Very pleased with the whole experience at the dealership from the initial test drive to the financing part of the sale. I had a vehicle in mind, they had it so we made the deal! I was traveling when I encountered a problem with cruise control not working and days later my battery was shot, after towing car to dealership, I talked to Horachio and he was very sweet and told me they would take care of the problem. None of repairs was covered under my warranty service so just the battery was replaced, upon my arrival I was informed that the mechanic fixed the cruise control at no charge, I am eternally thankful for the above a beyond service I encountered. I love Sonora Nissan, everything was fixed in a timely manner and was able to return home the next day.

Armando is one of the best salesmen I have worked with at any dealership. I wasnt pressured and all questions/concerns I had were answered. Having patience and treating me with respect earned him this review 👍 5/5 for him.As for the service team they need to clean up their attitudes. I will not be servicing my vehicles here and willing to drive to El Centro. They think because theyre the only service team in Yuma they can treat customers how they want. I feel bad for Lisa because she is actually an amazing manager. As far as the 2 front desk service guys that want to treat me disrespectfully you can ask your boss about it. 0/5 for the rude service team..

Its been a long time since I had purchased a vehicle at a dealership. I have owned a Nissan Sentra in the past and knew that theyre good on gas, being that I have a long commute to work. So I decided to go to Sonora Nissan. Right from the start, customer service was great. The sales people are polite and helpful. Jose Witrado is the salesman that helped me, his knowledge of the vehicles that I test drove helped me make a sound decision on my new Sentra. Overall my car purchase experience was really good. I wish I could give 0 stars. My vehicle has 3 recalls, I called and asked for an appt. and a rental, they told me they would schedule me 2 weeks out to make sure they had a car available. I called 2 dats before to make sure everything was set, was told I would get a call back, never did.. Appt. day, I get there and there is no rental car available and to top things off I was told I needed to get a ride to and from work they have no cars available and if they did I would have to pay $40 a day. Horrible service and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its their recall and I have to pay for a rental while they work on a factory recall. HORRIBLE!!!

My wife and I had a great experience with David and the team at Sonora Nissan today. We had a long drive to and from the dealership and it was 100% worth it. We got a fair price for our trade in and a fair price for the new purchase. The paperwork went smooth and they took care of multiple things at once so we didn’t have to spend all day there. I work in sales myself and I really respect the team over there. It was clear they had everyone’s best interest in mind. We made our appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Got to the dealer and was immediately greeted by a customer service agent. He was friendly and attentive and got us checked in quick. The service itself took about 45 minutes to complete. But the waiting area was clean and quiet so we didn’t mind waiting at all. We got exactly what we wanted and the price was very reasonable. I almost always use this facility for routine maintenance on my vehicle and would definitely recommend them.

I messaged them asking about information on a used vehicle and financing. Luis, reached me within ten minutes of my email and suggested I come in person and see what was best for me. Straight up front I told him what my range was and he was able to work on a better and best deal for a much newer vehicle that I had expected . In detailed, he guided my wife and myself with the purchasing process. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the deal we were offered. Luis and his colleague Juan thoroughly explained the vehicles specs and answered all of ours questions before leaving. I took my car in for a routine oil change. I had a coupon for a free oil change and inspection and it was completely quickly. Unfortunately, when my information was being taken for my car, the seat was moved back. I had issues with the seat being stuck before, and I always let the technicians know so that they dont move the seat. The person who moved it didnt know, and I hadnt told him yet because I didnt see him reach down to move the seat. I was sent home with the seat dangerously far back. I felt very unsafe and could hardly make it home. I was very disappointed with the lack of options I had to get home safe. It was going to be over $400 just to order the part and have it delivered the following week. This wouldve left me stranded at home for multiple days. Thankfully we spoke with the manager who went above and beyond to make it right. They found a used part and took care of all expenses to replace the part. I definitely was not expecting to have it fixed at no cost at all. Thank you for making this right and leaving me with a positive experience!!

I really needed a new car and this was my first time going to an actual dealership. I was worried because I knew nothing of the buying process and it was a bit scary to me.I worried for nothing.The gentleman that helped my family and I was Mr. Juan Ruvalcaba, he was very patient and was very kind! He answered all of our questions (even when we asked the same ones over and over 😅) and made sure we got the best deal. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Carlos Solano at Sonora Nissan. We had drove to Phoenix hoping to drive home in a new car. We didnt have the best of service and was referred to Sonora Nissian (home). We came home and went straight to Sonora Nissian. Carlos listened to what we wanted and listened to our concerns. Carlos explained everything to us about our concerns. We felt comfortable and relaxed (sometimes car buying can be stressful). Very un-expected. Brought my car in for oil change and diagnostics. Turns out I need an entire transmission, WHAT??? Was definetely not counting on that, and the cost, over 4 thousand dollars, What??? Nissan corporating willingly and knowingly sold the Altima models and Rogue models with defective units. Charging consumers astronomical prices to replace the transmissions. How can this go on?? Will never buy another nissan product.

Im 0 for 3 with this dealership. Try to purchase a car and they treated us horribly and then called to apologize and ask if we would at least do service through them. Try to do service through them and they didnt do what I dropped the vehicle off for. Call to order parts at 9am and they cant find anybody in the parts dept, ask if they can call me back and nothing. Strike 3.

Their service center is open on both Saturday and Sunday which is very unusual for Yuma. Once I decided it wasnt worth fixing, Carlos helped me to get a certified pre-owned car in my price range.

Rocio(service advisor) was super rude, started screaming at me and so was the rentals girl while giving me the rental i was promised. Lisa (service manager) on the other hand tried to fixed the horrible experience her employees had given to me in all 3 visits. Sadly it’s the only Nissan in town but I would prefer to drive 3hrs to either Phoenix or San Diego rather than to deal with such poor customer service and “mechanics” that instead of fixing a problem create more. Not to mention I’m an ex-employee and I was promised to be given the best experience for buying a car with them and being part “of the Sonora Nissan family” you would think because I worked there I would get at least some decent treatment but it was the complete opposite it because these employees take work way too personal and won’t treat you as a customer over whatever type of work related incidents that might of happened while working there. PROFESSIONALISM and customer service is something those 2 people need to learn.

I came in for a scheduled oil change. The waiting area is closed due to the Covid-19 so the service department made sure I had a loaner. Everything was set up ahead of time. I arrived and immediately was given the loaner vehicle, no wait. The loaner I was given was very nice! The experience was great!

I first made an appointment for my repairs based off what they found during the recall repairs. When I made the appointment I specifically asked if they had the parts; I was told yes. The day I took the car in they called me a few hours later and told me that I could come back and pick up the car because they needed to order the parts. As I mentioned I had them check for the parts initially and was told by the lady I spoked to that yes they had the parts in stock. I am also frustrated that a broken visor on the drivers side is not covered as part of my gold extended warranty under the interior repairs. I asked for the cost of the visor and it was never given to me. When I picked up my car they did tell me other things that I needed, such as a air filter, brake fluid etc which I will do myself but then they also told me that two of my tires were bad and needed to be replaced. They were replaced less than one year ago and when I went back to the place that replaced them they told me there was no reason to replace them they were fine. I only drive around Yuma so in the past year I havent put too many miles on the tires. I feel that Nissan was trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a female and try to get me to get repairs that arent needed. Told me I needed an alignment, let them do it(my mistake) now I need one truck pulls to the right now didnt before they fixed it. Radiator was 2 quarts low but was fine on there Multi point inspection. after $312.32 you think they could have washed it.

I took my car there for some warranty work. The only thing that disappointed me was that it took more than a month to get the part in that needed to be replaced. I doubt that Sonora Nissan was the cause of any of the delay and I was pleased with how soon they fixed the car after the part came in.

Stopped in for an early drop off for warranty work the next morning. The service adviser said it could be fitted in on that day and we were able to pick before closing. This saved us from doing a Monday morning car shuffle and possible being late for work. When we went in to pick up the vehicle the adviser recognized us calling us by name and had our vehicle already being retrieved.

I will never frequent this establishment again after the harassment I endured today by simply wanting to leave my car to be serviced. One of the technicians repeatedly insisted that I wear a mask. I asked him to produce a company policy that stated my requirement to wear a mask. He couldn’t. He called the manager Manuel who also couldn’t produce a policy concerning a mask. He attempted to cite the new city and county ordinances making it mandatory for masks in public yet, he did t know about the 6 ft or greater distance from others that made me exempt from the ordinance. I was harnessed by these two for about 10 minutes before I told them that, I would take my business elsewhere and never return to theirs. In a time where this country is tearing itself apart from the inside out, something as trivial as making me wear a mask just to submit to Sonora Nissan’s paranoia and bullying should be the furthest thing from their minds.
