I’ve taken my car to Bob Stough’s Body shop several times for different reasons— inspection, new tires, a tune up, and other work! I like taking my car there because I know I am getting value- prices are very reasonable, I feel comfortable leaving my car there as I can go about my day and pick up my car at the time they said it would be ready. I don’t get pressured to buy additional parts/services which is something that happens frequently as a woman when I walk into other auto shops. I recommend taking your car here!

Really impressed with these guys. Bob gave me a very fair price. Although my issue was minor, I was a walk-in, and Bob still got one of his employees to help me immediately. I was in and out of there in just under an hour. Everyone was super friendly, and I was blown away by the result.I had another issue with my car sensors, and Bob recommended since my car is still under warranty, to check with my car dealership to see if I can get that covered. He also said I could check back with him to see if he can help me out with the price if I have to get any parts ordered. This type of service is so hard to find nowadays.Theyre located on a busy one-way street and their lot is packed with cars, so one of the employees offered to help me back my car onto the road. If I ever need their services again or if any one of my friends/co-workers ever need work on their car, I will absolutely refer them to Bob and his team. These guys are the real deal!

We had some body work that needed to be done on a rear door. So I went on line to do my homework figuring that I would end up at one of the two high-end York body shops, but I found Bobs which was rated at 4.8 Stars on 38 Reviews with obviously a large number of many favorable comments and I always read every review. We received the high quality of work we anticipated in line with the schedule we originally discussed. His quote was very competitive so it covered my Insurance Deductible & I had ZERO out of pocket expense because my insurance companys adjusters estimate was almost $500 higher than Bobs, who is down to earth and a straight shooter. My kind of guy and he has no bad reviews that I could find. Go here, give them a shot at your business and I believe that you will be happy you did!!

I had a tail light out and had other work done. The tail light was just lose and they fixed it no charge.

The gentlemen at this shop are fantastic and they do even better work! Had 3 vehicles worked on here, including collision work, and everything looks like new. They are also willing and able to work on rust, which was not easy to find. I was kept informed through all work that was done, and things were explained to me when I had questions. I am confident in going to them for all future work that I need. Overall, fantastic work for the right price with great attention to the customer!

Just picked up my Honda CR-V from Bob’s yesterday. Their work was fantastic. From start to finish when I first called Keith told me to come right over, got me an fair estimate first thing the next day, they got me in within the week and only had the car two days. I was only to have my bumper repaired/replaced and they also fixed a small dent in my hood, repainted the entire hood and also did my highlights. My 10 year old car looks brand! Seriously look no further they were GREAT!

I called this morning to schedule an estimate for some damage to my front bumper under carriage. They had time to see my car this afternoon and were able to fix the issue on the spot. It was wonderful service andI recommend Stoughs to anyone needing body work on their car.

I wont go anywhere else, Mark is very kind and personable, he has help me so much with fixing my car during a really hard time in my life, he always asked how I was holding up. Even after a month since I was there, I called to ask a few questions and he remembered who I was and asked me how Ive been since the tragedy in my life. The prices of labor and parts are far less than anywhere else Ive been. Mark quoted me for labor to put a new motor in my car and it was less than half of what the other places told me. He is honest and straight forward. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a fix or even an oil change. They are the best shop hands down. Being a woman its hard to find people to be honest with pricing, even though I am more knowledgeable than most people have still tried to over price me and even tell me something that is perfectly fine, needs fixed. But not this place. Thank you Mark!

I wont ever go to another body shop again. Im an idiot when it comes to cars, needed a set of new tires on my 2002 BMW and engine codes checked. Mark gave me a very reasonable quote and got my car back in shape way faster than I expected. Once I got my car back it was like new again. All the acceleration and stalling issues I had were gone and its a huge help right before the holidays. Mark even had his partner pick me up and take me to the garage to pick up my car since I had to have someone watch my kids and didnt have a ride. Fantastic, polite, professional service. My repairs were around $675. Just for giggles I called two other body shops in the area after I got my car back and asked for a quote for the exact same work Mark did and both quoted me nearly $1100. Bob Stough Auto Body came highly recommended from a friend who has gone there since high school and Im glad he recommended them to me - Mark definitely earned my business for life and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know from now on.
