Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car! They couldnt care less about there customers. One salesman was a no show for 2 different appointments. The next salesman left us outside waiting for him to grab keys to a vehicle for 20 min in the hot sun!! Only to find out he was helping other people, completely forgot about us. I called to talk to a manager. They just kept putting sales people on the phone. 4 trips to them from the foothills for nothing!!! UPDATEThe GM reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right. Worked a great deal for me, sent me back in to the dealership where Liz one of the saleswoman took very could care of us. Big thanks to Liz and Jon. You both turned a 1 star review to a 5!

Was great at first but after awhile no so great. First my cosigner wanted off my car loan so I called them to talk to them and they told me they would call me back, never got a call back. I called again a week later I was told that the manager was on a test drive with someone and they will call me back but nothing back. Now 5 months later they raised my car payment for no reason that I can think of and I called but once again no call back. Not happy with Kia so this is making me choose a hard choice. I love my car but they raised my car payment when I have a contract and they wont talk to me.

We have 3 Kia dealers in San Diego, but I will drive 2.5 hours to use this one. The salesman sat with me to discuss my financing options. They were no pressure and so nice. The service is great! San Diego dealers have a 2-3 week wait time for maintenance appointments, and this dealer took my car the day I called. They also called to look up my prepaid maintenance plan. I went to two other places that wouldn’t do that. When I purchased the plan, they said I can go to any location. But others rejected it. This sales and service team did an excellent job!

Went in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Service was quick and easy. Your first 3 oil changes are free. I wasnt aware of this so everything was free of charge. I highly recommend this dealership because of their friendly staff who answered every question I had, and how quickly my wifes car was serviced.

Purchased my 2019 Kia Soul from them. Satisfied with that purchase. We decided to size up this year with the new Seltos. Found the one we liked. They came back with an offer for my trade in, the 2019 Soul. This car is in perfect shape and has only 8100 miles on it. I had already looked up the Kelley Blue Book on it before we went. They offered me $7000 in trade in and went up to $9000. The Blue book was between the range of $12,000-$14,000. Needless to say we did not puchase. We are taking our business to another more honest dealer.

Very, very polite and professional. Brought our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an a/c performance check up, and was blown away by the friendliness and customer concern. Everyone was eager to assist, guide us in the right direction, and answer any questions we might have. We had our own transportation arranged while the Jeep was being serviced, but we were asked twice if we needed a ride. Wow. Great attitude and service!

I bought a 2001 F-150 8 years ago and the truck is still running strong. Very helpful and friendly staff, from the sales personnel to the owner. Not your typical pushy salespeople, they let you tell them what your looking for and help you get it. The finance department gave options for different vehicles with different interest rates and let me decide which one was best for me. The most relaxed and enjoyable vehicle purchase Ive ever experienced.

What a Great Kia service Center in Yuma. We had our hatchback locking mechanism break in route from Texas back to California. We called the Kia service Center and Andrew had us come into the dealership. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the part in stock and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I purchased a new Kia Sorento from Kia of Yuma and purchased the clear coat for the inside and outside of the vehicle. I had my sister take the vehicle to service to get this done. Upon pick up it looked like it was all done and you could smell the coating on the inside of the vehicle. Took the vehicle home I found the the back of the vehicle was not coated. Called them and they told me it was completed the entire vehicle was coated. I told them if it was coated how did you get the coating under the dirt? They told me to take a picture and send it to them. Finally, they said to bring it back in. Drove back to the dealership and had to leave the vehicle overnight for pickup the next day. Luckily I had another vehicle to use. My issue is they did a half a$$ job for something that I paid extra for when I purchased the vehicle. And since you cannot see the clear coat, how do you know they coated the entire vehicle inside and out? All you have is their word and hope you get what you paid for. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they are completing the coating they missed.

Do not get touch up paint on your car from this dealership or for those matters maybe rethink going somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money. There are other dealerships in this town. Please read on! I had to purchase touch up paint because I was initially told when purchasing this vehicle that they cover chips and scratches through the extended warranty; however, we discovered they do not. We spent 26,000 plus on a brand new Kia Soul and we believe that the professionalism and satisfaction is now no longer a concern once papers are signed and are locked into a monthly payment not to mention the interest accumulated. I purchased the touch-up paint for my Kia Soul 2020 and did not get the right product, it was too dark (which service did acknowledge, and the paint bubbled on the car.) It looks terrible and 3 days I had to wait for a call from management due to management, not on sight of the dealership, needless to say, no return call. I was the one who had to be proactive and go down to the Kia dealership to talk with Management. They put me in touch with whom I now feel was an inept Assistant Manager, Daniel Ballesteros. He was unwilling to discuss the problem that Kia manufacturing gave the wrong color defective paint. His solution was to give me more paint. I said, Its ruined and it looks terrible. Im not an auto body person. It will take more than paint to fix this problem. It will take an auto body shop to fix the incorrect bubbled paint on this vehicle. I of course had to endure the notorious, There is nothing I can do. from Mr. Ballesteros. I feel he allegedly lied to me which I do not appreciate dishonesty and lies. Why do I feel this way because he told me that they do not have an auto body shop so the only thing that he can do is give me more paint and he said it repeatedly throughout the conversation? I retorted according to the warranty if this was what you considered a manufacturer defect there would be a place to take this vehicle to repair!! Its known that car dealerships have auto body shops in place to repair cars either in house or contracted out. So you mean to tell me that Kia of Yuma doesnt have an auto body or a place to take a vehicle for repairs. I find this contradictory and lead me to conclude that I have been a victim of lies. Let me present a question to Kia of Yuma if a person has manufacture defective/damaged auto parts they will be turned away because there is no auto body shop to do the repairs in this dealership? So you are telling me your dealership will not honor the warranties set in place. You see how erroneous that sounds. Kia of Yuma and the manufacturer gave me the wrong mixed/matched bubbled paint which caused the defective color and bubbling to my Vehicle. The Kia Soul now needs to be professionally repaired which Mr. Ballesteros refused to step up to the plate and acknowledge. If I would have been told that the paint was not going to match exactly or give me problems I would not have done this and ordered the touch-up pen/paint. My trust in this dealership and service department has now been compromised. My observation and experience now with the Service Center and Maintenance department and Mr. Ballesteros along with his management team at Kia of Yuma have no interest in helping resolve service problems to which they are responsible for creating. I now feel I will be singled out and discriminated against and treated unfairly upon my return for warranty services. I have these different color bubbled spots on a brand new car. I was turned away, with no other explanation with any other alternatives to resolve this issue. I now must accept Mr. Ballesteros did not want to take responsibility for our Kia receiving the wrong defective and color paint and to repair the damage that it caused. Shame on you Kia of Yuma for what I perceived as lies and taking advantage of seniors!!!!!

I love my Kia Niro and Kia Of Yuma employes pleasant, effective people. They charged about two and a half times the internet cost (from a Kia online outlet) for the Niros Cabin Filter. That is no bueno... I will still use them for scheduled maintenance, but I will purchase the air and Cabin Filters online and replace them myself...

Kia of Yuma was by far the best experience we’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. We did an online credit application, were pre-approved, made an appointment to visit Kia of Yuma the next morning. We were greeted promptly by Javier, picked our vehicle, test drove it, and accepted our great deal in about an hour and a half. No dance, no gimmicks, no pressure, just a straight forward deal. Ive had two experiences here with the service department, the first because I didnt know better and the second because I had no choice (recall). Both times I was talked down to, lied to, and seemingly purposefully misled. Not only did the employees seem to not have an ounce of proactive sense, but there was zero communication or respect for my time. The only good thing that came out of it was that the oil change and servicing was comped once my HUSBAND complained.

I have had the pleasure of having my KIAS serviced at Zamora for the past 4 years+ My first was a 2011 Sorento which more then proved itself to be trouble free and a great road car. Even though I had not purchased it from Zamora the service was great. Since then I have retired and traded for a KIA Soul. It great buying from Zamora, No hassle like you get from the big box stores in the Phoenix AZ area. Shortly after I took delivery we made a trip across country from Yuma AZ to New Jersey (about 6500 miles round trip and we were very pleased with the flawless way the Soul, rode and handled. The service from Zamora is the best! Some of you other dealers should take a page from their operation here in Yuma.
