Dont use this place. They charge 5 times as much as any regular mechanic. For every dollar you over pay here, thats one dollar less you have for food and groceries to feed your kids. Do they care? Of course not. And today, that really matters. They charge $600 to install a $40 electric window motor? You pay for everyone there to make a buck off of you. Of course theyre courteous. Youre supporting everyone there. They charge $250 for a $40 part and $400 to install the part you paid 5 times more for. Re: rockauto.com and a good mechanic. There ARE some good mechanics in Yuma if you LOOK! πππ

We purchased a used wrangler vehicle from this location 4 months ago. I wanted to get a tow plate installed so I took it to an installer that they recommended. The installer stated the vehicle had been wrecked and would not install it. I returned to the dealer, and after 8 hours of hard discussion, and negotiation on both parties part. The seller bought the vehicle back, paid off my other vehicle loan, gave us funds to install a complete flat tow system on our new vehicle that we purchased from the dealer the same day. I would like to acknowledge the Asst. Manager, and General Manager for taking responsiblity for the previous purchased vehicle. It took some time but I believe that both of us came out ahead. Moral of the story...check the used car through and through BF you buy

Terrible customer service. Just wrote them and Victor a positive review for taking care of a LOF, tire rotation and engine air filter check. The next day check engine light came on and they wanted $155 just to diagnose the problemβ¦ that they likely caused. Staff deflected the blame from one department to the next until I got fed up and left. Really disappointed in the customer service after using them exclusively for 3 years. Wonβt be back.

They took really good care of my car. I went in needing an oil change and experiencing a major drop in my fuel economy and they checked over everything. The process did take 5 hours and I was left sitting in the sales center aware it was going to take that long so a heads up or offer of a ride home would have been nice. But overall, Im so pleased I decided to take my car here and will finely return for my next service

Went for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Service was on time, very friendly, professional and informative. Even washed my car!! They also have a very comfortable and quiet customer lounge to wait in.
Worst experience. They tried to tell me I had a leak in the evaporator and compressor for my ac and wanted to charge me 3300.00 dollars. Took it somewhere else, they told me there wasnt any leaks, got it fixed for 400.00

Took my car in for oil change, and to have the AC checked. They returned my vehicle same day with no AC in 100+ weather. They called me back two hours later to tell me they didnt realize my car didnt have AC. Retuned for a loaner and then was charged for it because I wasnt able to answer the phone when they called to let me know my car was ready for pick up. After the missed call I called back several times and left voicemail after voicemail. Didnt get a call back until a day later.

I was in the area and decide to stop in and see if they could perform the needed service. The service person said he could get me in at 2pm. I came back they performed all nessesary service and I was back on the road in about an hour and half.

Got there early for my appointment. Julio said it was OK. They took my Rubicon right in. It seemed like in no time they changed my oil, rotated tires and gave it a really nice wash. It made the long trip to Yuma worth it .
Very nice dealership with a top notch service area when they dont drop the ball as with me. I had routine oil service service with tire rotation. After I picked up my truck, the tires were at the incorrect pressure and the complimentary wash was not done. I turned around and returned for the fix which was done correctly after another 30 minutes. I dropped the truck off with an appointment and wasnt done for nearly 3 hours for this minor work. For this inconvenience I was offered nothing. Not even an apology.

Set an appointment for my vehicle at 8:30am for just an oil change and at 10:15am they still havenβt even touched my car. I can change my oil in less than that amount of time. This is sad. If you schedule an appointment and say it will be an hour then it better be that long. This is so wrong by any means.
Well its a dealership. It has everything a dealership has under its brand. In this case Chrysler products. For me I still prefer a Honda or a Toyota but hey they got Jeeps. My brother bougth a 2019 Jeep Wrangler here but had to replace it because it had an engine issue. Well Chrysler Fiat quality to begin with but still can happen to anybody. People at the sales department are nice but that is their job so they are doing it all right and finally mechanics department is good if their is warranty or recall service but I will never pay normal rates for other services they offer but it is the same with any dealership. So theres nothing more exiting than that.

I know I can count on getting the job done right the first time. But, unfortunately I have one day off and cant always leave my car there ask day long. The only complaint I had this last time is I was at the dealership for three hours. All I had done was check the brakes and order head rest. Turns out they had a head test on stock but, they found it on hour 2.

Not sure what exactly her position is.But as for the service center... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER!!! The customer service is DISGUSTING! Dont deal with Ken. He will tell you things and tell you he will call you about a problem for WEEKS. Then he either will not follow up with you at all or make excuses.Ive had literally nothing but problems. I bought a car that was patched up just good enough to test drive. 2 weeks after is when the problems started. LUCKILY i bought the warranty. So lets start with the list of problems. Bad TRANSMISSION. Bad oil housing resulting in an oil leak. Cracked transmission fluid housing resulting in transmission leak. Bad radio, doesnt recieve all signals such as sxm radio and functionality with phones. Brakes and brake rotors were bad. Bad struts. Bad engine mounts. And I know i am forgetting some the list goes on.NEEDLESS to say the vehicle should not have been put on the lot in its condition. Ive been going into the service center for months trying to have these issues taken care of. Only thing Ive been able to resolve is the brake rotors. Every time Im told that parts have been ordered. I follow up the next week (3 times now after waiting 2 months because parts are on back order) they tell me the parts have been ordered. When i follow up the next week its parts havent been ordered, only quoted. I have now 2 times stood in front of an employee when they ordered the parts for my vehicle. Only to find out a week later they were in fact not ordered. It really seems as though theyre trying to run my warranty out. Every time 8ve gone in ive waited at least an hour. Ive left my car for 3 days at a time and NOTHING was done or fixed other than them saying yup your transmission has been through a rough time when i walked in there saying hey my transmission is slipping i need to get it fixed. I was already aware it was bad... so you didint solve or fix anything. Honestly i wish i had never bought the vehicle and i wish i could return it and be rid of the entire transaction. Its been a f**king nughtmare. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership. As well as my family. I am beyond FED UP trying to resolve these issues!!!!

Went in because my engine light was on, on my 16 Charger Hellcat with only 30,000 miles. The code indicated that it was a catalytic converter issue. Long story short Zahid informed me there was a recall for that very issue. He then ask me to give him a moment, as he went to see when they could have the parts in to schedule the repair. Upon his return, he informed me that they had the parts and could take care of my vehicle the same day.Myself as a car enthusiast, was very pleased to see how expedient the issue was resolve all in 1 day.

I would rate our salesman Johnny Q a 5. The dealership gets a 2. Johnny was very patient while we compared two used Jeeps. We settled on the one and the waiting began. Johnny offered to get it washed and detailed while we waited. We had already been there almost 3 hours, so we said no and said we would pick it up the next morning. We arrive, sign all the documents, then had to wait almost 2 hours for a vehicle they were supposed to wash the day before. When the finally got our Jeep to us you could tell it had just been washed. The unbelievable wait time gives them a low score. We did get free water and Fisher masks, but they need to speed up dealer prep.
I was late for an oil change on my Challenger because I was self quarantining due to COVID (I have some co-morbidity issues, age and other). I spoke to Service Manager Ricky Munoz, who generously offered to come pick up my car, have it serviced and return it to me. He did so, including the oil change, checking my tire pressures and a wash. I was so grateful for this as I had not been able to get to the dealership myself. I will be recommending Fisher Chrysler to my friends because of the great customer service that goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. Thank you all again.

Lets just say I didnt even want to give them this star. I had the baddest service with Dodge. I took my vehicle to get it fix from a problem. I left my vehicle on a Friday and they said by Monday I should know whats wrong with it. Monday came & No call now its Friday on 1 week being there and I call in to see whats up with it the man told me he didnt know whats wrong with it hes has to ask some guy and call me back. Never did he call back now its going on the 2nd week it there still with no call so my husband go in to pick it up they charge him over $100 and didnt fix my problem my car sounds worst then when i took it in. I feel robbed for my money since nothing was fix and now were out of money and my car still the same. NEVER will I take any of my vehicles or will I recommend Dodge to anybody.

I went in for a part. Through them $72 picked up. After I bought it I looked it up $22 shipped through eBay. Marking up a part this much tells me not to do business as again. This place does not deserve 1star.
