I love everything about Auto one theyre very understanding they listen and they dont try to out talk women and overpriced them so I will recommend anyone to go there to get their car fixed

One of the few mechanics I trust. Have been using them for years. Does not try to sell you on repairs or parts that you dont need. In fact, they try to give you solutions that fit your budget and needs. They do install parts that you purchase elsewhere.

They were very nice, helpful, AND they got my stuff done in less than 30 minutes when it was projected 1.5! Yay thank you!

Auto one was a great they did a professional service great prices everybody else wanted $400 for fuel tank to be put in they asked for $250 just that was all labor they did the job quick and efficiently I love Auto one.

Have been going to them for 6years! They are amazing.

I needed an oil change and a new catalytic converter. The guys were nice enough to put my car up, change out the oil and estimate the amount of money it would be for the replacement. They gave me a decent estimate, were kind enough to bring the car down and let me come back when I had the money ready. Came back a couple of days later and they were able to get my car in that day. With in a few hours they had replaced the catalytic converter and an O2 censor I needed, called me as soon as it was down as well as text. Came in at the end of the day, and they were able to do the work under their original estimate. The guys behind the counter couldnt have been nicer or more professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work on their car.

All of the staff here go above and beyond with my car. They take time to educate you about your car as well. Everyone seems really passionate about what they do. I travel from Wayne just to get my stuff done here because honestly, its worth it. I doubt youll get a more personal touch anywhere else. 10/10

I love Auto one! I live an hour away and I decided to continue my patronage there. I have been to several mechanics in the past few years and Auto One still ranks as my favorite. They kept me posted the entire time, as well as finished my car quickly (they always do compared to other mechanics). I had a lot of work done and they helped me out with the A/C diagnostics. They only ever do what is necessary, never up-sell, are entirely honest, and in my experience with a lot of beater cars, very reasonably priced. Theyre the best!

Best service Ive gotten since coming to Michigan; moved here at the end of 2017. I try to get my 2003 Jeep Wrangler serviced and inspected every 3-4 months.Had me in and out in an hour and everyone was very personable.I asked for a general inspection and oil change and they managed to find things that the local dealership hadnt in nearly two years; going above and beyond to make sure everything was double checked and taken care of.Mechanic even went ahead and took care of grease points, tire pressure, and other little odds and ends I wouldnt have recalled to ask for. He also would double back with me to inform me about things he found and recommended getting serviced and/or replaced, showing me the proof of why and offering options. I ended up giving him the go ahead on everything.It was nice to feel involved and informed every step of the process while knowing exactly who was working on my car. They didnt even mind that I just hung around nearby while the work was done, which shows a distinct level of confidence and trustworthiness.Would definitely recommend!

I brought my car in for an oil change. Joel gave me all the options for my car and I felt I could make the best decision based on cost and quality. While doing the oil change, Joel found that the serpentine belt was about to crack. I have been hearing a squeaking noise for awhile and the last mechanic told me it was nothing to worry about! Joel showed me the cracks in the belt, replaced it for a very reasonable fee and my car is no longer obnoxiously squeaking down the road. I was in and out with an oil change and new belt in a little over an hour. Great customer service and quality work!

My Ford vehicle has lockers on the wheels and I lost the key of it. Recently I need to replace the tires so I really need to find a way to take the wheel off. I don’t have a garage and tools so I can’t do it by myself. I’ve been to a few Ford dealers around Ypsi&AA asking if they could take those lockers off. Thought it could be a easy work but they never made it. Was sad but I found Auto one. They only took seconds to take off the lockers. Since I did a brake inspection there so they didn’t charge me for taking the wheel lockers. It’s so ironic that those FORD dealers won’t do such a small thing for their customers.Auto One is definitely recommend around Ypsi& AA area for the quality and professionalism.

I am used to going to Valvoline, and wasn’t sure how these guys would compare. They were just as nice, and seemed to really care about my car (I went in for an oil change). They didn’t try to make me buy things I didn’t need, staff was very friendly. It just took a little longer than I’m used to with Valvoline, but I’m guessing that’s because there was only one guy working on my car versus the 3 or 4 they have at Valvoline.The best part: the PRICES! Very fair. $30 for oil change versus $45 at Valvoline. Plus supporting a local business. Will go back here from now on!

A great team of mechanics here! These guys help me look out for possible safety issues, dont try to over sell on things that are not needed, and get me back on the road with no fuss. The CV axle I needed was impossible to find yet they took time off their busy schedule to check availability. They worked with me till the part was finally located. They may not be the largest newest repair shop in town but the personalized service and experience makes the difference.They are the most honest and approachable auto repair shop I have dealt with, their prices are very competitive and they wont try and sell you on unnecessary repairs. They are the only shop I trust when I am unable to complete the repairs myself. I recommend they highly.

I had a great experience at Auto-One. I was quoted an outrageous estimate at a well known tire place and the services they said I had to have was not necesaary at all. Jesse was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely think I got the best deal/ service. Very satisfied customer!

I had an appointment for a time and when I got there they said it would be another hour and a half until they looked at it. Once they did look, they couldnt reproduce the problem in a test drive and told me nothing was wrong, did not clear or look in to the check engine light, and still charged me a diagnostic fee. They did clear the code when I went back later because it was still on but there was no way I was going to let them do anything further to my car, and they didnt even offer to. Not even sure they are ASE certified.

I went there to get brakes and then tires changed. I like this place because after they take a look at the car, theyll call you and tell you the price of the work before doing the work. They might recommend extra things be done, but they dont try to push you into buying extra services.

Horrible HORRIBLE communication! I brought my car here for a overheating problem and they held my car for over week and could not figure out what the problem was. It was just my thermostat. I drove by a couple times and notice my car was in the back not being attended to. Also they would not call and let me know what is the update on my car, I had to constantly call and go up there to get updates. Eventually I got tired of the lies and nothing was being done to my car and went and picked it up. They didnt charge me for a diagnostic as they should because they couldnt even find what was wrong. I checked my car myself and it was just my thermostat! and my car runs perfect again. I mean just terrible business. Never again will I come here.
