The workers are great, theyre always helpful and if they dont know, they try to find out and help. The customers that come in here are atrocious. Theyre very rude and treat the employees here awful. Keep your nastiness at home.

First time in and the staff was very helpful and very friendly couldnt ask for a better visit.

Went in to inquire about a fuse ask the manager if he had the things I needed and he huff and puffed as if it wasnt his job to assist me. Ended up buying a fuse I didnt need. Found that out by going to a different AutoZone and Guy Mike was very helpful and actually explained the things I was buying. It was shocking to learn the unprofessional guy was a manager. Sad that people who work in customer service actually lack professionalism.

Five stars for the night manager going above and beyond for me and my family!April 2019:We were returning from picking up our car in Baltimore after returning to the US from serving overseas with the Navy for two years. When the Navy shipped our car they did not disconnect the battery, so the battery was completely dead. We charged it in Baltimore but decided to get it checked out along the way.Sure enough, it was completely shot. The night manager (cant remember his name) went out of his way to change out the bad battery. He was incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing.

We thought our starter was bad in our Chrysler Town & Country so we took it along to get our new one at Auto Zone and they asked us if we wanted it tested and we said sure and to our surprise he said its not bad! Now he could have just sold us a new one and not cared about testing it for us but he did, he also said bring your battery down and we can check that for you and also charge it for you for free, well I tell you what I will always go back to Auto Zone from now on just for the simple fact he was honest and down to earth and didnt try to just sell us something. This might be there policy and if so thats a good one to have because me and my husband were very happy with there service! Just wish I would have gotten the guys name! Way to go Auto Zone!

No matter where I am, there is always someone at AutoZone to help me to install wiperblades, or an out light bulb (as long as they do not have to move any part of the engine). Last night, I needed new wiper blades and they were very helpful. Thanks.

This one I remember. This was right bf the laundry incident. I didnt want in get in the car. Once in after being told to behave, i was screamed at until John got pulled over & then told to shut up. His headlight was out. This is where i wasnt aloud to stay in the car but forced to go in and wait while twacked out John couldnt figure out what he was doing regardless of having done it 20 times.

Always helpful here and a wise staff is rare these days so I appreciate this place a lot

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I went in today to get service engine soon light checked and was told there would be no code available to pull unless it was a check engine light. I took the car to Advance Auto who pulled the code as a simple evap code and told me that it was most likely the gas cap and if the code did not clear on its own soon, then I might possibly need a new gas cap if the seal was broken. Hooray for incompetence and laziness here!

Bought a new battery, they installed it free, been running a few weeks great!

Came here, bought hubcaps fit it on and was on my way . Two weeks later one of my caps fell off so I came back to buy the same set. This one Mexican guy that works there checked the computer and couldn’t find any in their store or online . Told me they were discontinued . Disappointed plus they didn’t have any 17’ caps I went to the store located in market st ... guess what, they weren’t discontinued, they had them on the shelves and more options to choose from. Autozone smh, communication is key man!! Try it

Was very disappointed. I slipped getting out the car & mentioned it to an associate. He told me, The parking lot was to be cleared by a private company. Then proceeded to put salt in from of the doors & when done, he re-entered building.I returned to my car & drove off.
