What I thought was excellent service at first turned into attitude. Since the repairs my car pulled to the right. They said “bring it back in and we will check to see if we missed something”. When I took it back in I was given nothing but attitude and told “the alignment is perfect, there’s nothing wrong. Maybe you hit something”. Yeah I hit a deer and you didn’t fix it right. I took it to the dealership who did an alignment and fixed it. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for that.

I was rear ended sitting still at a traffic light. Took my truck to Apple collision, who sent it here to get it fixed. When I was telling them what was wrong with the vehicle I got nothing but attitude. I was told the initial assessment of the vehicle takes 15 minutes. Right then I should’ve know that the shop was of poor quality. My vehicle was never put on an alignment rack or frame rack. I don’t know much but I know that’s the first step to repairing a collision in the rear. All they did was fix the outer cosmetic damage. That wasn’t even done right. The body lines did not match. There were cut marks in the back of my cab. Plus my bed is still tweaked to this day. When I brought it to their attention, it’s like I was an inconvenience for wanting my truck the way it was before I was hit. All they said was it’s fine and gave it back to me. Drive train concern is still not fixed and my frame is still tweaked, but all they tell me is it’s fine. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Was referred to Pritz By my insurance company. The customer service was very good. They called every couple days to give me an update and the job was completed well and in a timely manner.

Kept my vehicle for a month.Kept finding stuff to report to my insurance and Kept telling us the parts were being delayed.Got my car back and now found damages to my transmission, I will not recommend this place to my enemies.

Outstanding customer service! Great people and amazing work!I was directed here by my insurance company after a deer impact. The parts of my car they repaired and replaced look brand new! If they hadnt told me the hood was repaired, Id have sworn it was replaced! I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday, as scheduled. They replaced several plastic parts, a headlight assembly, a parking sensor, and repaired the front of the hood where it was crushed in.I even called afterward regarding a couple of tiny bumps in the paint. I called only to inform them of the issue in case it affected the longevity of the work and had an impact on potential future warranty claims. They assured me they would not be an issue but still offered to buff them out at my convenience and did so in only a few minutes while I waited! (no charge)Their work is amazing - it looks beautiful!

Oops! Just realized I posted my review for a different business initially. I met with the estimator after the insurance company totaled my car for minimal damage. Everyone was wearing masks and the estimator gave me great advice, was very friendly and helpful. Sorry re my previous review yall!

Great work and wonderful staff. The car looked gorgeous when they returned it to me.

My car had very minimal damage. No dents or cracks after I hit a deer. There were gaps between the bumper, headlight and grill. The gaps were still able to be seen on the side of the car that was damaged after picking it up. You could also tell exactly where new paint was applied because the bumper wasnt sanded prior. Staff was nice and courteous especially the woman setting up my drop-off appointment. I just wish the body work was better quality.

Of course the repair itself was OUTSTANDING. We’ve always used Pritz Auto Body West and will continue to use them for any future repairs.

Pritz got my vehicle in quickly for body repair and finished in the time I requested so I could have it back for travel. Their customer service is beyond excellent- refreshing in today’s society!! Will definitely use them again!

I have a beautiful jet black 2013 Mustang GT, my pride and joy. I call him Mad Max. Im the guy who circles the parking garage or parking lot looking for the safest end spot to park. The good folks at Pritz fixed him up expertly, with a perfect match in paint, beautiful luster, totally perfect lines in his profile, no squirrels or cloudiness in direct sunlight, back to the sweet looking sexy automobile I adore. I couldnt be happier with their work. Theyre good people. In contrast I had a very disappointing experience with Apples body shop up the street. It made me sick, traded in that car the next day, and never went back to the big corporate shop. Ill stick with Pritz.

The amount of anger I feel now is astounding. Not only am i being delayed yet again after waiting in the office for two hours, but they have shown no effort towards communicating and zero sense of urgency. I have waited seven weeks for my car to be fixed without so much as raising my voice or being impatient, but it’s clear now that they do not care for their customers as they will get payed regardless. I recommend anyone to go anywhere else. Disgusting. What am I paying you to do??
