My visit to DePaula was very positive. The salesman (Chris) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and the availability of that vehicle as well as alternative models. We were able to find a truck that more than fit my needs and come to agreement on a fair price. The paperwork required to close the deal went very smoothly and the overview of the truck before I departed was very helpful.All in all it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone having similar needs,
So the auto tech side is great, guys and ladies are really on top of it. Sales dept.. not so hot. They do NOT go out of their way to find you the best rates on financing. They try to sell you an over priced maintenance pkg. Then if you find one thats equal least my experience the sales man bad mouths it.

I initially was just browsing to upgrade from my little Nissan. I have 2 Kids now and needed a safer ride. Allison R ...girl you are the best! This was my first stop in my car shopping experience. Talk about the perfect salesman, Naz was fantastic. No pressure, showed me what I asked for. Explained all the other options for vehicles. No sales pitch, even recommended what other types of vehicles to compare through the classes with each other. After driving 7 other cars, and getting a decent offer from another location, Naz beat it.The pick up of the vehicle was excellent, they really walk you through everything and make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave.Jackie walked me through all the bells and whistles of the car. Beware of her jokes, they come non stop but keep the mod light.Tyler explained all the financing and answered all my questions reg as regarding that as well.100% recommend this dealership and look forward to a long relationship here.

I was asked to come in for possibly doing an early trade in on my lease. Within the first 5 minutes of arriving I was told there were no Traverses available. So tell me why did someone call me to make an appointment to come in? Did they think I would turn my car in early and not purchase another vehicle? Waste of my time. I have been doing business with them for 30 years. You would think they would have given me more respect than that.
Everything was find except the title from the leasing company was endorsed incorrectly. And other items were not completed. Since then my attorney has got to top management of GM Financial and supposedly I was have an over night we correct Lease title so I can finally after 8 months get a clear title in my name. I was about to go to Vermont to look at a used truck and figured I would just go to Depaula as I bought from there before. As a female truck buyer, I find some sales people can be condescending - not at Depaula. They were great. Good price for trade, great price on new truck. Very easy process and Nazir and the 2 guys working with him made it super smooth. Totally recommend

Depaula called me to bring my truck in early, before the lease was up. They did not have a vehicle comparable to mine and didnt seem to want to find one. It was a total waste of my time and the trip. When it is time to lease a new truck I will go to several other dealers first. It wasnt the salesmans fault. I felt sorry for him being put in this position.

Not the best place if your shopping for a vehicle especially of you havent fully committed to buying one yet. The selection and sales staff seemed to focus more on the soccer moms. There was a time when this place was good for a bargain but the brand and dealership just push mediocre products. I really do miss when it was Orange ford and mazda. If you dont plan on buying right then and there they wont bother with you. That is the general vibe I perceived. It might just be the brand that is making only cuv/suv junk and cutting profit margins for the dealership so I dont really blame the dealership for the less than satisfying selection and quality of products.
The car I went to see today was a second choice but the first car was with a horrible dealership. I will admit I was jaded when I walked through the doors of DePaula Chevy and they couldnt find the car with the stock number I had online. Then they said it was probably at the ford dealership, which it was and I apologize for my snarky attitude.I walked into the Ford dealership and was greeted immediately, explained a bit of what happened with the last dealership I just left (not Depaula) and right away, he set me up with Trevor who helped me feel at home and put me at ease. He was great and hooked me up with the other car I had been looking at, and I ended up purchasing it and having the option to drive home with it the same day. After calling many other dealers and being insulted, ignored and generally having an unpkesant experience...one call here and my husband and I got the car we wanted right over the phone in minutes. Would of been zero stars if I could rate that low. Had an oil change appointment scheduled for 1:45 I showed up at 1:30...I was told I would have a hour and 15 min wait time so I sat in the waiting area. 2 hours go by so I texted the number I received for a status update. The guy text me back 22 minutes later at 3:52 saying they were just now putting oil in my vehicle. I didnt get my vehicle back until 4:26 3 hours later..also I never received a service video or was never asked if I wanted a complementary car wash in which I heard them tell other customers they washed their vehicles for them anyway and I received mine back dirty.. so for 3 hours they couldnt tell me what was taking so long, never got a video n never got the car wash. Also I paid for a free tire rotation.like what tf

Ordered a 2020 Corvette August 2019. Due to strike and Covid it took 17 months to get it. During this time feedback from GM & dealer required that I initiate the update. The salesman gave me info if available. When received by Depaula salesmam had my car delivered to me. Salesman contacted me after delivery to find out if car is what I expected.l

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a dealership. Brought my 2020 traverse in for a wire issue, first issue was an insane price of over $800 to just diagnose my vehicle, then came the part is on backorder, after a week I get a call that not only is that part there but through more investigating it was found that another harness needed to be replaced, supposedly overnighted..4 days later I was informed the wrong harness was ordered, new part ordered, 4 days later new part arrived and then was sent back by mistake as the original...finally get my car back almost 3 weeks later only to find my radio doesnt shut off....like ever...called to get some input and was treated like garbage.. competitors were very happy to help me took 5 minutes to diagnose AND FIX the issue OVER THE PHONE!! Im young and have a lifetime of buying vehicles ahead of me and it wont be from DEPAULA.

Five months ago I purchased a 2018 Equinox. In that time I was held up at gunpoint in my vehicle then it was involved in a hit and run. I came back to Kwame and he put me in a brand new Equinox. I had to get out of that car and they made it happen. They really care over there.

They had a hard to find vehicle that we had been looking for. Dont plan on much, or any, dickering from the price listed on the internet! VERY, VERY slow process....were here for literally hours, lots of sitting around and waiting. Hopefully the pick up process will be quicker. Trevor, the salesman we were dealing with, was very polite.
I came in for an oil change but also had an issue with my radio. Everything was done to find the issue and end results made me feel at ease.
I Love everything about the service Department!!!!!....The Sales Dept on the other hand, I could tell they werent as interested in me as they were the sale. Although I did end up buying the car, it was mainly based on the fact I knew i wouldnt have to deal with the sales dept when I came in for service and that my car would have the best mechanics on it. Oh! And dont let me forget to tell you how long it took to receive the 2nd fob ....after 3 weeks I still hadnt and no one in the sales dept knew when I would or where it even was....Sooo what does the service dept do....offer to program one for me...Why??? Because theyre awesome!!!!...So i give the sales dept a 4 and the service dept a 10......

After waiting 1/2 hour for the Manager who I had an appointment with I was introduced to Mel. He made me forget about being brushed off by Bob.Mel was very kind and courteous when going over everything with me to get me what I wanted. We went for a test drive and he answered the questions that I had and explained others that I didnt think to ask. I will be picking up my 2020 Equinox on Monday! I stopped there looking at two Mustangs which were of interest to get either a newer Mustang or a second Mustang for the family. One was something I liked but the green was 5000 higher than the red and I didnt want it at that price, the other had one option which was not ordered and I would not buy that at any price. No complaints but I dont get to that store very often I drive past it twice a year going to other places
We purchased our new 2019 Equinox in December. We walked in not really knowing what to expect. We were approached by the salesman Eric Rogers. He was super friendly and inviting. He brought us right over to his desk and showed us immediately all the inventory they had offered online. Once we had narrowed down the type of vehicle we were looking for Eric did not hesitate to pull a vehicle inside the service bay so we could look at it and not have to stand out in the freezing cold. Following this he took us for a very nice test drive, we were sold on the vehicle after that. Eric was extremely patient with us as I am a big sufferer of buyers remorse. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we closed the deal the following day. When we came to pick up the vehicle Eric was there to greet us again ....he followed us every step of the way in setting up our OnStar and other fine details of the new vehicle process. We highly recommend Eric Rogers as he is the best salesman that DePaula has. Thank you so much Eric we love our 2019 Chevy Equinox!

The salesman were friendly, the place is nice, the prices arent superb, fair at best. The normal average price, nothing special nothing to separate then from the rest. Not really feeling any better vibe comparatively to any where else. But the people there were nice. (As they should be when you have to deal with the public)

I got my 2016 Malibu here. Great deals but had a few issues. Had to go back to dealership 3 times to sign paperwork after i already had the car and i had a coupon for $100 in free accessories and have yet to receive what i asked for. Asssisted with fully setting up all the new features in my car before i left. Can be busy so dont think you will be in and out when purchasing a vehicle.
Good services more than I was expected
High Pressure Sales.My salesperson called me repeatedly trying to sell me undercoating. I was told he had a special coupon Never did get the actual price just how little it would add to my payment.I politely declined.I went in the following day trip number 3 even longer story.After competing all the paperwork I noticed the interest rate was higher then I was originally told.I inquired of course and was told my interest rate would be higher as I declined the undercoating on the truck and didnt use their coupon deal.So apparently a lack of undercoating raises the banks interest rates?2 years later and I am still livid by the whole experience. I have finally decided to share.TIP:Shop around for your financing.I was then kept there for hours meeting managers from each department which was totally unnecessary. Do I really need to meet the window chip guy and the undercoating guy and tour the entire facility??I joked where is the timeshare guy?The undercoating guy is probably thanking me for not going home covered in tar that day.I did have one complaint prior to the sale about an obvious burn hole repair in the driver seat from the previous owner. It looked like they repaired it with a dab of clear silicone.I could literally feel it on the first test drive.I didnt think it was much to ask when spending close to 30k.I was told they have a great repair guy for the seat issue.When I picked it up it,the seat was pretty much the same and was told thats the best they could do. I was so aggravated at this point that I just wanted to leave with the truck.I took delivery of the vehicle and was told I now need to meet the Onstar guy and was ready to explode!!!Up sell up sell !!I left with the truck plastered with Depaula Chevrolet tailgate emblems and front and rear plate emblems wanting to end the infomercial from hell.I purchased a new factory seat cover out of my own pocket and it was installed in about 15 minutes by a friend whom used to work for a dealer.I will give them credit that after my initial review they attempted to call me but to this day I have not forgotten my experience and have no desire to speak to one more person.The dealership is huge and well maintained. The pricing was pretty fair.They need to more concerned with the customers and not the up sell.The truck had a few recall issues and the service department was Superb each time. These were not DePaulas fault.The truck has been great after the minor recall issues.UPDATEI have put 11000 miles over 2 years on the Certified Pre owned truckI just had to replace all the brake rotors and padsYes 11000 miles!The truck now has only 37k on itI expected better of a certified pre-owned vehicle 😤
I get all my vehicles from Depaula Chevrolet as they have always been wonderful. Such team players there. They all work together to help the customer regardless if they are your sales person or not. They are a team. Very quick at responding to questions you may have. Awesome group of people !
My salesperson was good and listen to what I was looking for, wasnt pushy. I have leased here before along with my current purchase. Customer service is very good as well. My only issue is the wait time, whether it be the sales writers or whatnot, plan to be here for a while. All and all my total time here was about 4 hours.

Perk I found out about after i bought my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from their used lot, you buy a car from them you get lifetime inspections for free. Also had a few small issues like missing a second key and John DePaula took care of them without any second thoughts. Definitely would go back there for another car, new or used.
Easy buying experience. They really make the car buying process simple and as quick as possible. Pat Riolo did an awesome job going through all the features of our explorer we were looking at. He had many tricks and tips on the touch screen, and we found out a lot of information that other Salesman seem to overlook or just dont go into great detail. My wife and I highly recommend going to see him!
The visit was off to a good start and a good ending, but that soon ended when we tried to get in the vehicles we brought in for service. The steering wheel was moved,the seat was moved, radio, and mirrors inside adjusted.One would think the vehicle was going on a long trip instead of just further in to the shop. My wife hit her head on the top of the door opening, and got stuck because the seat and wheel were moved. The vehicle should be returned to the owner as it was given, we cant be expected to adjust the equipment for this temporary driver, but I expect him or her to return it to the OWNER as close as possible...as was entered. I was required to pay for what I agreed to have done, that was not an issue but will find somewhere else if this happens again, if she or I even do return, thats upset we were.

I brought in my $70,000 truck today to have a patch put on tire, while I was there I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, I was walking around looking at not 1 sales person came up to me to offer help, I looked at both the explorer ST and shelby mustang which I can afford both and not 1 sales person offered help, the service department was fantastic, sales not !!
