Wasnt trying to sell me up the bill or do services I didnt need. He asks you what you want done or what your expecting and then goes through with you the steps theyre going to take to get you there and its that simple. The work is done right and theres no need to bring the car back with reoccurring issues that were slated as fixed, its just done. I appreciate the straightforward approach with honesty and integrity. Id recommend to go here for sure.

Larry was very through in explaining what was needed, he even called during the process to go over parts and pricing prior to completion. They provided a detailed list of all services done that day and any recommendations for future appointments. Happy with everything.

The main mechanic is very knowledgeable! Hes the best I know. He can diagnose my car over the phone with a few details. I had a problem with my car not starting and he troubleshooted check the fuse. It was a fuse.I was trying to use jumper cables with my battery and thinking it was a starter issue. He has been able to figure out quickly all my issues ever with confidence every time. Ive had three maybe four cars with all sorts of issues Ive taken to them. Fixed exactly as expected with proper communication to know exactly what I was expecting. Theyve let me bring my dog inside to wait with me before. Its a great location on Route 30.

Went here while traveling through and had a crazy sound in my tire, we got a hotel room and read reviews for early opening. We waited outside the shop and as soon as they opened and Larry was so very nice and got me in right away!!!! And it was loose lug nuts! He fixed us up in under and hour and charged us less Han a tank of gas!! Thanks so mich!

He went over the upcoming work that will eventually need taken care of, then gave me a price on the tires and radiator I needed for inspection. He was able to have my car ready the very next day. This shop is honest. Almost too honest!I went for the first time last week for an inspection. They noticed I had a seized lug nut on a wheel stud. They told me... I expected any for-profit business to just bust the stud off, put a new one on, and charge me to make some extra money. Nope, Larry didn’t bother taking the wheel off and breaking it, he just told me. Damn, an honest shop owner exists...The story gets better. One week prior to having my car at Autocare Service, I had it at my dealership to swap winter wheels to summer wheels. Dealer snapped a stud and replaced it (had to take off my winter wheels so they had to break it). I told the dealer what Larry found since they had obviously over torqued my lugs. Today, dealer replaced my stud and lug for free... because of the honesty from Autocare Service Center.Bottom line- Larry and his guys inspected my car cheaper than anyone around, they did it super quickly, and he was extremely upfront and honest with me. I will be going back to that shop after this wonderful experience. I recommend that you do also.

Came here after another mechanic quoted me a lot of expensive stuff I actually didn’t need. The brother of a friend is actually one of the mechanics. Larry the owner is completely honest and very transparent. He tells you what you actually need done and what you want to plan to have done at a future date, if anything. I actually drive an hour and 1/2, from another state, even just to get my oil changed because the work is great, the pricing is very honest, and I’ve never gotten in and out of a mechanics so fast. Update to the rude owner’s response -First off, this is google review. Nowhere does it say you have to be a paying customer. Secondly, you never addressed the fact that you have a coupon online that you refused to honor. I posted a picture of it. 20% off ALL SERVICES. But when my husband called for a quote and mentioned the coupon, you told him you could not honor that because you needed to make money, lol! So no, we have never been actual customers because your customer service on the phone was lousy, and your quoted “discounted” price was still higher than everyone else’s regular prices! And as I originally mentioned, your unprofessional response was expected.Original:We have never used this place and never will. We have been calling several auto shops asking for quotes for an alternator replacement. Every one has given us estimates between $600-$650, full price with no coupons or discounts. So we found this coupon online for 20% off all repairs and called for a quote. First, we were told they would not honor the coupon because they “need to make money.” Then why do they have that coupon? And then we were given a quote of $700, which supposedly included some sort of discount. And after reading the unprofessional responses to those who left poor reviews, I am quite sure we are making the right decision to go elsewhere.

I am a frequent customer at ASC and Larry and his staff are second to none! He is affordable, fair, honest, and direct about the work your vehicle may or may not need. Since relocating here from Florida, I was concerned about finding a mechanic who could work on foreign vehicles and whom I could trust. I found that in Larry and the staff at ASC!! Larry was incedible. He went above and beyond for us. We had work done previously and when traveling, the problem came up again. He was upfront and honest and helped us by showing us how the last repair was done wrong, showed us all the mistakes made. He gave us a detailed letter explaining what was done wrong and how he had to fix it. Larry is AWESOME!!! Brought my car in for inspection and found out there were some serious, costly, safety issues that had failed. Not only did he tell me but, he brought me back to the car to show me exactly what was wrong. He also explained to me the purpose of each part and its importance. Completely open and honest. Most places would have handed you and extremely high repair bill and just told you what was wrong and you would have had to hope they were being honest. Larry also spent at least half an hour looking things up online to help me understand what exactly was wrong. Would recommend HIGHLY!!!!
