Truck was involved in a minor front end collision, but resulted in needing a new radiator, and roof painted and some other things. When home i popped the hood and a couple shrouds were missing bolts/not tightened. about a week later i noticed severe runs (paint) at the back cab light. Im not even sure how it got out of the shop like that, it was an insurance claim and should have been repaired to factory spec. Its still like that too this day as a reminder to myself no matter how highly a company is rated, they can still do mediocre work. I shouldnt have to inspect my vehicle, after a professional company fixes it.wanted to also add the shop left the truck leave without adding any Freon to the air conditioning system.
Was treated disrespectfully by who did the original estimate when I was contacted by office personnel who called to update me on repair completion who proceeded to inform me that during disassembly or reassembly that a light came on in the dash but wasnt told the exact issue. When I reported it to the estimator, she told me that it didnt happen during their repairs & that i should take it to the dealership to have it checked. I did so today & the service rep informed me that the body shop didnt reconnect the plug that was causing the issue which was a notification that the parking sensor was not working. So basically, it was insinuated that what I reported about the phone conversation didnt happen because SHE was sitting next to the person that called & heard the conversation between myself & the person who made the call to me. I also questioned her about additional damage not included in the estimate & was told it couldnt have happened due to the collision that caused the damage repaired. Obviously, after this business with this shop, Ill never use them for service again & warn others of how I was treated in my dealings with them.

These guys do great work in a timely fashion. Their communication was great. They knew how the insurance process worked and guided me through it. I highly recommend them if you need to get work done. Plus my car was washed and cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Excellent!
We were very pleased with the quality of work. Our car needed extensive body repair on the front of the car. Pritz Auto Body brought back the like new condition.

A bit disappointed with length of time my car sat in their lot for a fender dent. Eleven days between drop off and pick up.
Pros:1. The body work that they did looks decent. They did a good job at matching the paint and replacing my passenger front and rear doors.2. They worked with my insurance company and I only had to pay my deductible.Cons:1. Communication: They had my car for over 3 1/2 weeks and I was called about it twice. Of the 3 1/2 weeks they had the car, the car was at the dealership getting other issues fixed for over a week and a half.2. The lower portion of the interior passenger rear portion of the car is still bent and never was fixed. They knew about it and took a picture of it, never fixed it and it is still bent. The bend it not the issue as it doesnt affect the door closing or seal, but the never told me why it wasnt fixed.3. I ended up paying over $1800 for a steering problem that they deemed was never caused by the accident. I told them since the day that I turned the car over to them that the steering was really messed up. They assured me that they would get an alignment done and if that doesnt solve the problem they would continue to find the cause. Well I went to pick the car up and the steering was never fixed. So I turned it back in and continue to tell them that the steering was still messed up since the day of the accident. They took it back to the dealership and, of course, since it was never communicated to the dealership that the steering was messed up since the accident the dealership also deemed that the steering problem was not caused by the accident. When I inquired about how it was deemed not caused by the accident. Pritz kept blaming the dealership and the dealership kept blaming Pritz. I ended up loosing that battle and had to pay out of pocket to get my steering fixed because Pritz never decided to listen to me that the steering was genuinely messed up since the accident and refused to tell the dealership as such. Especially when after the fact I found out it wasnt going to be covered, Pritz staff specifically asked me you have been driving a month with broken steering? meaning that it took over 3 weeks to get my car into the shop to get it fixed.If you have very basic body work that needs to be completed, then by all means, go to them, the car looks nice on the outside (ignoring the fact when you open the door and see the bent portion of the interior of the car). But if you have anything else wrong with your car, either stay away from them or make sure you effectively communicate that something else is wrong and get it in writing (that it is caused by the accident), otherwise they will NOT change their original impression and story from when you turned it in and you can suffer the same fate as me and have to pay a lot of money to get something fixed that was caused by the accident.
Pritz did an incredible job on the repairs. After inspecting the vehicle they found damage that the insurance company did not and made sure to have those issued repaired as well. Kept me up to date on repairs and had it finished quicker than originally quoted even with the added repairs.
They were wonderful and so helpful! I would definitely recommend! My car came back better than when it went in.
Great customer service! They were constantly keeping me informed of the repairs on my car. Unfortunately, we have needed an auto body shop multiple times through the past few years and we always take our cars to Pritz (East).

Pritz name, but Apple owned :-( My wife brought her car into here (Pritz) in 2000 for hail damage repair and they did great work at a reasonable price in a timely fashion, NOT SO ANYMORE!!. I was quoted a turnaround of 7 days and I gave them a benefit of a doubt and counted only working days, I am now on working day 15 and finally got my vehicle back. It took 114% longer than the estimated time. I took my vehicle in on Dec 11 and after 3 weeks and 3 days I got my vehicle back. Now for the price and quote; the quote was for $3537 which seemed high to me to begin with for the damage done, the final bill was almost 22% higher than the quote $4307. Example headlight was $409 and I can find true OEM headlight assemblies for $271 not to mention even cheaper aftermarket ones for $75. I asked a lady in the shop if I may speak to the owner and she said that Brad Pritz does not own the business anymore that Apple now owns it. Well that explains a lot!! My recommendation is don’t walk away from here, RUN!!!
These guys are rip offs they basically photo copied what the estimate was and times and charge us exactly what all stae wrote down but funny thing is in 2 1/2 days was already in paint....these guys are shady people.I asked to see any dents in rocker arm prior to them doing anything they said ok ...not one picture but they did th work.....hmmmm they shouldnt be talking to any ins cmpanies and i got more. These guys marked the exact same thing as the ins estimate down to the t ....tell me there not scamming people
They broke an interior light in my car, put all the broken pieces in the cup holder and refused to acknowledge or replace it since I didnt verify that it was fine with photo evidence when I dropped it off.Their testimonial involved asking the people I accused if they did it. They said no obviously lolas for the actual body repair, they did fine and matched the paint but they have lost my business and everybody I knows business for life
A couple of years ago one of our vehicles was involved in an accident. Pritz did the body work and restored it to the original condition. Recently an issue came up with the paint job and contacted them about it. Brad Pritz told me to bring it over to let him see it. He said without question, theyd make it mint - no charge! There was no hassle, nothing like its been two years, etc - just problem solved, free! They restored the paint to its pristine condition, but what I really appreciated is how Brad handled this. Thats how to take care of a customer.

They will not work on cars if you prepurchased the parts. I guess they need to make a profit on the parts. They turned down my business but they were helpful with finding a body shop that will actually work on my jeep. I wanted to write this review so others dont waste time there if they prepurchased parts.
