They dont do anything. they favorite people who are of white ethnicity. Chz there where supper nice to me over the phone and when I go to pick my product up they dident have sufficient information

Terrible customer service. They do not have a concept for getting anything done in a timely manner. And they do a great job of keeping there customers uninformed. Was supposed to have my washer and dryer delivered today, they gave me no time frame of when this was happening today. I called to see if I could get a more specific time than just “Thursday” and they said it was “on the way”... two hours later I called again and got a different person in the phone and same thing, “on the way” another two hours it is now 9pm and the Rent A Center is closed. No answer, no curtesy call, it seems as tho all the workers just left work with the job not done. Great job employees, way to put your customers first.

Its good if u dont have credit n want easy payments. Only problem is you end up paying like three times the price for the items..

Incompetent employees, no expertise in customer service. On multiplt occasions was lied to about problem resolution. Weekly harassing calls . Will call 5 to 6 times at a time .failed to meet customer needs by not being able to change weekly payment dates, but assured me it was possible for more than a month. Kept charging me a late fee when i thought that in fact it was resolved. Complete waste of time and money. AARONS IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN RAC !
