We purchased a car here many years ago. The service has always been impeccable. I always had good results. The maintenance fees are fair and honest. I am very happy that this good car dealer is in the York community.

I bought my car from Apple Chevrolet last month and had to bring it back multiple times and the problem still isn’t fixed. The service department is a joke and have very little knowledge of how to diagnose a vehicle. You would think the dealership would have the answers but this one apparently doesn’t. I guess when you have a bunch of flat rate mechanics that don’t want to take time to properly diagnose problems. Do your self a favor and stay clear unless you need tires or brakes they might be able to handle that.
Our experience at Apple Cadillac was very rewarding. It started with our salesman Tom Myers. He was very helpful. The vehicle we selected was not on the lot so Tom checked other dealerships and found the one we wanted. Once it arrived on their lot, he went over all the benefits of this new car. We are an older couple so learning all the computer benefits was challenging to us, but Tom was very patient with us and explained everything to us. This is the second car that we purchased from Tom and he was very helpful with the first one also. That is why we returned to Apple Cadillac.
Bryan Ek was great to work with. Bryan was very polite and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, gave me some options and helped me with my decisions. Would recommend coming to Apple Chevrolet either in York or Red Lion, I have purchased a vehicle from both locations and had a pleasant experience.
Easiest car buying experience i ever had. The salesman Tom Myers was very nice and had the answer to every question I had. With my schedule i thought this was going to take a while to get done but they were always willing to get me in and made everything very smooth and fast thank you.
Bought a pre-owned truck. Surprised at pricing. Very reasonable and got a beautiful trade in offer on our old truck. Needed to keep our truck for several weeks for business reasons and they had no problem with that. Whole experience was smooth. Never pushed to buy unnecessary coverages. Will recommend to friends.
After having my car there for a week and a half, I was charged $300 over the quoted price of no more then $1000 for a new battery, starter, and oil flush. They were still not able to get my car running. They told me the engine was seized and because of the age and mileage (2011 SRX with 150k) it would cost me $8000 for a new engine. So I had it towed home. I had a friend come check it out and it turns out it was just a bad fuse.. $8. I saved several thousand dollars by not listening to their recommendation.I do not recommend using their service department. They are obviously just looking to make a quick buck and are not as thorough as they should be for the labor they charge.Im starting to wonder if my starter and battery were even bad. They obviously went for the big price items first rather then starting with the basics.
Where do I begin, from start to finish my experience at the Apple Cadillac dealer in York, Pa has been outstanding! The professionalism, respect, kindness, and expertise I have received from both Sandy Landis and Stephanie Cole has been top notch. 11 out of 10........ 5 out of 5 stars! I recently purchased a 2018 CTSV and just brought it in to see Stephanie and without hesitation she came out to where the car was parked and offered her assistance by taking pictures of a damaged rubber door seal and preparing a repair order for headlights that needed replacing because they had water that would leak into them during operational use and they would not dry out. Best customer service I have had at any dealer ever. I have owned many vehicles from Fords, to Mitsubishis, to BMWs and never have I had such good repairs and customer service. Knowing that I have such a good Cadillac dealer in my back yard made me comfortable buying another GM product instead of a Porsche, Audi, or BMW. The type of customer service I received from Stephanie and Sandy and others at York Apple Cadillac sets the standard for how it should be done. Well done ladies! I look forward to the future as a GM/Cadillac owner knowing I have them on my side if anything goes wrong with my vehicle.P.S:I also owned a 2014 CTSV that was at the same dealership, the tech that had done work on my V Alex is also very knowledgeable, respectful, and top notch! I received a postcard in the mail telling me that there is a recall on my vehicle and to call them and get it scheduled. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance and my husband took off of work to take my car there. He waited around for the repair to be made (which was only supposed to be 3 hours) and when he went back was told that the part had to be ordered and to come back the next day. The next day my husband drove back to York, refilled the fuel in the loaner truck and was then told that they couldnt even make the repair because the part is on back order. Who operates a business like this? How is this acceptable. I do not recommend their service department or customer service department to anyone!
If I could give lower than one star I would. The service department is a joke. We had to call them multiple times to find out the status of our car and each time we were either on hold for an extended period of time or had to leave a message. On top of that we never received calls back. We were also quoted a price and told it would not go over that amount, it was a good amount over. Over all one of the most frustrating encounters.
Dont waste your time. The techs are unwilling to do warranty work, thinking front cover oil leak was somehow coming from the oil fill cap. The transmission issues with the 8 speed auto plague GM as a whole but they are clearly at a point where they do not care about trying to fix it, thinking if theres no fault codes, its normal operation. They do not update the customers at all regarding the status of diagnostics or repairs until the vehicle is complete. I had to call the next day to find out what is going on, while other dealers make it a point to update their customers within 1-3 hours of pulling the vehicle in. Whoever rotated my tires as part of the PM service did not even bother to notice the tires are directional, so now the rear tires are on the wrong direction. They would clearly rather spend their money on billboards talking full of themselves instead of investing it in employees and policies that work.
They sell cars and dont negotiate. With broken parts to vehicles and are just ignorant to customers. If youre looking in the York area just go to Thorton

Took my girlfriends cadillac to the dealer asked them to tell me what size trailer hitch receiver and what was the towing capabilities of our cadillac was and i was told by the service technician to google it if i wanted to know the informationSad customer service in my opinion
