Nasr made the experience worth the extra wait. The small crack I had was just a bit big to be simply patch and therefore the whole windshield had to be replaced. He had my windshield on site and was able to replace it right there in under 30 minutes.I was afraid I would have to make another trip to get it replaced because he would have to order my windshield and get it shipped. This was not the case. Quick and hassle free process!

Next day appointment was available.Originally i booked with safe lite because i was going to make an insurance claim. Safelite wanted 620$ and so with my deductible being $500 I figured it was a good deal.Then a friend recommended this place to me.I called, not expecting much because safelite said its hard to find glass for my Toyota Tundra.. lo and behold, he charged me approximately 302.00 total. UNDER HALF of safelite and professionally cleaned my truck to remove all of the broken fragments.Go here. Dont go to safe lite. I thought I was doing good paying $500 for my deductible, I paid 300.00.

I needed to replace my cars windshield due to a rock crack that spread completely across. I googled and called several local businesses in AA area to check pricing. Nasr did a great job, he was prompt and efficient! The price was much less than any place else in the area and exactly what he quoted over the phone. I called on a Monday afternoon, he got the glass that afternoon and I was scheduled for 10:30 the next morning. Arrived a few minutes early, he took me right in and I was done by 11:00. Very Pleased and will use him again if required.

This is by far the best car glass repair shop experience Ive ever had! It took about 30 minutes and cost $100 less then all the neighboring glass shops. He also changed my license plate out for free! (It was rusted to my car...) the gps was a little off from the store front, see photo for exact location.

Very happy with Nasrs service and product. Price was drastically different from other places I called. He was able to get me in next day and installation was as promised, about an hour.

My windshield cracked on the way to work on a Friday and Nasr was able to fix it the next day. The price was 100 dollars cheaper than the other places I called and when he took the windshield off and saw it was rusting underneath, he took the time to clean it up and seal it at no extra cost. I can happily say that even with all the rain we have had, I have had no leaks from where the rust was. I would definitely call this place first if you need your windshield replaced or repaired. :)

They replaced the windshield on my Subaru Outback with Eyesight Driver assist 3 days ago. Install was simply arranged with one email and 2 texts. They showed up right on time with call ahead to give me a heads up that they were on the way. Install done in 20-30 minutes in front of the house and they were gone. No leaks with the recent rain and no wind noise. Eyesight works just fine. Finally their price was much better than 3 others checked in town including what was in my view a BS quote costing 3x more from major national glass installer who said I had to bring car in to shop for install so they could re-calibrate camera. They never had to do this on 2 previous windshields (stupid Michigan roads). Comerika will be first call for autoglass going forward.

My experience was good! The owner contacted me the before my service and was there at his office to replace my windshield the first thing that morning. I had a great experience getting a small chip filled on the passenger side windshield of my 2018 Mazda 6. I got an online quote from a national chain for $135, and then a classmate referred me to Comerika. The quote was much more affordable and the process was quick and easy. I had a similarly great experience as described by so many others.I had a pebble hit my windshield and start a small crack. I called Comerika because it was nearby and had a lot of good reviews. The mechanic was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. He said if I ran over right then he could fix my windshield immediately so ten minutes later Im at the shop, he looks at it, confirms the price and fixes it on the spot. Super nice guy too! When the bill comes its exactly what we agreed with no hidden fees or attempts at upselling and a few minutes after that Im driving away thinking I gotta write this business a good review because it is so hard to find service this good. Any sort of auto work is a source of anxiety so when Nasr was able to replace our windshield in 30 minutes for $150 less than the competition AND made it work perfectly within our schedule it couldn’t have been less of a headache. A little hole-in-the-wall auto glass shop in a small strip mall just north of the Discount Tire store on Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti. Their service was awesome. I called, drove over and in about an hour had a new windshield on my minivan for $150, compared to other quotes $100 more. I watched the installation and it the installer was skilled and meticulous putting it in. I just had this done yesterday, so I cant speak to long-term quality, but its great so far.

I had a long crack on my 2015 rav 4. Tried to fix it with resin myself but found it distracting and probably not safe. I got it replaced for cheap (245) which was way cheaper than what was quoted from other places. Was done really quickly and professionally. Parking area had discarded razor blades strewn about from rock chip repairs. Waiting area was messy, random rolls of toilet paper stacked in the corner. He seemed a little inexperienced at repairing rock chips through insurance, even after talking to my insurance company on the phone he claimed I had to pay for the repair in full because it didn’t meet the comprehensive deductible. He was incorrect because I went to another repair shop and had the repair done at no cost to me.

I called Eureka a few weeks back because I had a broken side window on my car. When the owner picked up, he was very friendly and said he could fit me in the next day. I ended up having to wait another day due to the snow, and was running late that day, but the mechanic waited for me. He completed the repair and even vacuumed out the broken glass in my car, all in 1/2 hour! I was very pleased with the speed of the repair and the price was not bad either.

I went to Eureka to replace the damaged windshield of my car. I had been delaying this for quite a bit thinking that it would be an expensive and long repair. Eureka solved the issue in no time, and got me a wonderful deal on the new windshield. Truly the best price I have seen around! On top of that, the guy who helped me, Nasr, was the best! Since then the comment has been deleted.After leaving the review for my 1st experience which was very poor, a rep from Eureka calls my phone asking why I left bad review. In an attempt to conclude the conversation I offered an explanation, thanked him for the completed work which was promised to be done almost half the day sooner and the guys starts arguing with me about deleting the review. I express my dissatisfaction with the service and yes I requested a $50 refund if the review were do be deleted. The guy argues more then leaves this response which is a total understatement. Almost makes me want to take my business else where but since Im in need of another repair let see if make up for the initial poor experience.Very poor. Made excuse after excuse and promise after promise. Each of which were not met. Would not use again nor would I every recommend ANY customer to use this service.
