I have had four cars tinted at Ozone, they never let me down. The customer service is over the top and the tint job is five stars.

They have great skills and the right equipment. My truck had no tint before and it was a greenhouse. They stayed late to make sure my truck was done right. The price was fair also. I highly recommend!

As a newer Maryland resident, I was advised, during my inspection, that my window tint was too dark. In order to pass, I needed to have it removed. I immediately googled tint companies in York and was pleased by the level of customer service I received when I called Ozone. They explained the process, the time frame and were even apologetic when advising that their credit card machine was down. Family businesses are definitely the way to go! I will be back to have my tint redone. Thanks Ozone staff!

Took my Shelby gt 500 to ozone to get racing stripes put on. Did an absolute TERRIBLE job! Way off centered, scratches on the stripes, started coming off right away. Then on top of that, chipped my paint on my car. Then I get the excuse that us humans are only 1/4 perfect and god is the only one who’s perfect. What a JOKE of a business. If you have a nice car, DO NOT take your car here

They do great work for an even greater price. If you get headlights or taillights tended, they only have smoke available. If you want dark limo tint, you need to buy it yourself and bring it to them. I didnt know you could do that, I have had 5 cars tinted here and I can say all of them are done very well, with the exception of the nicest car I have, the tail lights are black like I hoped because of the smoke color. If I knew it was smoke I would have gotten so darker limo tint online and brought it into them. I guess I have to do that anyways since I dont really think it looks as nice with a smoke tint on the tail lights. Also with one of the cars a back piece got broken. I know for a fact that it was not the owners fault or his sons fault. I believes one of their workers did it, and didnt say anything, and when I brought it up to the owner and the Sun, they had no idea about it. I didnt want to keep arguing the point, they said it was all like that, and I know for a fact it wasnt but what can you do? Aside from that issue, like I said they do great work and at a very very good price as far as Im concerned.

Great service! Called in for availability, the women on the phone said I can do a walk in but there are 7 cars in line. She took my number down and called 30 minutes before it was my turn. Got there and spent only 45 minutes there, and was able to watch them tint it from their lounge. Very good pricing too. Will come back again.

I love this place. A Christian organization that’s always a pleasure to be around.

No appointments, walk ins only and even if you are there to have their mistakes fixed youll be sitting there for at least 2 hours. I personally had to go back 3 times after the kept telling me bubbles would dry out and did not. Theyre willing to keep redoing it which is why I gave them 3 stars but after so long people dont want to keep coming back and forth. If I can recommend another shop accent tint does a wonderful job and will get the job done right the first time. They also do appointments.

Guys got me in the same day I called and I couldnt be happier with the quality of work! I took their advise and went darker than I originally wanted and it came out perfect. They really know their stuff, and wont let you leave till its perfect.

I have taken 2 cars here and these guys rock. VERY polite and provided a warm, home like environment. I notice some bubbles on the first one, I called and the owner and the girl working up front offered to completely replace it BUT asked me to give it a couple days to go away and I did. Sure enough, they were gone 😎 I just had my 2014 Chrysler 300 done, I looked very close at their work and it is on point once again 💪

If you’re looking for a cheap tint, go to Ozone or better off just do it yourself.First visit they tinted my windows in incorrect shade. After that had to take my vehicle back 4 times to get the tint fixed, still bubbly, dirty and scratched. Not to mention dropping it off first thing in the morning, and when picking up at 5:00pm it either wasn’t pulled in yet or still working on it. When asking to be done by 5

Dropped my car off at 1050 and its not 5pm and its still not ready. They told me 2hrs 6 different times.I went to them and didnt have a problem. This time is a different story. If you are gonna use them make sure you dont need your car for a couple days

Did a great job tinting and cleaning up afterwards. Tint job was done within a couple hours and price was fantastic compared to other places I tried. Definitely recommend showing up early in the day as there are no appointments, only walk ins.

Absolute worst place to have your tint done! They used 2 different shades of tint. Tint was bubbled and had cuts in multiple places. Employee stated they would call before removing tint already on windows.Never got that call but did get charged for it. Took car back and had it redone and tint still bubbled up everywhere. They also left a mess in the car. Did not clean up the windows. Was offered a partial refund and they would remove the tint! Would not let them touch my car ever again!!Very unprofessional group of people!

My friends, family and I have had 7 cars Windows tinted in the last few years. There has only been 1 time that the window was a little messed up, the owner told me to come back whenever and hell redo it for free. I came back like a year later (because I was in college) and he remembered who I was. Awesome staff! Dont let the small building deceive you. These guys are great!

I am compelled to write this review in hope that no one else makes the mistake of ever going here. I had my windows tinted here lured by their good price and verbal promise of lifetime guarantee as long as I owned the car. I doped my car off around 2PM and was told it would take 2hrs. and they would call me. First they never called me, so I drove over before they closed and was given apologized by what I assume is the owners kid for never being called. I inspected the car quickly and in a rush because I had plans and honestly wasnt gonna leave my car there over night. I paid cash because they charge you for card, and had to fight for a receipt. Once I got it home I seen the horrific quality of work they put out. I had a hair in my passenger front window, multiple bubbles in all my other windows and what looks like the film completely separating on two windows. I promptly called and made an appointment for the next week. I showed up the following week, the young man who didnt call me the first time was the only person there. I showed him the quality of the work, which didnt seem like a problem to him, and was told that their installer was arrested for DUI and he couldnt give me a time or date when the work was going to be preformed. Then he reached for my keys like I was going to trust him with my car. Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle to this place, I can not warn you enough how horrible the quality of work is. I will update this review if I can get resolve to my issues, but so far no one can communicate with me on repairing these issues. I keep getting half answers and false promises. DO NOT GO HERE!

Have had several cars tinted here. Appointment scheduling is non-existant, more of a first come first serve business. Which sucks for anyone who has a job. Quality is OK. Clean up is terrible. You will have to clean the entire inside of he car upon pickup. Tint scraps, shoe prints, dirty windows inside and out. They charge you more than quoted if paying with credit. Better service can be had elsewhere.

In an out no wait to botch job

I called for an estimate. A small child answered. I asked if they were an employee and they said uh huh. I asked what brand/s tint they carry. I was told to hold on. They then informed me they use 3M. I asked if they have SunTek Carbon. I was told theres a lifetime guarantee. I asked again if they have SunTek Carbon. I was told to hold on again. A woman then picks up. I asked her the same questions. She told me Yes, Suntek, they are the same. Obviously Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
