No one answers the phone. When asked another employee when some was coming back, her response was its not my department. Come find out they were closed. They need to update their hrs on the website. Cause they definitely werent open all that week.

Horrible experience w the General Grabber tires. Definitely do not recommend. Was in 3 Xs w in 3 months of buying all new tires. Issues w tires holding air. Luckily they do have a stand up guy for their service manager. And am getting all new tires( Not General Grabber!!) at no cost. So not satisfied w that specific product. But couldn’t ask for a better outcome or handling of my situation. Thank you, Ty

Supposedly they updated their hours a week ago, yet when I called 2 hours before they close, after waiting forever for someone to answer the phone, some random person answered and said Id have to call back and ask my question tomorrow because theyre closed. I pointed out they dont close for 2 more hours, and was rudely told oh well they decided to close early today.rude and unprofessional.

I ordered tires and had them delivered to this Walmart for installation without knowing how terrible the auto center is. I literally called several times a day, every day, for a week without not one person picking up the phone. Now I have to pick them up ASAP and have them put on elsewhere. PLEASE save your time and money- its so totally not worth it!!

I came to get my oil change, they have 3 techs, the young Lady told me there is a 3 hour wait.I told her ill come back in 3 hours, she told me she cant guarantee that. So i ask her if i can be put on a waiting list.She told me we dont do that. My reasoning told me what she is telling ill have to sit there for 3 hours! to wait for my turn! with 3 techs there?! what are they doing? Why upper management improve the service!? an App? This was at 8 am! it is just very poor upper management.I almost blew a fuse! But i keep it cool since is not the employee fault, is the way walmart run things.

We took our PT Cruiser to get a tire replaced due to a tear in our tire. My husband got there 5 minutes after opening and still was 6th in line. 8:15 am he gets a call says cars done. He stands in a horribly long line just to be told we cant get one of your lugs off. You need to take it somewhere else to get the lug off then come back and well fix it then. Why do we have to pay someone else to take off our tire when we went to a tire place? Besides where am I supposed to go on Labor Day? They are extremely unprofessional and rude. Its not even worth the cheaper price. I have never had a shop that doesnt have the tools for the service they advertise as their main service.

Very good customer service, going above and beyond. After the oil change I managed to lock myself out of the car. At least 4 mechanics jumped to help me out and spent good 40 minutes trying to figure out how to get me back in the car. In the end they succeeded and wouldnt even accept any compensation, gifts, no matter how much I tried. 2 thumbs up!

They rebalanced a set of wheels that the Wal-Mart in Lancaster screwed up! They got it done quickly and I had no issues! I would recommend this location to get tires mounted and balanced

It took 5 1/2 hours to get new tires. Finally got the call that they were done and then had to wait in a long line to even pay for the service. There needs to be more people working the register and it needs to be more organized. This is crazy the customer service is horrible!!!!!

I thought I could bring my car in for a quick oil change. I was told the wait was 2 hours, I accepted that and left. I came back after 2 hours and watched my car sit in a bay for over an hour and nobody touched it. Seriously not worth the headache of listening to everybody complain and get their car done before mine.i guess I should done it myself or gone to a real mechanic.

This place sucks. Twice Ive tried to drop off my car HOURS before closing and they said they werent taking any more people because they already have too many. Also were quite rude about it. I understand if youreceived busy, but IM the customer and you work in a service industry. They close at 8 and stop taking cars at 5, and wont even make appointments? Never coming back here, and I dont recommend you come here either.

I wish i could give a lower review. This place is the most unorganized shop in all of York. They could not get my wheels off, because they did not listen when i said my lug tool was in the car. As I am waiting they come out to the desk asking if they had called me, and i spoke up. i waited three hours for them to tell me they could not do the job instead of calling me right away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE, spend the extra dough, and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else. You can thank me later.

Very rude and they don’t value you as a customer at all ! Have used this service a few times and never was I satisfied with the customer service. They also take a very long time. Went to the lube center and had a much better experience !!!

Brother got 4 new tires. Two are leaking bc they didnt even bother to replace the valve stems. This is a standard practice at every tire shop. I know how to fix them and we wont be using walmart again

Tire center.Price is good and if you use the online buy it’s free Returns if you got the wrong size.Give yourself 1-1/2 hours for a tire change. Some of the techs are ok but a few are slow and walk around and wait when they could be filling waiting times by working on another tire or operation of a tire change.

For the money and convenience, this shop is great! The complaints I see are related to being very busy with not enough employees; however, the staff employed complete their job quickly and accurately.

I was wondering why they had a 2.2 stars but after visiting today it couldnt be any clearer. They dont answer the phone first of all. When I arrived I asked Ken a few questions. Literally the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. He doesnt give a damn about who you are or how he talks to you. Literally made my blood boil just looking at his incoherent, obese and unprofessional face. I literally wanted to punch him across his disproportionate head for how he was talking to me. Youre double or triple the weight you should be dont talk to people like youre some hotshot who runs this town, you work at a walmart buddy and youll probably die 20 years earlier then you should because of your unhealthy lifestyle. Place is a joke. Tires are cheap though hahahaha.

Check your tire pressures after you buy or have them fix a flat our pressure was OFF ON ALL OUR TIRES!! BEWARE
