I was in a car accident and we took the car for repair.. Matt was excellent. He kept us well informed of every step and wonderful overall service. I was even able to return my rental there and they handled the rest! Wonderful experience, I would use them again.

They did an incredible job with repairing my car after a very bad accident with a ton of damage. They communicated every step and set the expectations for me. They even got the work done well before the original proposed estimate. I was very worried about the car being back to its original condition and driving but all is well and it’s like nothing ever happened :)

I ended up having to bring my truck in earlier than scheduled. Apple Collision was able to accommodate the new time line without any hesitation. There was some other work that needed to be performed before Apple Collision was able to complete their repairs and they coordinated with Apple Nissan perfectly to make it happen. During the entire process, Jessie communicated with me every step that way I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. The Apple automotive group now has a new customer for as long as I live here in the York area.

Body shop did an excellent job on the vehicle! Customer service employee Jesse Shiflet who gave me a preliminary estimate was rude and unprofessional. I spoke to his supervisor Joe about his conduct and what he said to me. Joe advised me he would speak to Jesse and I requested another employee to assist me with my vehicle which was granted.

Car was done when promised, kept me informed with the progress! Car looks great!

My car was a victim in an awful attempted hit and run, luckily I was able to have my car sent to Apple Collision in York since I knew they were partnered with Subaru and I needed my suspension worked on. It was a big job, in normal circumstances this would have taken easily two months to repair, but with COVID and them being on the slower side, they were able to get it done in about a month. A month however, still felt so long but they did they best job in updating me every week and with every move made between them and Subaru. The guys at Subaru did an awesome job at literally pulling my car apart and putting it back together and when I saw it in its practical shell they did well with reassuring me that my baby will be put back together like brand new.I’m super thankful for all the work these essential workers did for me and the openness and communication they all gave me from Apple Collision and Subaru. Literally did the best work especially to someone with high standards!

This is hands down the best auto body shop I have been to. I had a horrible experience with a different company a year ago and was dreading having to get my car worked on again. My whole experience here was pleasant. I accidentally backed out of my garage with the tailgate open and broke a chunk of it.When I brought it in, the estimate was quick and fair. I had received an estimate from my neighborhood garage but it wasnt that much less so I preferred Apple from past experience. I was concerned that they might not handle the pearl paint properly. Apple had to order a part, but had to reorder because the first one arrived damaged. It wasnt their fault, and I had no problem waiting. I had done my own temporary duct tape repair that would hold out a bit longer.I wanted to recognize Matt Sinton for his super assistance. I waited for my car to be repaired, since it would only take about an hour. It was done quickly. Matt was pleasant and helpful through the whole process.When I remembered the little piece of plastic that tethers the cap to the car was broken, he checked it out and replaced it for me.

Apple Collision Center of York did an excellent job in repairing my Subaru Outback after a deer hit. They coordinated all the detail with my insurance company and helped arrange my car rental while my car while being repaired. They gave me constant updates as the work progressed and I had my car back in less than 3 weeks!! When I got the car back it had been cleaned inside and out. Apple Collision were very professional and courteous through the whole process.

Happy with the job they did on my car. They were quick and professional. Done when they said it would be done no games no guess or fuss. Even renewed my free month of car washes because if the time I missed on the month due to this repair. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know you dont need more headache than your already dealing with. They have a partnership with Enterprise down the street to get you into a rental if needed. All in all very satisfied with them and everyone in the Apple family of dealerships.

Just got my vehicle back from Apple collision. This is not the first time I have used them.I have to say, they continue to impress me. Quality of work is excellent, ease of use is excellent, and their desire to make the experience a good one for their customers shows.I will add, I am the Fleet Manager of a large light duty fleet of vehicles. I deal with repair facilities a LOT, all over the east coast, and have access to many top rate facilities. Apple ranks up there with the best of them.If I had to come up with a single criticism, its that proactive communication could be better. BUT, having said that, they did reach out a few times and I certainly always got updates and answers quickly any time I called.

Great customer service and quality repair work.

Fast service and work is done well. They made it super easy from the quote, dealing with the insurance and paper work. They sent me updates on the work of my car too. They did a courtesy car wash and God bless them, they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my mom mobile. The little details like that made my day. Renting a car was also super easy and I had to just drop my rental car off at the Collison Center instead of at Enterprise.

The repair to our 2016 Honda CR-V was done is less time that was planned and the entire process was seamless. The replacement of the rear bumper was perfect and the finish was identical to the original car finish which is black metallic. I am very satisfied with the repair. This is the second collision repair at Apple Collision Center this year on our two 2016 CR-Vs and I would recommend ACC without reservation. It is very convenient to drop off the Enterprise rental car at ACC when picking up the clean repaired car. Thanks for the good work!

My wifes car was in a rear end collision the other kids insurance was paying for it so we took it to Apple Collision there were a few days where I was informed that I once again with not going to get my vehicle because they found something else wrong or somebody didnt get them the part they needed or something which was annoying but I had a rental.Where my problem came is when I finally went to pick it up and there was a huge crack in the front windshield they denied that it was their fault but after showing them photos of the car not being moved from their parking area until after we had taken pictures of it when we saw the crack they had no choice but fix the crack there was also scuffs on the hood and the roof that nobody could explain now like I said all of this was repaired so thats why I gave them three stars but none of this should have happened in the first place when there was only rear end damage to this car

I rarely ever make reviews and even more rarely ever create a bad review. However this place earned an exception... Terrible place. They rip you off. They charged me $400 to reassemble my car even though all I wanted was an estimate. They also appraised my car for much less than what it was really worth. These guys are just out to get your money. Be cautious when using considering them.

Dropped my car off for a few days to have a dent fixed on the roof of my car. I was a little skeptical of how it was gonna turn out. Picked it up and you wouldn’t even believe there was a dent there before. They even reapplied the Luxcare to my roof again without any charge and washed the whole car. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fast, quality work for my car when someone rear ended me.

They took 3 weeks longer to fix my brand new Suburban! Over spray was all over my vehicle and on my rims! My interior was filthy and none was covered while it was in the shop. So far its been back 7 times to fix and clean the mess they caused all over inside and out of my brand new SUV. I got a $1200 bill from Enterprise because my insurance only covered up to $1,000 and Apple collision was supposed to pay for over a week because it took so long but the didnt and lied and said they did. Im still fighting for them to pay because it was their fault it took so long! They are dishonest people and dont care about the vehicles they are fixing and very sloppy work. I WILL NEVER GO THERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE! My attorney is filing suit against them for several counts! They even refused to pay for me to have it professionally cleaned because of how bad they left my vehicle. Body shop dust and dirt everywhere in the interior all over the windows and a lot would not come off! It literally looks like a 5 year old did the work and didnt clean anything up. This is unacceptable and they REFUSE to fix all their mistakes. My insurance company is going after them too and will be taking them off of their list of choice selected shops to do business with because of how dishonest they are and because of how filthy they returned my vehicle and having to take it back 7 times and still not fixed. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I AM! Im going to make sure everyone knows about how dishonest and not caring about the customers and their vehicles.

Excellent job fixing my 2016 Pilot which was struck on the passenger side. Handled the insurance claim with little effort required from me. Estimated 3 weeks to complete the repairs and instead returned car to me in 9 business days!

I’ve had repairs done here twice now and everything has gone well. Works done when they said it would be and done right. Staff are pleasant as well.

Terrible job fixing my car, they ruined the clear coat on my hood, then they tell me they didnt do that,had pictures to prove they damaged it, so they end up repainting my hood, terrible job .The paint is coming off already, then I found out they damaged a coolant hose. terrible customer service. I went to fix my car then I get it back damaged. i should have went else where Geico sucks!! Dont bother getting your car fixed here, you will be very disappointed!! bunch of slackers work here..

I had my truck taken in to apple auto collision to get the bumper and trailer hitch replaced due to some one rear ending me. They did good work replacing what was needed but when I picked my truck up note its a ext cab I found everything in the truck was moved around in the back seat and the passenger seat was moved up slightly to accommodate a passenger In the back seat.and I noticed it had 20 to 30 miles more than it had when I left it the night before.there was no need ti drive it around expecially with other passengers in it. I tried to get a hold of someone to ask them about it but no one is man enough to answer me.

They did a great job fixing my wife’s Jeep. It was done faster than I expected.

Returned to edit this review. Initially, I stated poor workmanship and poor customer service. Too many complaints to note. If you trust them with your vehicle, take before and after photos. After the initial mess up, I found that they do have okay customer service when trying to fix their provable mistakes.

Great staff that are willing to work with you. Not 100% satisfied with the work that was done on my car.

I took my five month old vehicle that had been purchased new at an Apple dealership in to have lawn mower damage repaired. I had to return a few days after picking my car up to have a teardrop in the clear coat buffed out. When the weather warmed up, I found divots where the damage wasnt properly repaired, additional clear coat runs, and globs of excessive paint underneath the clear coat. Multiple emails to ask about these issues over the course of a month did not get a response. After finally getting an appointment set up, I was informed that they could take a buffer to my car again to smooth the superficial defects in the clear coat. No additional action would be taken to address the divots or spots of excess paint. Further emails to indicate this was inadequate and inconsistent with their guarantee of an invisible repair went without response. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with the communication, service, and quality of their work.

The employees make promises on the phone and then dont follow through. Their customer service is non-existant. Theyve had me running back and forth to their shop for a MONTH just to get an estimate. Please, please, please, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ESLEWHERE!
