Cueter usually does a good job taking care of my car and my needs. Its taken them a while and numerous tries to replace my hood under warranty. Well see if this time is better. Also, they put a new license plate holder on my car and I had intentionally removed the old one. I was a bit surprised they would do that. In the future, Cueter service peeps, please dont volunteer me for a new license plate holder! I like not having one, now Ive got to take this one off too. Otherwise, everything else was fine:)
Once again I am extremely exasperated by the lack of customer service. The service department is the worst when it comes to this dealership, and they and the manager/owner dont seem to care. I dropped my car off on Monday morning to have an engine light/oil pressure light diagnostic evaluated. The car is a little over a year old, and has 17,000 miles on it. Monday evening they said it would be ready on Tuesday- today. Today, we are finding out the car is still sitting, they couldnt locate it, and didnt know when the repairs would be done. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. Once they did, they admitted that the person who does this diagnostic work was not there, they knew he would not be in, and over-promised a turn-around time. In the meantime- no service recovery options/rental car are offered. This car is under warranty, and was purchased at this location (as well as the 8 other cars we have owned/leased). NO customer service or care was extended or offered or suggested. Flaws from day one in my opinion. RUN to Firestone down the road.
Every-time I have had an appointment with Cueter, staff has always been very professional and helpful.
I had been rear-ended while stopped, and the rear end of my Compass was pretty smashed up. It was repaired and returned to me in under two weeks. Cueter employees Jacob P. and Brad helped me with getting a rental while my vehicle was out of commission, and made the process painless.
Went to get my car fixed cause someone miserably failed at breaking in. Took a bit longer cause they had to find a new door for me, but honestly I am so happy to have my car back and the work that Brad and his team did. They also fixed the front of my car that I had taped up so I am so happy about that :)
I went in for a repair. I walked out with a brand new Wrangler. Maryann and Jim were amazing. I didn’t have any problems at all. The transition was smooth. Maryann, you are amazing . Thank you

Cueter was fantastic!! My wife is babysitting our granddaughters in Ann Arbor (because of Covid) and had numerous alerts go off on our 2019 Grand Caravan early on a Friday morning. I drove from Lansing to Ann Arbor to get the van and got to the dealership about 11:15. They checked the codes and test drove the vehicle to ensure there were no problems and finished by 1:00 p.m. I cannot say enough about the staff and service I received.
I went to Cueter to get my vehicle serviced after hitting a deer. The collision team was great, Rick was very informative and kept me in the loop. should there be a need for me to ever come back I most certainly would.
Work was completed quickly while exceeding expectations. Service Writer (Jabril) kept me informed, provided options with reasonable suggestions. I am a satisfied customer that will be back for any and all automotive needs.
Overall the service and care for my vehicle was very good. My only dissatisfaction was it seemed to take too long. I made the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance inspection a week earlier & my expectation was that the service might take 30-40 minutes at most. I was disappointed to have it take roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes. Seems my car was ready and parked outside for 5-8 minutes before anyone reached out to me to tell me it was ready; and then I had to search out the service rep to get my keys. My wife owns a competitors luxury brand and Ive routinely had her vehicle serviced at her dealership in roughly 35 minutes. Again very good service, but it just took too long for an appointment visit.
Always fast and efficient!! I went for a routine oil change and they took care of a recall that I wasnt even aware of. Always excellent service and friendly staff.
I was told that it would take one hour and a half to finish the job and that was fine for me. I needed two hours and they finished in one hour that was good also.
The Service Rep was very professional. He exemplified excellent customer service skills along with patiences. He thoroughly explained various services that would be beneficial to my car upon my request.
I had a notice of Emission Update due. They were very friendly and accommodating. The service department was very cognizant of COVID issues and followed guidelines. They accepted my oil change coupon and texted me when my automobile was done!
Been going to this dealership since June 2014, I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger RT for my wife from Jim Gregor who is a great guy, we have our car serviced there and the staff are very professional, six years later car now has 35,000 miles on it and still feels new as the day I bought it.

First time going to a dealership and getting a car and Ben Heusel was fantastic. He walked me through the process and was transparent and patient with me. Definitely recommend cueter chrysler and Ben.Update: unfortunately i had to take 2 stars back, there have been a few issues since leaving. The transfer title name was wrong, not even close and now the name on the insurance somehow got switched up, they put some random person on the title and we have to go back to fix it and waste our time. Depending on how this resolves 2 out of 5 stars
