Couldnt make it to my Lexus dealer in Tucson for my first service on my 2021 Lexus. So I schedule service here since it uses Toyota parts. They place 3 large plastic cones on my paint and proceed to slide it across the paint and scratch up the hood. I say something about only for the genius to get the cone stuck in the windshield wiper and literally almost yanks the wiper out from socket. I cant imagine how they treat it in the service bay. I get it, a $50k NX hybrid doesnt look $50K. Doesnt mean you can treat customers cars like trash. Disgusting. Leaving at least 2 stars because service was fast.

Definitely took longer than expected for a tire rotation (2 hours). Also the Saturday before we had our appointment we had gone cause we thought they were still open and the gate was opened so we went and headed towards the service department and before entering the building a service rep came out and stopped us and was just absolutely rude asking what we wanted because they were closed and we still answered him and he said well we are closed so what do you want. Definitely werent expecting this so it caught us by surprise.
Eric was so awesome! He helped us pre-order a truck, gave us different options in terms of financing and leasing. Ultimately, we choose the best option for our family, all with the help of Eric. The Tundra we chose is awesome and it’s so smooth. Customer service is not that great for service dept. I call service to ask about pricing for wheel alignment several times at least 20 minutes apart and nobody wants to answer the call. I always get transferred back to the operator. I hope someone helps alleviate this problem as I want my visits to be hassle free and be productive with my time.

A very disappointed in the customer service that we received from this dealership, first off they forgot to pay off my trade-in so I was getting calls from the bank threatening to hit my credit with a late remark, I was able to call and get that resolved, Im not sure how the car I purchased passed a safety inspection, The brake lights did not work and it had a loud thumping sound when going over small bumps or cracks in the road, I was told to bring it in for service to look at and they would take care of it for me service said it was something they could not repair and directed me to take it to an actual Kia dealership where they have also not been able to fix it yet either, finally theres the referral they tell you that if you refer someone and they buy a vehicle they will write you a check for $50 Thats a joke as its been 2 months since my referral bought a vehicle and every time I call Im promised a call back and just get forgotten, at this point I dont even want the referral check and I will not be taking.my.car in for them to do the first oil change for free, Id rather take it somewhere that cares about their customers.
This was my first experience owning a SUV/Car from a Car-Agency such as Alexander Toyota. The three previous cars Ive owned were preowned as I wasnt ready, at that time, to get a brand NEW Car and didnt know how the whole process was run. But finally I made the decision and the sales member, Tito Garcia 33 from Alexander Toyota Yuma, is a great member from your team, who provided all the information and facilitates the process for me. I will recommend Mr. Garcia to the fullest, hes very professional and provides a service of %110 percent to all his clients. He makes the impossible, possible. I am very satisfy with my 2021 RAV4 and I dont regret getting this SUV.

I want to share my experience I had at this dealership, I found the car I wanted online and contacted Alexander Toyota and the staff was so helpful online and over the phone, Eric Alcal was my salesman and he was awesome to talk to and work with, between Eric and Mike the sales Mgr we were able to make a deal that worked for everyone. I drove two hours to close the deal and pick up the car, I can’t say enough nice things about everyone there. I was reading some of the other reviews it seems to be a pattern that everyone there is stellar, so apparently I’m not the only one that feels this way, please keep up the positive attitude, it is much appreciated. I met Ruben Diaz in finance he was awesome as well, Ruben put the deal together with great financing for me. I can not express how amazing all the staff was. I was told I had to put a lot down to get into something at another dealership but talked to Mike the sales manager and he and another guy said they would get me into something (sorry dont remember the name of the other guy). So I went even though I had my doubts and they got me into something treated me like I was too customer. Amazing service we will definitely be back when we decide to get another car. Worst customer service ever! Why buy my tires there? Took my vehicle today to have my tires looked at and service parts refused to look at my vehicle when I informed them I was on my way out of town with luggage and everything. So I am here at Discount Tire now. 👎🏻
My family (parents and siblings) and I have been getting our vehicles from this dealership for over 10 years. Theyve always made the process as easy as possible, been very professional, and done excellent work when it comes time to get service done. Recently, there was a recall on my model for a fuel pump. The dealership ordered it themselves, informed me, helped me set up an appointment, and took care of it (on top of an oil change) in around 2 hours. It was a very painless process and Hector Aguirrebarrena was very helpful.
I bought a vehicle from a dealer here in Glendale and it was totaled about 6 weeks later. I went back to the same dealer and told them what happened and they said that they appreciate me coming by and would write me a great deal since I was returning. So I went in and they put an offer $3k more than I paid for the exact same vehicle model. Needless to say I walked out on them. I used to do delivery in Yuma so I looked there and found they had the same model. I sent in a request and got a call from Erick Alcala. Erick was AWESOME and answered all my questions quickly and we had the vehicle delivered to my job in Glendale 2 days later! I would highly recommend Alexander Toyota! Fabulous service! Thanks Erick!

I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle out of state, but Erick Alcala (our salesman) and the rest of the staff were very helpful, and everything went smooth. We went out of state because they offered the best price by far from our local dealers. A trouble free and pleasant buying experience.
Sales Manager tried to sell you a warranty for 4 times the price. Phone receptionists ALWAYS rude. Updated 3/8. This place has the rudes phone receptionist I have encountered. I called and asked to speak with a person who could explain some features about the vehicle. She answered with didnt the salesman explain it to you when you purchased it? Rude employees and shadey sales people. I will never have anything to do with this place. Ever.

I frequently drive through Yuma on my way from my home Santa Barbara, CA to my home in Mexico.I blew out a tire just outside of Yuma on my Prius, and the staff at Alexander Toyota set me up with a replacement quickly and easily. Nice, clean waiting area as well.Very helpful and friendly staff.
We got our rental car today, our car is having problems
David was able to help men, I live in Phoenix and was driving through Yuma from San Diego when my 2019 Tacoma would not start. David was able to determine the fuel pump, which was recalled one day earlier was at fault. He arranged for a loaner car because the pump was not in stock. The repair was completed the next day by 12 pm . Excellent service and decision making .

I want to extend my thanks to David Crocker in the service department at Alexander Toyota Yuma. He has taken care of me several times now and is always quick to see my automotive needs and find solutions to my car related problems. It is nice to have the personal service he provides as I am at such a loss when I walk into his office. This time I had to buy some tires and had no clue. He was quick to show me my options so I could make an informed decision. Then I thought I would have to make an appointment to come back but he said they had time to do it then and had the tires in stock. 2 hours later I was on my way home feeling secure that I could feel safe on the road but also that I got the best deal they had to offer. Just cant beat that kind of customer service!

I had an appointment for service on May 4th at 8:00 a.m. Miguel Perez got me signed in right after I arrived. I was in for my 10,000 mile service, but had requested additional services be performed. Miguel confirmed all my requested services and I waited for my vehicle. I expected to be at the dealership for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when my service was completed in less than an hour and a half. And, the cost was significantly less than I expected. Alexander Toyota exceeded my expectations and I would highly and enthusiastically recommend them for service. What a great experience!This review is regarding my service appointment on Oct. 13 at 11:00 a.m. I was greeted as soon as I drove in and my 4Runner was immediately checked in and taken in for service. Had to go to the service department to get touch up up paint for my vehicle. They had to order. In my considered opinion a service department should have most of this stuff on hand. They dont. The people were generally helpful. But the dealership is a whole doesnt care much about their customers after the sale is made.

We found our 4Runner online and they were very supportive of the entire process. We drove from out of state and they were very supportive to get us exactly what we wanted. We were in and out in less than 3 hours.
Took my Toyota Van in for oil change on 7/17/2020. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this dealer for service .this is a big, nice, and clean dealership. Plenty of space and place to sit at the waiting room. Water bottle is provided. Robert Ames, the service adviser is friendly and informative. I was able to use a coupon for alignment which I had back in March (expires in 4/30/2020). Took less than 3 hrs to get the oil change and 4 wheel alignment done with a courtesy car wash. Recommend it.

We got a prompt call back from Robert Ames, one of the Service Advisors, and was advised to bring it in. Long story short, Robert took car of my moms car due to an awesome warranty she still had. I’m for the most part satisfied with the service but today I was even happier for their quick attention, their efficiency, and their great customer service!! Adrian greeted me as soon as I pulled in and opened my car door he was there to assist me, and when I was picking up my car, after it being service, the manager greeted me also immediately and asked me how he can help me with. He is an exemplary manager. Not only does he manages his staff well, but shows by example! Not to mention my car was washed and spotless! They all did a great job!!! I had a great experience the day of buying my new car/trading in the old. The salesmen was great and if this was a rating of just him it would be 5 stars and all issues that happened after this day he did all he could to help. But for financing this has been a terrible experience. My car that I traded in was not paid off till over 2 weeks later. With the timing of this I had to still make a payment on it or else I would of had a late payment. Every amount that was discussed in person and signed on was completely wrong at this point. I called and left messages several times with no call backs. The last time I called I asked for someone different to talk to, this person did call back a few days later and suggested I call my bank and see if an overage was paid for them to refund me (because this is my issue to solve now I guess) and then he transferred me to the individual who never called back. Finally my husband had to go in person and they let him know I was being refunded and had a check in the mail, this was discussed with an individual different than who had my messages. Later that day the financing guy calls back ( now a month later than original messages left) and says he’s been calling me and leaving messages and said he must of had the wrong number because I never had a single missed call or message. I would pull my phone records to prove this if it came down to it. My phone number is on the paperwork from the purchase and in every message I left, he had called me prior to this issue so I know they had my phone number. I am being refunded the overage amount but in the long wrong they have financed me more money than needed which results in more money for them.

A big thanks to him and the service team at Toyota!It turns out the only problem I really had was a small fuse that was easily replaceable at AutoZone. Only cost me $3! Thanks again for the advice on checking the fuse myself Julio!If you ever have to wait for your vehicle in the lobby area, dont be afraid to take a nap like you see in the picture below! (If you do not see a picture there someone napping, that means the Toyota dealership took it down.) All team members will allow you to take a nap and relax while youre visiting their service center! Ill be seeing them again soon!
Mike Estrada is an outstanding Service Advisor. He is very professional and has my complete confidence. He explains the results of the Multi-Point Inspection and addresses any concerns found. I always get my vehicle back by the estimated time. It is always washed and clean.

My truck had a flat tire and he helped me deal with Road Side Assistance, then my Warranty then everything they had to do to get the job finished. He made this stressful situation hassle and stress free. Thank you Robert for this excellent customer service.
Spoke with Hector regarding taking my 07 tacoma in for a recall notice on my the truck and asked him what will it take to replace my clock spring because my air bag was on along with my cruise control not working and that my tire pressure light was on. He recommended to get the truck scanned and that I would have to pay to get it scanned and replace the clock spring and that I will have to pay one more time to get the truck scanned again now for the tire sensors. I asked why i needed two scans and he told me thats what the company charges I told him not to do the additional work and if they can pick me up at my house when the truck was ready he told me that they would but to my surprise, he called me and told me that he didnt have any one to pick me up and I asked him why not and he responded because youre in San luis. I told him that he knew that I was from San luis and that he had told me that they would pick me up and now they cant.

Our sales lady was Vickie. She was extremely knowledgeable of our vehicle. Vickie is very personable, she related to us very well. Vickie did not share her personal life at all which I thought was nice but she is so friendly I wanted to get to know her better.There were no games or tricks. We wanted more car than we could afford (of course) instead of pressuring us to buy the car they worked with our finance company and us to see if they could make it happen. The manager gave us more than the advertised discount.It took us hours to actually accomplish everything but in the end it was worth it.I would only suggest some snacks and juice to help us get through the process.I liked every person we encountered.

My appointment was at 3pm, and when I arrived the serviced department attended to me immediately. I was informed that the service with a car wash would take approximately 1:45 to 2 hours. Within 40 minutes my vehicle was ready. Excellent service by Toyota, and Adrian Torres service consultant!
Placed an order online through the parts department. Received a call the next day saying the amount on the order was incorrect and they were going to cancel the order and have me replace my order for a larger amount. They said the website was wrong and they would not honor the price I originally paid for. The man I spoke to seemed very shady and it felt like he was trying to trick me into replacing the order. I will reorder my parts but definitely not through Alexander Toyota
