Wonderful service from beginning to end. Denise at the front desk was so accommodating and sweet. The repairs for my vehicle only took one day to complete. When I went to pick the car up I was shocked when I saw what a wonderful job they did not only on the repairs BUT they washed AND cleaned the interior. Even noticed it walking in! Once inside I was told that Schmitty was the one responsible for this! People need to be recognized when it’s been a job well done and Jack Giambalvo collision center is just that, a job WELL done! Kudos to these employees. Management/Ownership should be proud!

After a long wait for parts, my car is looking as good as new. I loved the updates along the way and the timeliness for the repair. I highly recommend Giambalvo and Bill Wise was awesome to work with too!

Giambalvo body shop made getting my Mazda CX-9 back to looking sharp. The adjuster was very good and nice. They worked directly with the insurance company. They finished the repairs in good time as well. I would recommend this shop for body work and paint repairs.

They were great when it came to making a sale however when it came to a question about a refund I am eligible for after paying the car off after 2 weeks of leaving messages for a question I had to go to the dealer to get someone to speak to me. At that point the person I left the message for could not even have the decency to walk away from his desk or invite me to his desk to speak with me

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and expedient in performing their job. I will Continue to drive 35 miles past two other Mazda stores to get my service work completed here.

Listed a loaner car as a new car. I had to have another dealership run the VIN and tell me it was used. While I understand that you can technically call it new since it has less than 5,000 miles, that information should be openly disclosed to potential buyers instead of just not reporting the mileage anywhere on the page. I also requested the exact mileage and pricing of said car and havent heard back in over 4 days. This place is sketchy at best.

Today was my second time taking my Mazda to the Jack Giambalvo dealership for service and I’m once again very happy with the service and customer service provided. Daniel was very quick, helpful and professional. I think my car gets washed when I take it in for service and the staff leaves my car looking super clean and brand new. :) I am definitely going to continue taking my Mazda here for all of my vehicle needs. I was shopping for a pickup truck without much luck. I had given up on the search. I stopped by the dealership for an oil change on my wife’s car. As I waited I noticed a used Chevy Colorado on the lot. I asked salesperson Jack Bare about the vehicle and after a test drive he and the staff offered me quick information on a deal and did not waste my time by slow walking the deal and they never played any games which are things I found frustrating in other dealerships. I got a good price and a good deal. This is the second purchase we made with Jack Bare having purchased a new CX5 in 2019. I highly recommend Giambalvo Mazda and Jack Bare. Jack also went above and beyond by contacting the previous owner and securing me the second set of keys.

The minor bodywork done to the windshield pinch (not sure if this is the terminology) was completed in a timely fashion but I was not able to start my car after I paid since my battery was drained from lack of attention to details. After being told I might need a new battery (even though it’s a newer battery) and a quick jump, happily I was able to drive away. Customer service and management were accommodating but my rating stems from an unnecessary dead battery and a potential sale tactic for me to get a new battery (I hope I am wrong).Ethan, the employee at Jack Giambalvo who got me from my house, was very genuine and happy to help me.

There was a time when I had a less than stellar experience at the service center here. This review is not about that experience. As we all should in life, we gave them another opportunity to take care of us. This time it was for a simple oil change and service visit. The staff was courteous. The service was efficient. I genuinely appreciated the honest feedback regarding the condition and wear of my brakes. They could easily have used scare tactics to pressure me into buying new rotors and pads. Instead, they took the high road and simply stated what they saw, and what to expect in the next 6-9 months as far as performance went. We will not hesitate to return as a result of their practices. There are always cheaper options when it comes to getting service performed. I will pay extra for quality service and a good attitude almost every time. Remember that even dealerships are small/medium businesses too, and supporting them is, by extension, supporting our communities also.

As always Jack Giambalvo Mazda has taken care of my automotive issues with speed and professionalism. The staff is also courteous and knowledgeable. What more could I ask for.

I had to take my car here for inspection and emissions. Its an older car and definitely had some issues. On the mazda side the service technician Billy was amazing. He took the extra time to ensure my satisfaction was more than met. He walked me through step by step and gave me suggestions on how to resolve the issue as cheap as possible. He also took the time to run diagnostics on my vehicle when he didnt need too. I highly recommend the service center and especially Billy as he made sure my needs were more than met. If Jack Giambalvo is reading this you need to give Billy a raise. It is because of that man that you will have my loyalty for years to come.

The entire process was great. Starting with my online search to the final purchase, I was never pressured into anything. I was originally looking for a leftover 2019 and after a 3 month search, I found a model at an amazingly competitive price at Jack Giambalvo. I set up an appointment to come in for a test drive, albeit 2weeks after I contacted them (vacation). A few days before I was scheduled to come in, they reached out and said the 2019 had been sold, but they would honor the quote for a new 2020.Ed Ditzel was a great, laid back, informative and honest salesman. I went to Jack Giambalvo Mazda for service for several years. I was always satisfied with the work performed. I moved to Harrisburg two years ago and started going somewhere closer to my new home for car service. I was not happy at this new place and was frequently offered services I did not think were necessary. Finally, I decided the slight inconvenience was worth it and now travel 40 minutes to Jack Giambalvo just so I know my car is getting looked at right and I am not being offered unnecessary services to pad the bottom line.

So setup for my appointment was a breeze, used the online appointment scheduler to request what all I needed taken care of. Arrived about 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time to give ample time for any possible paperwork. They gave me a rough estimate on my expected wait which they had gotten it done much quicker than expected. The staff was extremely welcoming, the dealership has a fairly nice seating area alongside snacks an complimentary water for while you wait.

I was sold a beautiful truck with a cracks in the windshield that I had to ask them to fix. Yet a year later I take it back to get inspection, they can’t find anything wrong with it. So now failing it for the window tint that was on the vehicle they sold to me! One of THEIR Service technicians passed it with flying colors when it was sitting on the lot and attracting attention. Why would you sell your customers a vehicle you know is illegal? I bought this truck one year ago the only change is I had to replace the balding tires 2 months later, because when I questioned the tires they said they were fine as well!! (only one tire was new) I am very frustrated with this whole situation. Other than the actual salesman he was very nice and accommodating, the overall experience was terrible and even more so a year later. I could keep going on about the quality of service but I hope before I keep on going on about the quality and past experiences. Hopefully someone from their dealership will return my call with a positive response. Instead of avoiding my calls.

The service is good. Estimate of time to complete was accurate. My only complaint is that the collision center never painted my door handle, which was part of the damage.

Had my 2018 cx5 serviced for the first time. The service people were friendly, and very accommodating. They did not change the inspection sticker when we bought the car so they did the inspection and emissions for free and put Nov. stickers on it no questions asked. Extremely happy with the service.

Excellent Service for a great price. At first I thought the service was slow, but when I got my car back, I realized how much they had done. They tested and checked my fluids, filled my tires, and did the oil change. $54 dollars. I will definitely use them for further Car Repairs and Work.

Only issue I had was it was for a recall and I was supposed to receive a call back three different times and didn’t. It was weeks and I would just call back. The rest wasn’t a bad experience.

They will do the work necessary to get you he car you want at the best price. They were great with helping me get approved for my first new car loan. Highly recommend.

Top quality work and very reasonable price for a dealership

I have not bought a vehicle here but I can speak to their service department and body shops, both are top-notch. Very polite and professional, never asked me to spend a penny on anything I did not need. The waiting rooms are comfortable and the hours are convenient - the best choice for service/repair in the York-to-Baltimore area, and absolutely worth the drive to avoid Heritage Towson.
