While my initial encounter with a particular Service Department employee was extremely disatisfying, I cannot speak Highly enough about Gerald, the Service Department manager. He took the time to listen to me & treated me with respect. He personally kept me informed about my vehicles repair. His kindness and professionalism are to be commended. Thank you Gerald!

Had the quick lub put two tires on my sister in laws car. Dropped it off by the time we had lunch and looked around for 30 minutes they called and had the car finished. They where able to work us in quickly.

If I could give these liars a zero that’s what they deserve. This is the worst dealership in town. They promise but do not deliver. Service is almost non-existent and the worst part is that they seem to gloat over ripping off anyone stupid enough to buy from them. Unfortunately I was one - but never NEVER again!!!Don’t make an expensive mistake.

I have not been at a dealer service department that was more unprofessional, lack of efficiency and chaotic as Sun Belt Ford here in Albany, Georgia. I would not recommend them for anything. On multiple occasions when getting an oil change it takes over 4 hrs. They get confused on who was there first. Workers taking in people they know ahead of customers who have been sitting there for hours. I requested my tires to be rotated, little did they know I marked my tires. I was charged but they didnt do it. Even after I showed them, they wanted to tell me I made the mistake. Worse place I ever been to!

Very disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would. Alicia in the service department needs to take public relation courses. I took my truck in because I was told to bring it in. After 3 days there was no information and she had the nerve to try to get smart at the mouth when I was following up on what she said. If you can go somewhere else PLEASE DO. This is not my first, second, or third time attempting to give them business. A few times to buy a vehicle and a couple for service. I will continue to buy my vehicles out of town which is sad because Id love to support the local businesses. I WILL NOT BE Returning here. Its not just me either, I have family members who have been up there, they were not cared for either. Once again Alicia in service was the issue. Just be honest. We all get backed up, but be honest and say so, dont make it seem like you can take in customers when you know its going to be 2-4 weeks...as she said.

The customer service was Terrible.When you call to speak with a salesman the phone rings then hangs up when the operator tries to connect! Also, I went and walked around No One came out to greet me! Please do Better! Customer service is very important!

I carry a friend of mine truck to them for a no start problem they said that they fixed the problem with a wiring problem 3 days later the truck would not start again called them and was told to bring the truck back. The truck would not start so had to get another wrecker to tow the truck back it up today on the way home the oil pressure Guage quite working and the check engine light came on . He has spent 1200 dollars on the truck and its still not right I used to work for Ford and this is something that we would not have done

Worst new truck deal I’ve experienced. Never have i ever had a sales manager and the salesman just get up and walk away from the table in the middle of negotiating a deal on a new truck. They brought out the first offer on the truck and I countered and I guess they didn’t like my counter offer so, they just got up and walked away from the deal and said no they can’t do that. They didn’t even try to negotiate any further. At that point, I walked out the door. The salesman was nice and professional up until the end, but be sure to watch him when you first sit down when he is getting your info. He is filling out a credit app, before you even know the price of the vehicle and without even letting you know what he’s doing or you consenting to do so. I guess my search for a new truck continues...thanks for wasting my time with walking away with out a hand shake, or saying have a good day, thanks for coming by, or anything.

Sunbelt Ford is great. Even if you have credit that is not perfect, as long as you have steady income they will find you a nice vehicle. It is a Ford dealership, but they have many pre-owned vehicles that are Chevy, Honda, dodge etc.. We bought a Honda Pilot. The salespersons are great and will help you find what you need.

I have an 09 Honda Accord. My dad had a Ford ranger a while back. His truck ran for years with no major problems ! I bought my Honda used from Rainey’s! But Rainey’s doesn’t prove oil changes for customers for free ! So I chose Ford due to me knowing more about them and their vehicles! I also receive a free alignment when done so. The service is fast and they always make you feel welcomed! I Highly recommend! Great service! Great people!

I actually went in to buy a new truck cash and I guess they thought I was a joke because they would never call me back, even after I spoke with one their members of management...so after a couple of weeks I took my 65,000 to another dealership...oh well, you snooze you loose..😁

I pick my truck up today on thursday and paid 527.00 for replacement of rear brakes and rotors and had to turn right around less then five minutes down the road and had to take it bake for the same problem i brought it in for from the start wow can u believe this not its another day without my truck and no money made

Customer service in the service department seemed very uneager to help. I was needing to get my speedometer calibrated after getting new tires and they indicated they could not do the job.After speaking with a local modification shop, they mentioned my dealership should be able to do the calibration without having to purchase a programmer myself and I should contact another dealership because any dealer should be able to handle that job.

Got my van from them. Was told the owner of ford also owned the warranty company as well and if anything wasnt covered under my warranty that his would take care of it. Had to take the van in for service 4 or 5 times at least with only 1 of those times being covered. Definitely feel like I was lied to so I would purchase the warranty. If I fix everything thats not covered it will cost more than the warranty in the first place. Ill be selling this van asap and having eat some $ Do not purchased their extended warranty no matter what they say...Transmission. front and back ac, blinker and brake lights. Interior dome lights flashing, tire pressure sensor monitor. They only fixed the transmission and out some aftermarket one in there. Was gonna charge me $2000 extra for a Ford one

Fixed my truck in a day and kept my wife updated since I was out of town and she needed to get a rental, helped us save money even though repair cost was up there

It was a Saturday Night my 2016 f150 truck started to make a horrible noise, and leaking some type of fluid from the front. It looked like water with a little oil and radiator fluid. The dreadful water pump went out, I was able to top it off with water long enough to get it to ford town of Albany. I was working all weekend so I dropped it off Sunday morning when I got off work. Although they are closed on Sunday when business opened on Monday, they did not dissapoint, they communicated the entire time, found where the problem was, did all of the warranty paperwork for me, and had me ready to roll Monday around lunch. Not to mention six recalls or upgrades were fixed while truck was there without me even asking.Gerald Saliba was a huge help as well as the girls up front. I was greatly impressed with the entire process and how the shop is managed. If you have an issue with your Car or Truck, I highly suggest Ford Town Albany, absolutely class act results and pleasure dealing with. Bought my truck at the end of July. They said they would put a towing hitch on the truck. It is even in the contract. Have been told several times by phone, that it would be checked on and that they would call me back. It is now the middle of October and the same results. Update, Brian from Ford Town got with it and now my truck is there getting the hitch put on. Thanks for all you guys do.

They kept my Dads car for over a week and charged him to run a diagnostic for a fuel leak after they noted that his fuel cap was not fully closed because the cord was in the way They did reduce from $150 to $120 for the delay but it was a bit hard to take.

This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. All questions were answered and any concerns we had were taken care of. This is a family owned and run business and they treat their customers like family. If you need a new/used or leased car this is the place to be. We had Leon as our sales associate and he was fantastic.
