It wasnt me personally that just had a vehicle. My father Father did. Work was supposedly done on the car because it wouldnt start. Whatever was done $900 worth and car still didnt start. Wasnt asking for all monies back because work was done. Some money should have been returned to my father because the car didnt start after paying trying to leaving the facility quick oil lube on Canton Center in Canton Mich. Myself or my family will NEVER use any one of the quick lane facilities ever again. I have to give one star. Wish I could give no star.

Good place friendly great service

They are terrible barely know what they are doing. They blew my engine due to improperly putting the drain plug back in.Refused to pay for damages after verifying that they indeed were the cause of the problem. They have drug addicted people working on your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take a chance at this place. I’m a single mother now out of a vehicle and job due to their negligence.

Quick and fast. Could tell by the color I hadnt had an oil change in a while... asked if I wanted it flushed. Definitely needed it. Corrected my tire pressure problem & placed my windshield wipers on at no additional cost. All under 20 mins.

This was my second visit to this place, the first was without incident. But this time.....WOW! It will be my last!!! After rolling out the rear door I immediately noticed that my truck was shaking and idling very rough. I didnt think too much of it because I was 5400 miles past due for an oil change. I just thought my vehicle was trying to adjust to the new oil. However, it continued that way for another day until I finally checked my oil level the following morning.Holy smoke what a shock......my dip stick was showing my oil level at TWICE the max level!!! I immediately drove back to this place, lucky it is only a couple of blocks away, and they did correct the problem. But, needless to say that will be my last oil change at this clown factory!

Unprofessional, misogynistic, and disrespectful. I went to have a simple oil change: there was no one in line, but the man did not even end his personal phone call to greet me or usher me into the garage. He continued to talk on his cell phone while I pulled in. They were blaring talk radio that was belligerently slandering women. I was not going to endorse a business that was outwardly misogynistic, so I left before they had even started to perform service on my car. I will never ever return.

Went there, he looked at my car and told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and it would be a couple of hours. Was highly recommended to me by an auto part store and it was the right choice.

Didnt change my oil at all?Went here for an oil change. 5,000 miles later (HM) I stopped for an oil change at a Pennzoil place. Pennzoil told me it HAD to have been about 10,000 miles since my last oil change and showed me the sludge and junk on the dipstick. Ended up having to have a flush on top of a HM oil change. Long story short - this place apparently didnt do what I paid them to, and could have seriously damaged my vehicle! Never going there again!

I was charged more than I was quoted, and the owner was very rude when I spoke to him about it. The customer is always wrong here. This is the reason I normally change my oil myself.
