Forget Les Schwab and their outrageous prices for unnecessary service! Go to Hertz where you can expect reasonable prices for quality services. I have never felt pressured into paying for extras and everyone there is so friendly. Good people, good place and, they have candy! 😃

The front office guy, Roger, is such a pleasure and takes care of customers. I cannot say the same for the past front office guy who would try to convince you that the recommended services were vital or your car would break down. The new staff are amazing. Good move, Hertz!

So far I love that I bought my car from them. The free oil changes alone make me want to buy from them in the future but the person who sold me my car(manager due to covid) was awesome and friendly and down to the point. I love everything about this place. The car wash and free vacuums is amazing.

I actually just use the car wash there. I have never used the car service center. The car wash is quick and I have always been treated very well there. If you wash your car frequently, use their cards..they will save you money in the long run. I get the platinum wash, with all the bells and whistles. They prewash your car before you go into the machine wash. I like that they tape down my back window washer arm.

Very impressed and happy! I had new headlights installed at home (we live in CA) just before leaving on a road trip through OR, only to discover 500 miles from home that they were not properly adjusted and I could not drive after dark! Josh at Hertz Car Care of Albany told us we could just stop right in and theyd be able to get us back on our way quickly, which they did, professionally and cheerfully.The store is clean and neat.Thank you!

Friendly and quick service. They provided me with a voucher to get free car wash. Car wash attendants were also friendly. Good overall car wash and I appreciated the use of the free vacuums.

Great place, I always get my oil changed there

I came in for my first oil change on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. They did a great job in checking over my.whole car and making sure everything was ship-shape. Im getting ready for a 2,000 mile trip and i rest assured my car is in very good condition. Josh was very helpful in explaining to me the difference between an air filter and cabin filter. I had made a wrong assumption and impulsively left a negative review. After the fact I asked Josh about it and realized Id made a terrible mistake. I was able to delete it and apologize for jumping the gun. All in all I appreciate Joshs professionalism and following up with me. My experience was actually a very positive one. :)

Ive been getting my car washed here for a year April 2019 and Im starting to get very upset with the main guy. Hes the best at doing the job, like you work him maybe to much its effecting his attitude and how he handles the cars!! Gonna end my monthly car wash, sad...

Went in for a free oil change. After them taking an hour to get my oil change done, they pressured me into getting a line on credit to pay for the extra work they wanted to do. Ended up costing me over a $1000. I walked away feeling like an idiot and more in debt. I will never do business of any kind with hertz again. Im tired of getting pressured into things.

I was just there, within the past hour. Started to buy the month, settled for the extreme clean for $13. Several places were not at all clean, wheels were not touched at all! Not at all pleased with the job that was done on my vehicle. Glad I didnt spend the extra money.

No fuss honest service from the staff at Hertz in Albany. I bought my car here, have service done, and enjoyed a free car wash after service was completed through the on-site car wash. I also received a free car rental for service that took a few hours, great feature for busy family.

HEY whoever runs this place needs to have more than ONE EMPLOYEE at one time!! I made sure to look around just 1 poor guy cleaning dozens of cars per hour. He had to help some incompetence in the person at the entry gate. It backed everything up...for over 30 minutes... if I see only 1 employee with 20 cars in line, I wont be back and Im sure other people felt the same today. Other than the slowest car wash in town BECASUE OF BAD MANAGEMENT.Update: I went a week after my original review and it was great the guys there always do a great job! It mustve just been the busiest Ive ever seen a car wash last time. BUT PLEASE OWNER/MANAGER SCHEDULE MORE THAN 1 GUY DURING LUNCH HOURS!

Free oil change. Whats not to love about that. Service was friendly, and the gentlemen took the time to explain what needed fixed, and quoted me relatively cheap prices. I also enjoy the complimentary car wash at the end of each service.

Their customer service is always prompt theyve got a loaner vehicle ready every time that I have a mechanical malfunction with my vehicle. I have never been left stranded because of them!

The salesman was not pushy. The financial department was helpful in trying to get me the best deal and interest rate. Hertz will get my business, not for sales but also for auto maintenance and future car auto purchase.

They are so friendly here. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked if they would care that I wrap my sons birthday presents while I wait. Not only did they say sure, they let me set up all my stuff, wrap it, and have a quiet out of the way room to do it in.

My girlfriend got a 2009 4 door jeep wrangler. For 25k+ . In the first 6 days its been in the shop. But they tell her its in great shape. Go to a junk yard. Before Hertz car lot. Youll have better luck.

**Only use them if you like overpaying.**Our sliding van door wouldnt lock, so we were calling all over town to find someone to get us in right away. I thought I was fortunate to find someone who could look at it the next day. There was a reason for this! They charged us $1054 for a latch assembly (about $640 for a part that cost only about $330 - we checked after we picked up the car). They also charged us $120 to confirm the assembly was the problem (I think it was kind of obvious since it was just that door) + $240 for the install. In addition to this expensive repair, they tried to talk me into an extra $500 in maintenance. As if they would ever be given more of our hard-earned money. Seriously, disgusting.

Does a good job cleaning your rig, but Sometimes their in a rush, brushes dont work and you pay for platinum and get the basic. Win some loose some.

A few problems this time didnt have a car that I could use and my car was not done in the time that they said and latta taking me somewhere with a car seat and then have to switch cars again and it was kind of a hassle but all-in-all they do a great job there and it this is the only time weve had a hiccup in my service ever there.I would still recommend going there the guys are great .

When I bring my car in for a oil change they always tell me a 1/2 an hour and it always takes an hour and a 1/2 And they constantly try to sell me air filters

I came here and was given an honest, free maintenance inspection for my vehicle.I didnt end up getting any service done here, but the estimates they gave me were overall reasonable and they offered warranties on parts they repair.

Worst car was ever!!!!! Will never go here again, I was in there on Saturday March 9th, and the car wash broke half way thru and left soap and my rig still dirty, the worst part is that the car was broken my power mirrors to the point that I have to buy new ones and they refuse to take responsibility and make it right, while I almost get into several accidents because I cant use my damn mirrors!!!!! I gave them multiple chances to make it right but they refuse to, so now i am co tacting my lawyer. Will never go here again.

I took my car to them to get mold removed. They charged me $250 but the car still smelled like mold and I found mold in multiple places. I took my car to someone else who got every little bit out AND the smell for $110.
