I am so disappointed in this facility. Charging extra for gloves, masks, and ppd for employees.Charging labor on oil change!Our bill was $173 for oil change, tire rotation, and cab filter replacement. Your service center is Nickle and dining everything. We wont return. We will give our allegiance to a trusted local repair shop instead.
Seth is awesome to work with. Very helpful. We were in to see him 3 days in a row for options for first car owners. First car was sold when went to look at it. He found us other options. Than next one was in shop waiting for a part for inspection. He found another one in our price range to test drive. Than last day there the one we wanted was finally in. Seth stayed 3 hours after his shift was done to help us and get all the paperwork completed for the car. I recommend Seth and Apple Automotive. Seth treats you like family.
Bought a new vehicle today. Dan was our salesperson and he was great! We had decided on a vehicle from the website. On our way, Dan texted us to let us know that he had found the same make/model but with less mileage and just a little more than the first one. He had it waiting for us when we arrived. The finance person worked hard for us and brought us in well under our budgeted amount for a car. Dan made sure we had everything we needed before letting us leave the lot. From the moment I showed interest and started texting with John about what I was looking for I was impressed with the customer service. When I went in Tyler listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted. I was pretty set on an Equinox and we looked at a couple, he even showed me something different just in case. I was picky and particular and he was very patient with me. I had an all around pleasant experience, with the finance department as well. I would absolutely return to buy another vehicle from here.
They agreed to an offer I made, stating, GREAT on a vehicle and I even included the dollar amount agreed upon in the proceeding emails back and forth as we were setting up me picking it up and finalizing it, to which they never mentioned an issue with the amount offered or taking back their agreement on my offer. After they set up an appointment for me to come in and waisting hours of my time on emails, phone, online, when talking with the financial dept. person to finish up the process, he said they would not actually honor the price the person who agreed to my offer. They should not have someone agree to your email offer and then take it back. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with Apple Chevrolet of York, due to this dishonest practice. I have purchased vehicles before and never had this happen before with other dealerships when any member agrees to your offer it is upheld and honored.

It’s been years since I dealt with a dealership, was pleased to see how much effort was put in to making every customer have a pleasurable experience.
Our sales person Tom Myers went above and beyond. We had scheduled online an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was at another location. Our sales person graciously went to bring the car so we could test drive the vehicle that evening. While he picked up the vehicle, it allowed my husband and I time to have dinner. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. In addition,, during our time working with Apple Chevy, the dealership was experiencing a horrific, unexpected tragedy for one of its employees. Our deepest sympathies to him, his family and his Apple family/friends. Thank you Tom Myers and the Apple team for assisting with our vehicle purchase so that our daughter has a safe and reliable vehicle to take back to college in Florida.
No service after the saleAfter I got the car they set an appointment for an oil change at $60 well upon picking up the car was $89 quite a bit more! Furthermore they told me that I needed almost $8,000 worth of service work subsequently of taking it to two other places and they said theres no work needs to be done they want the service at any cost they want to make up money that they might have lost I would never go back to Apple

Recently took my Tahoe in with specific instructions to reset fuel composition and fuel LT trim levels. I showed up and they told me it was $135... thats fine, whatever. An hour later, they told me that it didnt fix my issue and they wanted to charge an additional $135 for a diagnostic. After being there for 4 hours, they told me I had a bad MAF sensor. I called B.S. because I had literally just replaced the engine and ALL the sensors myself, so I paid and left. Ended up driving to another garage, asked them to reset the fuel composition and fuel LT trims, and it immediately solved my issue. I dont know why I ended up paying Apple $300 for nothing, and then paid another shop $50 to do what I asked Apple to do in the first place. I guess they are just out to make as much money as possible. Only giving them 2 stars because rhe service advisor was super nice.
Very friendly, educational, polite, fair, accommodating to our schedule, and thorough.Only 1 thing wrong after spending around $31,000.00 ; there was no Swag Bag IE - key chain, Chevy hat, and such. Just saying, would have put it over the top.

Absolute worst customer service imaginable. We told their staff on Friday that we would be driving 5+ hours to come view a vehicle the next day. They sold it the night before and never called us. I even called as a courtesy that morning to let them know we were running late and they still never told us the car had been sold.The manager was extremely argumentative and tried to dismiss their actions by saying we had said we were “open to other vehicles”, something neither of us ever said. Making excuses for your employees and blatantly lying to a potential client is a horrible business practice. I urge anyone trying to buy a car to look elsewhere, they’re ethics were blatantly clear and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to shop with them.

I have been dealing with Apple for many, many years and have never had a problem with them. They have kept my vehicles running great and at times found things that could have caused me big problems if not corrected. When upgrades were given they did them and I didnt even know there was an upgrade.
Ive leased a 2015 Silverado from apple and again in 2018 which I then just purchased a truck last week. Ive been in the service field my entire life workingfor various dealerships. In 2015, when I was looking for a truck I went to various dealerships from Westminster to my home area in hanover to York. The sales team at apple was the only one that treated me right which is why I returned in 2018 and again in 2021. Service team has also been awesome to deal with. I will continue to return to apple Chevy for years to come first if Im ever in the market again for another vehicle

I brought my truck into the shop on a Sunday night for a Monday morning service. It required 1 fuel injector replacement and it took till Wednesday until I got my truck back. I was only called on Monday to inform me of the issue and never called again. I had to call in late afternoon of Tuesday to see why my truck was not ready yet. 3 days for 1 fuel injector is ridiculous.
I do not recommend going here. I bought a 2017 Subaru cross trek which was overpriced and had a shaking in the rear of it since i took it home. They looked at it 3 times and said it was fine and just had bouncy tires. Now i find out couple months later as it got worse the rear tires were bad. They waited till my 30 days were over and months after to finally tell me the problem after i spent 300 on getting the tires balanced and rotated like they suggested.
I have always had excellent service. All steps were completely explained. There were no surprises! Everyone was pleasant and helpful!

I would never recommend going here after my experience. I walked in and sat for about 10 minutes before someone offered to help me. I was there to get keys programmed which required a 3rd party vendor coming in. Multiple times had to reschedule when we could get there and the most recent trip took off work to be there an to my surprise the key person didn’t come in. They weren’t able to reach in and had no courtesy to call and made me waste time off work for absolutely nothing. As of today it’ll be just about a month since the car was purchased and still have no working key fob. 2/5/2021
It Did take a few months to get the parts in for my car, but it is no fault of the dealership. They were very kind and accommodating during the whole ordeal.

My car has had the same issue now for a year and no one can figure it out. The Manager Scott requested the technician consult with a GM Engineer to see if they could resolve my problem. Its still not resolved but I appreciate the efforts put into figuring it out.

I didnt purchase a car here, but I still have to leave a review. I drive an tesla and this day I had to visit here was because I forgot to charge the car overnight and was running in fumes with the battery I had left. I found that they had a charger in their lot. They were kind enough for me to sit in their lot and give me some charge to get home. No issues from anyone.

From beginning to end, I was kept up to date with what was happening with my vehicle. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I was informed of recommended services and received quotes for each.
I feel like I shouldnt have had to pay almost $1000.00 in repairs for a car that Ive only had for 3 months. Especially when it was acting up the day I took it off the lot! Had it looked over . They said there was nothing wrong with it. A month later needs a new altinator. Week after that needs engine work.
Did not care for the wait, and the fact that I was pushed into trying to finance a New car. I told Eli my money situation but I think he might have been trying for a bigger commission. Would not recommend this place

I was interested in a vehicle and sent an email. I got an email back stating the vehicle was no longer available. I messeged back again stating what i was interested in and recieved a very rude and dry response from on of the sales representatives. Not only was he unwilling to help me, he also plainly and coldly stated that i would Never find one that cheap I feel like he was very unprofessional and very unhelpful. I really hope the other sales employees are more helpful and sincere than he was.

Brake lines on veh needed replaced. Apple Chevrolet originally came in with a $3700 quote; got 2 quotes from local garages and one from another Chevy dealership-which ranged from $800 to $1500 for replacement of all 4 brake lines. Relayed this info to Apple. When picked up veh from Apple, they claimed they were able to save us money and ONLY charged us $2055. It was not until we were home and read the invoice did we noticed Apple Chevrolet ONLY replaced 2 brake lines --NOT 4!! WILL NEVER DEAL WITH APPLE DEALERSHIP AGAIN!

I scheduled an appointment over the phone with somebody talk to some woman and she told me that they had a loaner cars in that I can get a loaner car while I went to my appointment today and it was a different story when I got there they said that they can’t give me a loner Because I didn’t have a warranty and that’s the only way they can give loaners then they said I could go to enterprise Arena you guys waste of my time I drove over an hour but it’s OK I want to Mechanicsburg Cadillac and they are hooking me up with what I need for my car and a loaner you guys totally wasted my time and gas I will never do business with you guys again! I have stopped into the lot twice (once on a lunch break) and Paul showed me around. The first time we looked at the 2016 & 2017 models... and then second time we looked at the used cars out front. I was extremely amazed at how amazing the used cars looked. They were perfect!! Great service, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying a car from Paul in the near future!!

I am always satisfied with my service at Apple Chevrolet! This time I did the drop off with explicit instructions that I needed my truck done for pick up by 4PM. The tech told me with drop offs they fit it in along the way during the day, but that it would be ready by 4. I called at 3:45 and they did not even start the oil change / inspection. I needed to make other arrangements for my other appt. and I was helping my son move which I had to back out of. I was not the happiest camper in the woods. They did have it ready by 5PM. Next time I will make an appointment and just drop it off for pick up later. Lesson learned....the hard way.
Everyone was professional and courteous! Dealership was very clean and I felt comfortable while I waited for my Equinox to be serviced. I could see their obvious effort to provide a safe environment.

When purchasing a vehicle from Apple, make sure you read all the fine print and have every detail of your extended warranty and especially prepaid maintenance from GM., that you would add to the purchase of your new vehicle .I was under the impression that I was getting the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance for the added costs.However I didnt get any prepaid maintenance !!Just the extended warranty !!

GM please dont under estimate this York Team. I was a die hard Ford lady. I stopped in Saturday to ask about the Redline Blazer I saw sitting on the lot and was greeted by Stacy Hoke, I expected the usual sales talk, but nope, what I had was a down to earth conversation with a super nice guy. My husband and I were out looking for cars that Sat. and we went to a few other dealerships, but I couldnt get over how friendly Stacy was. I can tell you right now that his kindness started the deal. So we came back Mon. and worked with Mike Kelly, another great guy and made a down payment on the car. Then we came back on Wed. went into talk to the finance man and spoke with Kurt Miller, awesome guy helped us to make the right decisions for us. Now Im a Chevy lady and I have 3 new friends, YES, I said friends. They never once tried to push anything on us. Best of all they talked with us about things, NEVER once did they speak at us or above us...regardless of what silly question we ask them. In my life time Ive had several new cars, but I have NEVER EVER been treated as well as I was treated at this dealership. I went over to the parts department to order two accessories the following Sat. and the men over there were super nice as well. Bad service lied about work not done a so called diagnostic but failed to show me the codes that were stored ended up finding out through different garage so disappointed with Chevy seems if you don’t have warranty they up charge you lie and just keep charging your bill up will not be going back do not go there and if you have a bad experience post it in a review they need to be held accountable for the lies and bad service
You service department charged me $135 just to tell me what I already knew and told them, which was that my touchscreen was broken. They told me that my touchscreen would be a $1000 fix. I went to another service center and they fixed just the touchscreen for $159.Your service department also told me my vehicle needed an alignment after they did a free multi point inspection. They were going to charge me $129.00. I took it to my local tire shop and they did the alignment for $75 and found that it didn’t even need aligned. What a joke your service department is!! Lies and fraud!

Add Stacy Hoke general manager and Kurt Miller finance manager to the mix and I think you`ll be super pleased. Im ashamed to admit that I got impatient with the dealership while they were servicing my car. Time had gone into the late afternoon and I had not recieved an, authorize the repair call. So, I thought I was going to be without a car for another day. I had to eat my words. When the young lady, Stephanie Cole contacted me. Not only was she was very understanding of my impatience. She had gone out of her way and done some research only to determine that the repair was 100% covered under warrantee. She told the mechanics to do the repair and she was calling me to come pick up the car whenever I was ready. I( apologized about 12 times when I got there.... Thank you Stephanie Cole and Apple Chevrolet. Ill definitely be a return customer.
