Apple Automotive is the worst place to do business. Theyre not who they say they are. The vision they talk about is a great vision but they dont follow it. I worked there for almost 7 years and during Pandemic got rid of my position 🙃 talk about we love our employees.! They lose good workers and say everyone is replaceable Chris and Kevin need to get replaced I guarantee you 💯 they are rats everything they preach about they dont follow through. Pleassomeone

I just got a brand new Toyota Prius c. I got this from the Apple Subaru and my salesman Nick was phenomenal.I was in a dilemma as I lost my car to an automobile accident back in December and Nick sat on this vehicle for over three months until I could get the car paid off and could get a loan and was able to return the car to me with such help I dont know what I would have done without Nick at the Subaru dealer Im so thankful to have had a salesperson like Nickif you need a car Nick is the gentleman to see for new car or used car he will take wonderful care of you by the way tell him Charlie sent you

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!The Red Lion used car team I feel took advantage of a situation I was in. I was in a very bad accident that totaled my car. The car I was in was a rental that the insurance company was no longer going to pay for. I along with a close friend went to the Red Lion lot and negotiated a price on a used vehicle. Once we got to signing papers they never explained exactly what I was signing. I am an elderly woman on SS who really could not afford to take on a new car payment. I needed a car immediately and they knew that. The shock of my whole ordeal was still with me. I was not in the right frame of mind and I feel they took advantage by just having me sign papers without a clear representation. Well the add ons that they quickly through under my nose added up $4,582 plus tax to the price of the car. I did not realize this until I got home and called my son who went over the paperwork with me on the phone. Well it has been a month since I notified them to correct the situation and all they have done is ignore my calls, give me derogatory comments, more misleading statements, and paperwork that did not represent what we discussed. The bank says they can redo my sales agreement but the dealership says they cant. Who to trust. If this is not resolved in the next week I have no other choice but to get my attorney involved, along with the local media, and the local senior center. I will not name names but there are 5 on my list that were completely unprofessional.

Beware if you buy used. Purchased a used truck from the budget lot. Truck was 7000 all said and done. I realize it was from the budget lot and trust me I know what as is is. Anyway got the truck home went to apply the parking brake and it was not functional this was a manual transmission.Emailed the sales guy 2 days later after he sent me a email asking what I though of the truck......never got a response back. Figured Id suck it up since it was sold as is and just eventually get it fixed. Fast forward 4 weeks later Im on 695 east and the entire drive shaft comes off the bottom of my truck almost getting me ass ended. Contacted them and its day two and still waiting for a response. Had a mechanic look at my car the u joint failed. Hes telling me that if the car was looked over its something a mechanic should of seen...I did a 23000 dollar purchase from them 4 years ago and honestly had a lot of luck with the vehicle. If you purchase from the budget lot BEWARE they clearly will put anything bulls**t vehicle they can find on it and not care after you drive off the lot. Last purchase me and my family will ever do from apple. This was apple chevy off route 30. Total Shysters

I have bought four cars in 10 years from Apple Automotive. I went in today to purchase a used vehicle. Apparently the guys at Apple Honda don’t value repeat customers. I was treated very rudely by who I think was the general manager. NEVER going back again.

Name Al Wise went to apple dodge in hanover, pa with $10,000 and wanted a 2016 dodge 2500 or 3500. i sat there for 45 min and not one of the 6 or 7 sales never notice i was there . they walk around me and never said ill be with you in a couple min.It was friday and i call landcaster dodge and talked to a sales sales man and he sold me a car. The car i had to trade was a show truck dodge and would brought a lot people in your lot to look at it.I own a sprint, nextel, cellular, Att or 25 years and retired now. If I was the manager there a ad for salesman in the paper with post office box be in monday. Never to busy for another sale

Apple Nissan has given me one of the worst car repair experiences I,ve ever had.The service repair on my master cylinder cost me 4 days of work,not having my vehicle, not getting a call back from the manager Mr. Toole, terrible service Service rep. My car was under an extended warranty. My warranty carrier fought with the dealer(Holly) and the dealer still didnt cooperate. I wasnt properly compensated, no rental car, no loaner vehicle,no shuttle. and my vehicle is a 2013 Nissan

Gave a $1000 deposit on a car at Apple Nissan, deal didnt work out. 2 weeks later still didnt get my deposit back.
