I highly recommend them.. They are always very friendly this is the first time in my life that I feel I can actually trust a car dealer...Michael got me into a affordable, reliable, vehicle that was large enough for my family even with my credit being low...I have been with them 2 yrs and have bought 2 vehicles from them now...the couple times that I have needed mechanic work done they did so, I just paid for parts and discounted labor fee much cheaper than going to a regular mechanic shop...at one point my starter went out and it was about 2 weeks before I got paid and they still fixed my Tahoe and returned to me and let ne pay when i made my regular payment.,so I know they will work with you...I most certainly will be returning for my next buy...

Horrible place dose not work with you at all asked to renegotiate was told no bc I don’t know what I’m talking about and the car was fine When there wasn’t any oil in the car when asked if fixed things that concerned me like if there’s any good fluid in it at all but nope he just dodged the question completely and threw the same numbers at me. Owner knew I was ignorant to the car buying experience and in a desperate situation. After assuring me that I’d be taken care of, I was hit with extra fees, a price higher than kelly blue book, and a crazy high interest rate. After trying to renegotiate, I was laughed at. If you need a car, do you research and avoid De Santiago. You’ll save your money, and sanity.

My best friend recommended this place to me several times and I always pass by it when heading towards 4th Ave and Ive been looking for a car for over 2 years so I decided to talk to Mikey and talked about my payment options and looked around. Is it true what Traci Gomez (above) claims? Im reading the reviews because Im considering taking my daughter to De Santiago Sales to find a car to purchase. I read everyones review and saw the ones that just threw you 5 stars for unknown reason. Out of all the reviews there is one review that throws every 5 star review out the window. The Traci Gomez 1 star review. I want to make it clear, the one star is not whats bad its the reason behind it and no response from your company adds another red flag. A consumer gives you business and in return you hand her havoc. You put your customer in a situation that gets way more complicated then just having to pay 2 late fees. Good credit is everything. It will take her months to years to get her credit back to what it was before she walked through your doors. She may not not be able to make the payments on dates that she didnt agree she would pay on. No response to her complaint tells me you screwed over your customer and so what. You cause havoc to your customers. You sell a vehicle to a young girl that broke down on her 2 weeks after driving it off your lot and continues to keep breaking down after leaving your mechanics shop. A good part of her route she travels has no cell phone service and little traffic. Youve been in this business a long time you know if a car is a lemon or not. The way you handled this case, you have customer bring in to your mechanics, change one part to fix multiple issues she had stated. Tell her she can bring in in again but this time you are charging her because you claim EXTENSIVE DAMAGE had been done on front of vehicle after she purchased it. Customer complained that there were scratches on her hood that wasnt there before. Your mechanics worked on it again still breaking down. In your response to this customers review. You bagged on the customer, you claim these problems are from the extensive damage to front end which customer claims are scratches that happened when in your shop. You also stated that this customer is a slow payer. Irrelevant to the situation. Have you done anything to fix any one of these 2 situations?

I am very disappointed in the way they have handled selling my loan to a finance company. When i specifically asked them not to, they did anyway and sent the money i gave them to the company 2 weeks LATE! NOW MY CREDIT IS BEING TRASHED BECAUSE THEIR LAZINESS! I now owe 2 weeks of late fee interest! And my payments that were due on the 11th are now due almost 2 weeks earlier on the 25th! Another issue that i went over with them more then once because i didnt want to be making late payments!!! I am VERY upset and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car here.
