Although they gave me great service, the turbo tube in my car was broken since I bought it with them but they put aluminum and tape to “fix” it instead of replacing it.

Car was delivered not cleaned and with 1/4 tank. I was promised otherwise during sells pitch. Sells guy had major attitude when i told him regarding this. I work for a very reputable mechanical shop and if i pulled this at my job i would be disciplined.More than likely will not come here again, i got a great car but not the best treatment.

We wanted to buy a car there. The manager lied to us and told us he would give us $700. For our car, but then wrote on our credit union paperwork no trade in. The bank questioned us because we told them $700. Trade in. So, when we brought it to Willys attention he wrote $500. Trade in. I had already signed my title over to them. I had to go back in and get my car and the title. I was furious! Why the dishonesty? I hate buying a car. Id rather give birth! Ugh!

My wife now girlfriend at the time got a car from this place. They sold the car to her like regular tittle but some one hit us in the back and for our surprise the car was Salvage from California.So check the car fax before u buy a car from this place.

Proceed with extreme caution working with Plaza! We purchased a vehicle from them a few months back, since then, car had spent more then 2 weeks in the repair shop and we have put more than $1000 in repairs into the car. They made promises that were never fulfilled. They claim honesty and integrity but we experienced anything but. Do not buy from them!

Dante Robles at the foothills location on 32nd street has been great to work with. We have purchased 2 vehicles over the last month and he got great rates and deals on both. Plaza stands behind thier sales and back up what you are told. Thus is not the first experience with Plaza. Purchased from them several years ago as well. They backed up the sale and customer support then as well. I would recommend to everyone we know and would recomend to try them first. Dante is great to work with. At least give them a chance to see what they have and what they can do for you.

These people are sharks. They literally sold me a lemon. 2016 Chevy Malibu LT breaks down 6 days after I got it when I went out of town. 400 dollar repair not covered under warranty due to the cause being “lack of proper maintenance”. Plaza gave me only 100 dollars back when they should have covered it all. Here I am now 2 months after I got the car and once again, I’m out of town. Repair man says the 2nd cylinder is done and I need a new motor. These guys knew what I was in for and they set me up. Absolute scum.

Bought 2 cars there. Great dealership.

They sold us a car...its been 4 months and this car is already in the shop with 2000 worth of repairs...we trusted them ...they took away warranty at last minute...they knew how desperate we were to get this car...we trusted them....within the first month we had to replace the key fob...200$....a new battery because it just stopped working...200$ and now a complete loss of motor oil out the main engine seal and a list of other issues . Do not buy a car from these people unless you plan on having to spend alot more money on it.
