific spent time with me understanding what it was I really wanted and with their great selection of trucks found 3 for me to drive. My teenage daughter bought her first car ever from this dealership. As soon as she brought it home it started making a very distracting sound coming from the dash. The dealership said they would fix it for free since the problem was clearly there before she purchased the car. She brought the car back and they said they fixed it but they did not. The problem was worse. She brought it back a second time and after diagnostics they said it would cost her nearly $400 to repair it. I was with her when she spoke to the manager, Brian, and he reassured both of us that since it was a pre-existing issue they will definitely fix it for free. Well now they are refusing to fix it again leaving her with a car loan for a vehicle that is nearly too distracting to drive because of this annoying noise coming from the dash. I will not be purchasing any of my future vehicles from them. Should have went to Kiefer Kia.

I am very pleased with the service that I experienced today! Ray started me off on Monday by answering all of the questions I had over the phone. He was friendly and informative. Marcus helped me today with my car selection (Ray was off). Not only did he help me pick up the perfect car for me but he worked with the finance department to find a GREAT deal (I have really bad credit). All was smooth and I left the lot with a beautiful brand new, pre owned car! I will recommend to anyone!

Best buying experience Ive ever had! I brought my 21 year old son, with very little riding experience, in to buy his first motorcycle here. Not only was Marcus knowledgeable and professional, but he also offered to deliver the motorcycle to our home in Salem so my son wouldnt have to brave I-5 on his first ride! South Pacific Has the BEST STAFF. I came in on a time crunch with my tire lights on. They worked me in quickly to make sure I was safe to get back on the road and I was able to make it to my work meeting in time 🙌🏽 They also advised me on the best time to buy new tires and sensors because they had a sale coming up and knew I could save some money if I held out a little longer. Truly exceptional service. They made me feel like they cared about my time and appreciated my business. You can buy tires ANYWHERE but I choose where I go for the exceptional service. Thanks guys ❤️

I wanted to know how much theyd buy my used car for (low mileage, excellent condition). After literally walking around it saying every negative thing they could think of, they wouldnt even give me a price! They used every psychological trick in the book to make me feel like my car wasnt worth anything. Truly disgusting.

My wife and I own two cars purchased from Saul. Both cars are running great, one for almost a decade and going strong. I have had little to no issues mechanically with either vehicle. We had an issue with the breaks on the older vehicle that my wife drives, it was taken care of quickly. The service center is fantastic! Before buying my second car from South Pacific, I had many mechanical issues with a Honda bought from a Salem dealer. Jessie and the service staff took care of everything. My only regret is going to Salem instead of getting my second car from South Pacific sooner. Better call Saul! Jessie is great too!

Went out truck shopping and tried a couple places before ending up at South Pacific. The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, and Marcus got us into a nice Toyota Tundra. Once we knew we wanted it, Ray worked with us to get an incredible deal. It’s a family company, and we recommend it to anyone in the surrounding area.

Ray is awesome!! He is helping my husband and I buy a motorcycle and is fantastic at his job. He really listened and cared about our needs.

Turns out they over charged us 4 grand for the car. They cleared the engine codes and lied about the service done to the car. The engine was bone dry on oil the internal cluster shorted out all four bearings needed replacing same with the front struts and the fuel gauge isnt fully functional. When confronted they denied clearing the codes and said none of the work was covered by the warranty and I had to pay out of pocket half the price they charged for the car just in immediate repairs. Theyre a shady dealership and will take advantage at the first opportunity

I purchased a new V-Strom 1000 from these guys in late January 2020. They had the be price in the valley and gave me what I wanted for the bike I traded in. Corey Z. was extremely professional and knowledgeable, the whole transaction was fast and smooth. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend. As a side note, they have a great inventory of used motorcycles as well. I came in to look at a used BMW and rode a new Suzuki off the lot instead.

I overheard someone else working a deal when it was obvious the people werent yet ready to buy, but he said some stuff, and got them to sign still. I get it, you have to make money to help people, but I value other things more. That being said, while I wouldnt send my grandma here (I dont think Id send my grandma to any used car dealership alone), I would send any competent car buyer here. They do seem honest, they just also hustle to meet their numbers I think. Super friendly people though.

We bought a 2008 GMC Canyon from them. When they try to sell you a warranty it’s usually because they know something is wrong with it, thank goodness we bought it. Every vehicle that is ten years old has problems but not two days later the check engine light came on. I almost guarantee you they knew it had issues. Since we’ve had it we’ve had two replace to catalytic converters, had an oil leak, leak that had something to do with the heater, a water leak due to the back window seal leaking and the ignition has been replaced. Always get the car fax, we asked for it but never got it before the sale was done. Our fault apparently for not mentioning it enough that we wanted it. May be obvious but buying a certified vehicle is better or having it checked out first.
