The radiator cap was opened and left loose and subsequently my coolant bubbled over and spewed all over the engine compartment. When I called, the person on the phone stated they would take care of it but I was not comfortable with them touching my car any further. I had a full coolant flush replacing all of the lost coolant at another shop and they are refusing to reimburse me because I didnt allow them to do it . Then they tried to tell me that it was road vibration that unscrewed the radiator cap. So rather than argue with them, I took it to the dealer for confirmation that there was nothing wrong with the cap or the reservoir. The man not only damaged my car but then tried to put it on me and will not reimburse the $200 + for the replacement of the coolant lost due to his technicians sloppiness. My advice, if you use this Jiffy Lube, ask for a checklist of everything they touched and go thru each item to double check it before you leave. They are sloppy....

The personal service was great. Not sure all of the check list was completed though: i.e. clean windows; vacuum; tire AP; check trans fluids; front differential levels. Bur I will return and be more observant. The easy ones were done the more difficult I mention is very questionable.

The store manger Javier was very helpful and went out of his way to help me when I had an issue. He resolved it quickly and was very polite and professional. I have been using this store for oil changes for years and although I never had any bad experience it was never anything great enough to leave a review. But this last time I was very impressed with how things were handled and definitely felt the need to share.

I came to this location as a new customer;  the shop I usually go to was unable to inspect my vehicle, which would be out of inspection the following day, not to mention it was time for an oil change. The staff at Jiffy Lube were very accommodating and professional. I was already aware that I needed the rear brakes and rotors replaced to pass, so I was not surprised when they informed me as such. The price was fair for the work done and they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. My schedule at the moment is overloaded, leaving me with little to no time to get my vehicle inspected, let alone do a brake job myself.  Thanks so much guys for taking care of me,  it is very much appreciated.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. I paid $350 to have my battery replaced and my oil changed. The next day, my car would not start. After taking it to the mechanic my family has used for years, he discovered that not only was the incorrect battery installed, but it was installed backwards. As a result of this damage that the employees caused, I had to pay an additional $400 to have my starter replaced, as it had gone bad. I called and made the manager aware of my situation, and he told me he could not refund my money or do anything besides replace it with the correct battery (mind you, my car was completely dead, an hour south.) As a young female, I felt incredibly taken advantage of. There is no reason why I should have to pay for services that were not performed correctly OR functional. Just went to this location for my 2018 Malibu. 11/16/2018. They guy who sold me the actual oil change - was a super nice guy; HOWEVER, on the actual advertisement it says they will vacuum. Really? They didn’t. I called back and Elliot picked up. He said “I did it myself. I’m not doing the back, because you had stuff back there.” You didn’t even vacuum the front man. Then I asked “you rotated my tires. Did you check the pressure?” He said “yes, 40 all around.” Really? Bull. My light is on right now saying the front is low at 27. It’s supposed to be at 35 PSI for this make and model. Thank you, this cost me $102 for an oil change and tire rotation. Never going back to jiffy line again.UPDATE: Spoke with the manager (JOSE) and he confirmed my findings via their camera system. He was professional and rectified the issue by issuing me a refund. He was extremely apologetic and handled the situation in an extremely professional manner. Elliot called me and said he mistakened by car for another Malibu in the shop? Nonetheless, thank you Jose for taking care of this. I appreciate it.

I have used this facility several times and to date have been satisfied. The last time I went in for an oil change. All was fine the technician was very polite and friendly. Little did I know that when they finished the oil change they did not bolt the oil pan back in place but used a bungie cord to secure the pan. After about two months the bungie cord came loose so I pulled it out from under the car. I didn’t see anything wrong and continued to drive. While out of town the oil pan dropped on the highway. It was still attached and started to drag on the pavement. I had to pull over at a gas station and a tow truck driver had to crawl under the car and remove the dragging pan. He had to fix the plastic shield to keep from falling down. I came back into town and went straight to the Honda dealer to order the parts to fix it. The repair cost was $268. It took some time to get to the Jiffy Lube to talk to them due to other obligations. They are accepting no responsibility for the damage and basically have accused us of lying about the situation. There is absolutely no other way this could have happened. Will not be going back there again. They always try to up sell anyway. If I could give a zero I would.

Absolutely wonderful service! I went in for an oil change and they were very busy, and still got me in after about 30 minutes (I hadnt even called ahead or anything) They kept me informed and didnt push any additional services on me (only recommended a change of brake fluid) during the whole process, and they didnt talk down to me or act like I was clueless. Overall great experience and will return in the future!

Stopped in for an oil change.One of the technicians greeted me and I informed him that I was looking to get a synthetic oil change for my 2020 Ram. He informed me of my options and upon my selection proceeded to take my truck in for service..Staff of 3 worked well as a team to get the job done while I observed. Took notice that the oil filler cap was placed up front on the inside which led me to believe this would leave its mark.Upon my home inspection I was right and had to clean this up as well as some other new oil spots left behind. Nothing major but with a company expressing detail to their service, I would expect this to be part of the exit checklist.Technician that took my information and later checked me out was very professional. Took advantage of the digital money saving coupon..Good chance Ill be back

As I arrived today at 6:10 PM, there was one employee inside and another who pulled his car around back. After discussing between the two of them and knowing I just need a State Inspection, they refuse to service me as they close at 7 PM. The employee who pulled his car around back then entered his car and pulled it in for service.Regardless, youre open until 7 PM and I arrived just after 6 PM. Your billboard states no appointment is necessary for State Inspections. Really confused why I was turned away.

My car wouldnt start because of bad starter, (should have taken it to a body shop) but at the time I was trying to get it back on the road as soon as I could so I went over to jiffylube to ask them for help, one of there employees was nice enough to help, he helped me get it into the shop, even though they specialize in things like oil changes and tire rotations the employee helped me the best way he could, the staff there treats you like family, they take care of you. (P.s while I was waiting for my car to be fixed another employee (Wayne) was nice enough to take me across the street to the gas station so that I could get something to eat)

Oil change and inspection done. My car need some of work to pass inspection. We had a small problem but they got the part quickly and fixed it for free.

I came in today (6/20/20) for an oil change. Once I saw that they’re scheduled to close at 5 I called to see what time I had to be there by in order to get an oil change done today, and it was suggested that I try to be there by 4:30. I got there just two minutes before 4:30 and they had no problem with still getting it done for me. All the employees I had interactions with were very polite and professional, but the highlight of my service today was the manager, Martin. He was kind, personable, and definitely made me feel like a valued customer, even though it was our first time meeting. He made sure to tell me about their Top Off Policy and even made sure to come around front to open the door for me on my way out. I’ll definitely be coming back here! Thank you to everyone who serviced my car today!

3 visits to this York location, 5 lug nuts cross threaded over the past 2 visits that lead to the wheel studs needing replaced. During the second visit they found 3 lugs cross threaded and needing replaced as a result of the first visit. Youd think they learned a lesson, right? Nope, next visit there are 2 more cross threaded from the second visit. The lack of expertise and care in this establishment is embarrassing. If they cant manage a simple tire rotation, surely they cant be trusted with anything more difficult. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There wont be a third time.

I have been a customer of the Loucks Road Jiffy Lube for several years and I have watched the service gradually decline. Today Was very unnerving. After my oil change and tire rotation was completed and new filters installed, paid the bill and went out to my vehicle to leave. The glove box, which had to be removed to replace the cabin filter, was still on the floor board, the windows had not been cleaned, and the vehicles was not vacuumed as advertised. I served in the military for 27 years and supervised a shop of technicians, so I proceeded to give the entire staff a fist sergeant style council session on customer service, quality work, and doing the job with some pride.

Standard prices. They arent pushy to sell products. Friendly staff.

The guys there are very thorough with their job. They go over everything and let you know whats going on so you dont have any surprises when you leave there, albeit faulty lights or any leaks.

Had an emergency with headlight out. They took me right away. I was able to get back on the road quickly and make my work appointments. Thank guys!

Went in for an inspection and Brody did emissions on my vehicle which was not required as my vehicle is registered in Adams County. I informed Brody of him error and he told me “it is already done and that it was only $42”. I reminded Brody that there are numerous counties that do not require emissions but somehow his error cost me $42.I filed a complaint against Brody through the state and also through Jiffy Lube. The state will educate Brody, but Jiffy Lube has yet to right their wrong. I always used this Jiffy Lube, but this is the end for me. Beware of being charged for services you didn’t ask for or require.

Good for oil change but I do not suggest much more. Took the car for inspection and the knew it wouldn’t pass with engine light on. Came back and said it won’t pass but charged $35 anyway and said take it somewhere else.

I needed a alternator put on my vehicle I purchased one brought it in to Jiffy Lube was given a price of $134.00 to install the part. The guy calls me over a few minutes later and says my serpentine belt needs replaced and that I would be charged $265.00 he said he could put the old belt back on but it could sreach, and squeal if he puts old belt back on. I told him I would quickly purchase a serpentine belt, and bring it back to them to put it on so that my price would not change, and he would charge me the $134.00 still and he said okay. So I go get one bring it back, and than was told I am now being charged $205.00 that they got to charge me to install the belt plus the Alternator. I told him I should not be charged $205.00 when removing the serpentine belt comes with part of getting to the alternator and replacing it. He than replied well we have to charge you for installation of the belt. I than said why when it is part of the installation? He said it is putting a new part on I said well yes it is a new belt but you agreed if I go get one my price would be $134.00 out the door cause alls you were doing is installation cause I purchased everything. He said well we normally make you buy the alternator and serpentine belt from us we dont accept customers bringing there own parts in. I said well I was told you do by one of your employees the day before, and when I arrived at 8:00 a.m. on 9-1-19. The only thing they said I told him was my parts arent under warranty by them because I brought my own parts in, and I said I was fine with them not warranty the parts. He responds well I am charging you the $205.00 I am very upset about this cause it left me no choice they already had my vehicle torn apart lied about the price, and overcharged me as well as they do accept customersbringing in there own parts cause my sister needed a serpentine belt put on her vehicle she purchased the part took it in and they only charged installation cost only for my sister. I do not want, and apology I want charged $134.00 like I was told. I will not recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone they tell customers to replace things that dont need replaced, and try to take advantage of customers. They are telling customers that they need extra put on just to make more money off of people it is totally wrong, and not honest.I Will never be back again, and they dont deserve a one star rating to bad I cant put a no star cause that is what I would do.

I went in for an oil change yesterday. I’m always super nervous when I do this, because I know nothing about cars and I’m afraid that I’m going to get swindled. The guys were very nice and when they noticed that my serpentine belt was close to breaking, they showed it to me and were very patient and explaining what could happen if it broke. After they tried several size belt so I could not find one in stock that fit my car, One of them went down the road toAdvanced Auto to get the correct part. I wish that I would’ve gotten his name, but they were all very good.

If you want convenience youll get in and out quick but dont be fooled by their coupons. They charged the coupon price above the normal oil change charge and title it non taxable then they deduct the coupon off at the end. Its a rip off. I wont be back.

Went in for a state inspection @ 11:30 am. Didnt realize the front brakes were getting thin, location was only going to be open til 3 pm on a Sunday, and didnt want to have to deal with problem during the week. Javier, had them replaced, and out the door in a 1 hr. Came back from lunch and it was done.

I go here regularly for oil changes and tire rotation. Just ask for what you want, nothing more. And ask for the cost of the up sells up front. If you can do it cheaper yourself, just tell them no. Better to go when theyre not as busy, youll get better service.

Went in for service June 10. They took my car from me, said have a seat someone will be with you shortly. Took 20 mins. Finally someone came to me and showed me 2 filters and said they needed changed. I said go ahead. Cost me 125.00 for the oil change and filter change. Before I left the place they put my car, I checked the oil I the stick and it showed WAY OVER. I brought it to the attention of a mechanic and he INSISTED that my car is parked on a slant and when level it will be right. I left and noticed my maintenance light was still on so went back. The mechanic complained that it was too hard to turn off, but FINALLY did it.I finally got my car to a level place, checked the oil again, and sure enough, IT WAS OVER FULL BY AT LEAST A QUART.OVER FILLING THE OIL RUINS YOUR RINGS DAMAGING YOUR ENGINE.NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

I called 3 days in adavance a I needed my vehicle towed inn bucause a brake live blew. I asked an estimate and if they could fix it and their answer was definately. I Pat to have my car towed in only to gwt a call from them later telling me they couldnt fix it and reffered me to tbe dealer. 1st off 2 montjs ago jiffylube inspeceted my car yet passed it even though the brake lines were rusted so bad almost causing myself and 5 kids lives. Then now they lied to me costing ove 150 in towing. You can not trust jiffylube. Their wmployesbhave zero to no knowledge of your car and tjey will lie and rip you off.

Love Jiffy lube. Not sure what possessed me to stop at Pep Boys, they had a 2 hour wait on Sunday morning at 9 am. While sitting there waiting for the day to melt away, called Jiffy and they got hit me in within 5 mins. Jiffy Lube >>>>>> Pep Boys

This was my second disappointing visit to this facility. After my last visit with poor customer service, the manager invited me to return for a second chance with a discount towards my next oil change. I agreed, only to have a worse experience than the first. My front engine guard was not replaced correctly, causing it to tear and now needs to be replaced.

If you’re charging a fee, I only want what you’re doing for free, because obviously I want what was advertised, not to be gouged. Still cheaper than Lube Center. Just do it yourelf.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled up and introduced to two of the servicemen who would be working on my van. Opted for the Signature Series oil change after explaining that I was traveling several hours on vacation the following week.Service was great and the staff were friendly and professional. Checked my vehicle over to make sure it was safe for my trip.They did not vacuum the floor as is advertised for the service I paid for. Would have also appreciated free WiFi while I waited. They did have coffee, tv, and magazines, and comfortable chairs but I would have been happy to trade all of that for WiFi.
