My car purchasing experience couldn’t be any better or easier!I went to Titan to purchase a vehicle today.I was pleasantly surprised on the variety of their inventory. John (sales guy) helped me pick the right car for me and my little family! I actually ended up bringing my small children with me, which I dreaded due to car dealerships not being so easy to bring kids to, but to my surprise when walking in to do paper work, there was the cutest kid corner with lots of toys, books & coloring for my kiddos to play with while we did the paper work & finance.The entire staff were so friendly & helpful and made my car buying experience so easy! And fun for the kiddos! I would 100 percent recommend my friends & family to purchase a vehicle with Titan!Thank you guys so much!

They just sold my friend a car that broke down immediately after he left the lot and they wont do anything about it. They did not disclose the problem. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We bought a car from them last year, the first thing I told them was I needed a reliable vehicle that will last a while. The first vehicle they sold us lasted a week. Fortunately for me we had not signed with the finance company because of odometer issues. I called the sales guys and said that I either get a reliable car or I wanted my down payment back. They told me to drive the car down from where I lived amd tjay they would put me into something else, I knew that was not going to happen because the car was blowing smoke out the back so the sales guy brought me another end so had I was afraid to drive it.so they drove up another car stating it . was the best that they had on the lot 3months later I put 3 grand into the front end and a year later my cars motor blew its going to cost me 10 grand to fix. These guys are crooks.

At first glance i was purchasing an amazing car, 2 days later spark plugs went out, radiator blew and it overheated within seconds. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I am a single mom and community volunteer. I was deeply affected by the pandemic and lost our housing. I bought a van to take us South and start over. I had almost nothing at the time but hope and willpower. These folks sold me a van that broke down on the way to our hometown an hour away. It broke down in the middle of the freeway...same day I bought it. When I called them roadside...their mechanic was so rude he made me cry while Im on the side the freeway with my kid and dog.After much negotiation we get a tow back to the auto shop where the mechanic repeats that he is not in wrong and they legally dont have to do anything to help me. I adamantly stand up for myself and they show me another van. They say its this or nothing. It is NASTY. Literally walls and floor stained and just gross. I refuse because I cant put my kid in there. I start sobbing and promising to take this further.Finally they agree if I pay MORE to put me in a different van on the lot. I drove off with a check engine light on, a battery too small for my van, and tires that are not appropriate for the weights of the van. How are they going to offer me 3 bad cars in a row? Anyway thats what we were stuck with. Go anywhere else.

They may seem friendly and helpful but don’t buy from them. 3 months ago I bought a 1996 Toyota Camry and ever since then it’s been a money pit with repairs. And now it’s in the shop again with a problem that the mechanics can’t seem to find. Yes I know it’s a used car. But my 1995 geo prizm had way less problems. In other words they sell lemon cars. And they say they have a 30 day return policy but they don’t. Tried to take it back after finding it needed 2000 dollars worth of repairs they said I can’t return it. So rude. If u need a car LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Really wish I could give them 5 stars. Almost. Great service, were honest about my truck and fixed everything important. None of that usual greasy feeling you get from used car dealers. But they promised repeatedly to fix one last thing, a minor thing, and never did despite multiple contacts over months. Still a good place to shop, but get their promises, the ones you care about, in writing if possible.

Step son bought car off lot and drove for less than 30 days. Engine went out (#7 & #8 cylinders heads soaked in oil. Need whole new engine.) Auto repair shop said car should have never been sold in its condition and was not safe for the road. Titan couldnt care less. What a pos company. Take money elsewhere.

Titan is the place to buy a good used car. I recently purchased a 2009 Honda. The whole crew was great. They were honest and very professional. And when the car had problems they took it back and repaired it at a very fair price! I will be returning to Titan for my next car. Truly a 5 star business and crew! Thanks guys!

PSA! I would never buy another car from this dealership!! They dont stand up to their word!! I bought my daughter a 2012 Mazda that had a squealing noise. They promised to fix it and even put it IN WRITING! Now that they cant figure out the issue within 30 days of purchase, they refuse to fix it!! The squeal is getting louder by the day... Im afraid its going to break down on her! Im a single Mother that saved up for years to get my daughter a car so she can get a job... Dont waste your time or money here!!!

On 05/31/20 I bought a Town and Country mini van from Titan Motors. The only problem I had with it was that the A/C didnt work. They agreed to fix it for me before signing anything. I had to leave my van for a couple of days so they lent me a vehicle to use in the meantime. Its quite a relief to work with such honest guys, with no BS.

Found a car they called excellent and was really just a piece of junk. Torn seats, deep scratch all the way around, dented, broken tail light. This was just the first things you could see without even test driving it.. Price was 3 times the KBB and they just give unprofessional responses when I called them on it. I would NOT recommend as the condition of the cars were fraudulent and they knew it.

What can I say, its a car dealership. That being said, this is the first time I really stood up for myself and what I wanted, and Titan gave it to me. I looked at my dream car online and entered my name and email. Within 10 minutes I was on the phone with John asking me to come and look at it.After work I came into the dealership and met John. What I liked about John was that even though I told him I had driven the same model car at another dealership, he recommended that I drive this one to make sure and so he could go over the safety features with me. He actually had me TRY all of the features so that I could understand them and Im so glad he did because it would have been tough to figure out on my own. Now that Im extra comfortable in the car.The hard part was negotiating. Due to some personal issues I did not have any money to put down and I was afraid I wouldnt be able to afford the vehicle. Thanks to having good credit and John working some serious magic, they were able to offer me an affordable monthly payment that I was happy to make.I walked in with no intentions of making a commitment, but they made me an offer I couldnt refuse. I highly recommend Titan and the fine people made me feel like they really cared about my situation and that they would do anything to get me in that car.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to this amazing group for what theyve done for my family and I. On our way from Twin Falls to now, we stopped to get fuel at the gas station near them. Our vehicle wouldnt start! The fellas personally took the battery out and they also brought my husband to get a new one. It didnt start still. So they unhooked our uhaul, towed both back to their mechanics and all while my pets were able to chill out in the waiting room. These people are fantastic and amazing! I will say we found our next place to buy any vehicle. :) they are by far the best around! My kiddos played in their amazing play area. My dogs chilled with me. Despite the young one being obnoxious and barking all the time lol and they still gave her treats and our old dog treats.Ive never met such an amazing sales lot. Had a great experience at Titan Auto Group. These guys are as advertised and as reviewed. They let me test drive the SUVs I was interested in and do what I needed to feel comfortable including taking the SUV to my mechanic for a complete check before buying. There was no pressure. I was easily approved at a great rate. Great place to shop for quality, well priced used vehicles.

LEMONS LEMONS LEMONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t have a single mechanic ASE certified, they send their cars to cheap auto shops too that don’t fix your car. They override the check engine lights and in the long run kinda screws you because it makes it harder to figure the problems out when obd won’t read it because they overrode it. They are all family my boyfriend and I bought a car from there because it’s his sisters husband that owns it with his dad and brother but they can’t even treat their family good. They’ve taken our car for over two weeks and didn’t fix a thing it still doesn’t turn on and they have stopped responding to us as at all. It’s just sad they can’t even help family.... please don’t buy cars from them unless you’re willing to get screwed and buy a lemon.

Good experience. I bought a car about 2 weeks ago from them. Very friendly staff. No pressure. After getting the car home, noticed the AC needed charged. They told me to bring it in. They charged it for me.Runs cold now. Now ive noticed a coolant leak. (used car it happens) their response was bring it in and we will get it checked out. Going today to get fixed. I bought a van from them back in Feb. told me the check engine light was an O2 sensor. After taking it to a mechanic the check engine light was due to sensors not being plugged in. Normally, I’d be ecstatic however, the suspected reason the sensors were not plugged in was troublesome. The whole coolant system was rigged up. The mechanic that fixed it said there was no way anyone didn’t see this in a simple inspection. Needless to say, I spent $1100 to fix a vehicle I had just bought. It’s bad business to sell a vehicle that’s rigged up in my opinion. Good points are they’re friendly, fast and the whole purchasing process was painless. Also, the vehicle was very clean!

I have had 4 of 4 good experiences buying a car out of state. After dealing with this dealership, I am now 4 of 5. Vehicle was well worse off than I was told and most options I had them verify did not work upon delivery. Fortunately they left me with the bill for over nighting the paperwork! Small dealership that doesnt have quality or quantity. Be sure to visit them and verify the smoke they will try to blow your way.

My friend bought a car from there and the motor seized 5 miles down the road after leaving the lot. When trying to talk with them we where told something different from everyone there and that there is no way they would help him get into another vehicle. When we asked to speak to the owner we where told her comes in when he wants so we asked to call him and where told no they wouldnt call him either. Very disappointing now my friend has no money no vehicle kids at home and cant get to work now.

Bought a 2005 dodge durango on February 23 2020. They said nothing was wrong with it. 2 days later I take it for an oil change and found out it had a oil and transmission leak. So I took it to a mechanic and found out alot was wrong with it. Before even making the first payment I dumped $3500 into it. When I called and talked to them they told me it was my problem not theres. On top of all this they told me I had in house financings go to make my first payment and found out I have to call and make my payment in Portland because they sold my loan.

When we walked in we got helped right away, we got approved and we dont have good credit at all but we got approved and got a car well we had it the first night and the check engine light came on we called them and since it happened right away they told us to bring it back and that they would fix it well thats excatly what they did and didnt charge. We recommend this place to anyone that would ask where to get a car.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER... VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE AND THEY ARE ALL FAMILY. THE DAD AND SONS RUN IT.. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM.. I PROMISE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM A MONTH AGO AND IT HAS ALREADY BROKE DOWN. IT HAD TWO DIFFERENT OIL LEAKS. THE MECHANIC HAD 4 CARS THAT WAS BROKE DOWN FROM TITAN FROM 4 DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS THAT HE WASNT EVEN ABLE TO CHECK MY VEHICLE FOR ANOTHER COUPLE DAYS. HE WARNED ME AND TOLD ME EVERY CAR THEY SELL BREAKS DOWN. I WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC DENNIS AUTOMOTIVE HE HAD 2 CARS THERE AS WELL THAT WAS FROM TITAN THAT WAS BROKE DOWN. WHEN DENNIS CHECKED MY CAR HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION, NEW BRAKES, NEW ROTORS AND MUCH MORE.. MY BILL CAME OUT TO ABOUT $3000. I WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC DOWN THE ROAD AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD 2 CARS THERE FROM THEM THAT NEEDED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION AND A COUPLE MORE THINGS. ALL CARS THAT WAS AT THE DIFFERENT MECHANIC SHOPS WERE ALL PURCHASED FROM TITAN WITHIN THE PAST TWO MONTHS, BY ALL DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS WHO ALL GOT SCREWED OVER.. EVEN ONE OF THE GUYS WHO WORK OVER AT B & R AUTO GOT SCREWED TOO HE BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THEM THAT ALSO NEEDED A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION.PLEASE BE WARNED PEOPLE.. DONT GET SCREWED LIKE THE REST OF US.. ALSO TO CHECK IF THIS IS LEGIT GO TO THE DIFFERENT MECHANIC SHOPS I LISTED ESPECIALLY THE ONE DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM AND ASK ABOUT TITAN THEY WILL TELL YOU.. Update: Below is my original review. I did not contact Titam Auto Group before leaving my review because I assumed it was to late and they wouldnt help me anyway. Ive has the car almost w months. Well... I was wrong. After leaving this review, John reached out to me. I took my car to him. We discovered what we think the problem is and he fixed it free of charge. He also advised me any future issues to come see hom even if its been 2Years. I am blown away at the kindness I received today. I will be a returning customer.Bought a car less than 2 months ago and paid $4,000 cash. Have already replaced ball joints, tie rods, ignition coil, spark plugs and several other minor things. Now car is stalling on me and cant figure out why. I am devastated. I spent my savings on this car and now I am stuck with am unreliable vehicle that will probably stop running all together any day now.

These guys took over 3000 dollars cash for a suzuki when the engine light came on and the car started running roughly less than 10 miles away from their lot. My brother brought the car back where they refused to take it back, promised to fix it, and three weeks later only had a couple of the sensors needed. (Uninstalled) adding some guesses of what it may need and refused to help any more. Too bad you have to add a star here to leave a review. These folks set the bar pretty low. Feel free to reach out to me if youd like to know more or if youd like to find out for yourself if Im honest.Travis Hillsman Brownsville Oregon1-28-20 (after the reply below) correction. 3800 dollars cash and it IS a fog light fuse, as well as 2 catalytic converters and 2- o2 sensors and a cruise control module. So he received a vehicle with an easily reset ecm and was sent on his way with an unavoidable 1200 dollar repair bill that titan motors had the opportunity of handling.You guys have his number. Make this right and Ill take down my review. Happily.

OK so I went into TItan AUto GRoup today thinking I would not get approved because I’ve been to three dealerships in Albany and was told that they don’t do first time buyers walked into TItan met John and Jerry they were happy to help let me pick out the correct car I wanted not trying to stick me in something I don’t. The whole process was super easyAnd I was done in about an hour the atmosphere at this dealership is just so much better I can’t even explain how grateful I am that guys like this exist in car sales!
