Everything started off good, but then when I looked to get my Vin number in the windshield the number was cover up. My rear view mirror wasnt tighten, so I returned it to be tighten up and it was slightly tighten from before and still loose. When I reported to the people at the desk about the problems, they acted like they didnt care.

CLUELESS, INCONSIDERATE OF THE CUSTOMER, DISRESPECTFUL RUDE! How could Henderson Glass Improve? 1. By not changing my appointment for a windshield Replacement and Calibration back and forth Three Times. 2. By then informing me when I dropped off my car that the calibration part could not be completed until the end of the day, forcing me to change another car service appointment scheduled for 4 hours later to the next week. 3. By having reasonable and POLITE, Communicative, and Customer Focused staff!! I was not informed until 4:30 pm on Friday that I could pick up my car, and they would not wait 15 minutes after closing at 5 pm on Friday (when it was still very light out) for me to arrive with uber. She also insisted I had to pay for an INCOMPLETED JOB THAT LEFT A SAFETY FEATURE NOT DONE, over the phone before I arrive with my Uber, and they would leave my keys on the car but no one would be there to explain to me in person what safety feature I shouldn’t use when driving my car over the weekend. (!!!!) And I still would have to come back next week to get the calibration done. WHAT!?! ARE THEY JUST CLUELESS, INCONSIDERATE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE? YES, THEY ARE!!!

I have a Tesla Model 3. This is a completely American Made car, yet they have no interest in doing any glass work on Teslas. The only way they would work on it is if I called Tesla, ordered the glass and delivered it to them. For Tesla owners, Safelite now is the preferred vendor for some insurances. I was hoping to give a local company my business.

Dallas and Dylan were in on time, efficient, professional and friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment since they came to our home to fix the windshield. The cost was less than I expected. Even though they were working outside these men wore a mask the whole time! I would highly recommend Henderson Glass.

Friendly, helpful, efficient. I need a pane of glass replaced in a residential and they were on the job getting measurements and setting o the order. Seemed to know what they were doing.

The windshield replacement tech came to my home and did the job in half an hour. Great job, minimal contact and he even kept and replaced my oil change sticker on the new windshield. Cost less than I had budgeted.

Excellent service from a very friendly staff. I had to have my windshield replaced and I was able to find it for a cheaper price than what they quoted me. I contacted them to let them know I found it cheaper and cancel my appointment and they were able to price match the other place. My family has been doing business with Henderson Glass for a lot of years and I see many more years of business with them.

The best experience Ive had yet. I go through several windshields a year and used to call the other company to come out and replace it in my driveway. I will forever drive to Henderson glass and let their knowledgeable and friendly staff work on my trucks. The competition messed my truck up previously. If you need a reliable, fast, company to handle your windshield repairs and replacement I wouldnt look any further. The manager even came out to check over the job and discuss it afterwards.

2 hour, front windshield replacement is reasonable. They helped me make a claim with my insurance. The installation was ok, but might have done a better job aligning the plastic trim. Overall a good job.

Friendly and expert windshield repair. I was willing to pay more for their expertice - the person helping me had 20+ years in the business.When he determined that my windshield was not causing the water seepage in my car he told me and didnt charge for the diagnosis. I call that honest and forthright!

I dont understand the negative comments. Henderson replaced 11 double pane windows in my house. Setting up the appointment was easy, they showed up on time to measure, quick on getting me a quote (cheaper then buying new windows at lowes and installing myself), they came on time for the install which took less then an hour. I was extremely impressed, will definitely be using Henderson in the future!!!

Excellent service! The glass door on the front of my shop just cracked out of nowhere in January, of all times. Two guys show up, remove the cracked pane, slap and seal a new one in, and out the door in like, half an hour... tops. Barely disrupted business at all! Looks great! Fantastic!

Really horrible customer service ! Technician didnt show up. We called several times and send text message to him but never returned. Now I understand why they have bad ratings. No courtesy and professionalism.Dont waste your time with them.

Had two broken mirrors. They said it would take a week to repair. No problem! Smalltalk: I told them that I would eventually take one mirror to my daughter, who I was going to visit the next day. They said to have the mirrors ready in time tomorrow would be impossible. However, they called me the next day in time before I left and had both mirrors fixed for me! I will go there again!

A few days ago I went there to have my windshield chip fixed. They did okay job, but they had really bad customer service. The guy who handled my case looked like I owed him money and his attitude was like he didnt want to see me there. So Ive made my decision not to go there anymore. It was sad because they used to be good shop.

Our floor contractor broke our storefront window and so he called these guys to get it replaced. They first brought the wrong color glass because they did not seem to realize it was tinted the first time and we had to wait another week or two to have it fixed again. Then when they installed the replacement they nicked one of my other windows, which then cracked right across. They refuse to take blame for it but they were THE ONLY ONES outside behind the bush...so we had to wait another 2 or 3 weeks to replace that window, which further stalled our renovations. I am beyond angry that we have to pay for something that we did not break. At least our contractor that broke the original has some honor to pay for the original broken window but I am beyond disappointed with the work and customer care by Henderson. I have never used them before for windows and I will not in the future.

Had glass replaced on a broken anderson window 6 months ago for $160 now inner pane broke from very edge nothing happened to it plus its protected by the screen on inside since its a crank out window they said i must have broke it in instulation yet i wait 6 months to call hmmmmmm wont cover even the glass cost and oh now its $260 to fix it thats quite a mark up on six months stay away bad craftsmanship their work will fail and you will be blamed

Had them replace my side mirror. They failed to clean the insides before adhering the mirror and it fell off. Asked them to fix it and the owner refused! Had to call corporate and then had to drive to Westland in order to get the company to fix what this store screwed up! Never again!

I called to have an appointment made to have someone come to my home for a table top glass, they originally told me that they would be there between 9 and 12 AM, I waited for three hours no one ever showed up, like any other customer I did start calling them around 11 AM just to doublecheck as they told me someone would call me a half hour before they showed up unfortunately no one ever came, very poor customer service I would look elsewhere
