The 5 stars are for Ruben who is a great sales associate. He made sure to answer all our questions, and made us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend him if anyone were to ask for my opinion.As far as The Finance Manager Nestor Arteaga I would have to give a 1 star rating, but I cant blame a company for ones unprofessionalism. My mother in law who purchased the vehicle wanted me to look out for her during the signing. As I was advising her based on previous experience on what I believe were essential needs for the car Nestor became upset. He challenged in a very disrespectful way what I had to tell my mother in law. I told him that she wasnt fully aware what was being signed as he did not make it clear enough. His response was yes I did, and after I asked my mother in law if that was true she responded no, I wasnt really aware of this extra charge. In between that conversation he wanted to make a statement that I had no clue what I was talking about asking me Are you a mechanic, do you know about vehicles?. Im not upset over him doing his job to upsell. The way he reacted towards me in front of my wife and mother in law was extremely disrespectful. Having the tittle of Manager, and losing his temper over an opinion of the buyer is a great example of what being unprofessional means. Honda is a great place to buy your first and future vehicles. The unethical behavior of one person will not make me change my mind on this dealership. I will be coming back to buy my wife a car.

I cant say enough about the Internet Sales Manager Carlos. I buy cars a lot and he made me feel comfortable with the whole buying process. His attentiveness, caring, and kind demeanor made me at ease, and trust that he would do whatever needed to be done to guarantee that I was satisfied. This was an out of state purchase, and he made me feel as if I was there in Arizona, doing a person to person deal. He facetimed a vehicle walk-around instantly and he also took additional pictures for me. Carlos made sure my vehicle was cleaned and on the showroom floor, for a great presentation and delivery of my vehicle. He also overseen the vehicle onto the Transporter. Daniel and the other guys in the service shop were great! I got in a little accident while traveling near Yuma that damaged a tire and my cars suspension. They were able to do all the repair work on-time and on-budget. They even fixed two recall items that I wasnt even aware of. The car drives better than ever now. 😎

Alfredo did an amazing job! We just took the Accord in for regular vehicle maintenance but ended up with a tire rotation and car wash for little costs and it was completed quickly! Wouldn’t trust anyone else but Yuma Honda!

I must admit that due to a horrible past experience with Yuma Honda, I was very hesitant to bring my vehicle back in to be serviced. I walked in to the servicing department in a terrible mood thinking I would not be helped at all. That is when I was immediately greeted by a warm friendly face. He listened, and was extremely patient. Apologized profusely for the way I had been treated in the past (even though this was not his fault) and assured me that everything wood be taken care of. Daniel provided the most exceptional customer service he possible could. I left that day in high spirits and have since provided my friends with his contact info! I am so glad I will not have to take my vehicle up to a Honda dealership in California to be serviced any longer. Yuma Honda has gained a loyal customer thanks to Daniel.

I took my car in for some maintenance work and to check the AC, which had not been working well. They got everything done really quickly and the AC works much better. The only problem is the communication about when the shuttle operates, where to get on it at the dealership, and when they are picking you up to take you back to the dealership. That experience was not good at all. I did not say anything to the service advisor, but the shuttle driver must have said something, because he gave me a discount on my charges. Everybody and every business has off days. It happens. But it was impressive that my service advisor, Daniel Lopez, made an extra effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Multiple times he asked me if everything was okay and said he did not want to lose me as a customer. While it didnt start out that way, my experience ended up being very positive. Thank you Daniel.

I have a VW and it is very difficulty to find a place in Yuma that take European cars. After calling Yuma Honda, they gave me a quote on oil change and able to take my car in the same day. They did a fantastic job. Not only they changed my engine oil and also checked my brake pad and everything with a extremely reasonable price compared with some private owned car shop in Yuma (and I know the average price for a oil change on my car). Great service. Will come again for sure!

The car lot in Tucson, Mg Motors stated that I should NOT have taken my Honda Fit to you because you would repaired things, not necessary to fix, and charge me more than necessary. I believe YOU did an excellent repair and charged me only for the necessary repair. If necessary, I will only take MY Fit to the Dealer in Yuma, when needed. Daniel was exceptional in his management of my repair !

I normally don’t leave poor reviews, but I received poor follow through form the service department here .I contacted them on 3/4 for service and was greeted warmly I then was told someone would contact me to setup the details and make sure the part was In stock .i did receive and email from the sales department welcoming me that same week . I reached out on 3/18 advising them I hadn’t Been contacted yet . Not likely I’d buy anything from this location with this poor service / follow through

I went to Honda for a key replacement and I was taken care of right away. I was told by the Service Advisory, Erik Soto it would be an hour wait . I waited there in a comfortable area and 50 mins later I got my key and was on my way.Very nice people there. Thank You Anthony Garnica, my son had made arrangements prior over the phone which is why I choose Honda for my replacement key.I will be seeing you again for all my Honda services in the future when needed.

Went out of my way to sell my car to buy a truck from them. Talked to a guy named Carlos who said I was the first on the list to call when it was ready. Two weeks past and they didn’t call me so I called and turns out they sold it, Could have gave me a heads up at least, to give me time to look for another car will never do business with them now I have no car and I would leave zero stars if I could really disappointed in them because they couldn’t keep their word!!!!

Update: 330pm same day. Oil change was done on time. Took one hour exactly. I appreciate it being done on time. Mirrors all out of wack and another driver on the road told me my gas port was open. All four tires different pressure. Unbelievable. Thats the only question i asked when i left. About the tire pressure. I should have known better i guess. I rest my case.Bought a car here Feb 6 2021. 2 weeks later they told me to bring the car back because they gave me the wrong one... do your self a favor and check the vin matches the paperwork before you leave because they might not... just got here today for an oil change (4/21/21). By the way, Dont trust the website for appointment availability because it is NOT accurate. All time slots available online but when I got here two days ago its gonna be a three hour wait. I made an appointment in person, no big deal. So here i am, hello my name is Jacob I am here for a 10am appointment. “What are you here for?” My 10am appointment.... “but for what?” ok man, obviously making an appointment doesnt matter. “Oh you want an oil change and a tire rotation?” Yes sir. “Ok its gonna be 20 bucks for the rotation.” LOL i went all out with coverage. “Oh let me look up your vehicle.” Yeah.... “Yes sir i see you did”.....Customer service here is poor all around. First of all I have an appointment.When i arrive for my appointment dont you think you should lookup the appointment and avoid this? Instead you want me to do the work for you and tell you why im here and then because you are too lazy to look me up you dont realize i dont need to pay the extra 20 for tire rotation?... customer service is about anticipation, and customer/product knowledge. I HAVE HAD BeTTER SERVICE AT DENNY’S REsTAURaNt! Whats next? When you buy a new car here you will get accessory offers via email. I got an offer for a hatchback/trunk privacy cover. Clicked on it. Website out of wack, no way to purchase... talked to Wilde the manager about it. “Oh really?” He says. Thats it. No offer to order it. Nothing. These guys dont care about accessory sales i guess. If the manager knows you want something and still doesnt try to get it for you there is something seriously wrong. I ignored all this but. But now, after emptying my saving and going into debt to purchase a car here, and receiving such poor service, im writing this review. Because, they deserve it. I deliver for a living. I can no longer claim the miles on my original car. Wilde offered me a “year of oil changes” on the house. Untill he learned i was a delivery driver and would need more than average. He gave me two free changes. First one is free of course. So i have three oil changes free when i need 4-5 a year. He said i wouldnt need that many because it can go 7K miles between them. Not true. Driving habits and outdoor temp etc determine this. I drive 500 miles a week. Maintenance minder is at 10% after 5K miles. Its time now. So im paying 250 extra dollrs in taxes because i cant claim original vehicle miles and they made up the difference with two free oil changes? I lost on that deal. Ok whatever i got a 1500 mile test ride. Cool. Didnt plan ok venting this way. But this is the last draw due to customer service. These guys are used to dealing with dummies. They think they can fix everything with free oil changes im sure. Oh they paid 25 bucks for a windshield sunscreen tint. If oil changes are about 50 bucks and tint was 25, i am still in the negative by 125 bucks. Still accepted it. Cool whatever. Like i said its the customer service. Thats why im here. The problem is that they arent mindful, not present, inattentive in general. I expect better service than this. Dont think im asking for much. Get your sh!t together Yuma Honda.P.S. the second car they gave me had “just been detailed.” Yet it had food crumbs and some nasty sticky finger prints on the display. Ok..... these guys litterally had my car (cars) lol detailed three times. Looked like my teenage daughter did it... ok im done im done. There is more. But i dont hve time for this. Good luck!!

We went in for an oil change and to have some trim replaced. The oil change was done promptly. The trim wasnt in stock but it was to be delivered the next day, which was Saturday. We got there st 9AM and was out before 10. It was a very pleasant experience. The service writers were very friendly and helpful. Antonio was very professional . This was the best experience I have had at a Honda dealership. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

My technician at the front desk was very polite. He took care of the car pretty well. Only thing is I used to get my car washed every time Id take it to a HONDA dealer for service but I didnt get it this time. Also, I was hearing a humming noise from my rear tire and though it could be the bearings. They said bearings were fine but but tires require rotation and alignment. They did mention even after that, I still might hear the humming noise for a little bit. I am still hearing it after driving it for 1000 miles after the service date and I am still hearing the noise, has not gotten any better and the steering wheel still pulling towards right a little bit. Hoping it gets better soon otherwise I have to call again.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Omg I bought a used car from this dealership about 6 months or so ago and got in took a test drive loved it. Then signed paperwork while they detailed parts off of the car needless to say I had it back in to them the very next morning and basically drove around in another one of their cars for a week or 2 then ended up fighting with them to have them repair the problems. Then they rented me a car for another 2 weeks while ford did some work on it and Ive had it in and out of the Ford dealership ever since. Ruben started this deal off lieing to us and its been nothing but a head ache and a Hassel ever since. Mind u when I test drove it there was nothing wrong with the car not a raddle shimmy or shake, nor a transmission slipping out of gear at all until I went to sign paperwork on it while they detailed it. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND LET THEM DETAIL A CAR YOUR GOING TO BUY WAS THE LESSON I LEARNED THROUGHOUT THIS NIGHTMARE! Mind you I do have to say theyre service department manager was awsome he was straight up with me and honest and didnt jerk me around and wow he tried to do everything he could do to help me .

Got my transmission replaced here as it broke down while I was travelling. Was lucky it was under warranty. Excellent customer service with constant follow up by Erick as the transmission was replaced in the 2 week period.
