Standing in front of the location @12:11pm on a Friday afternoon and the doors are locked but the lights are on. NO NOTIFICATION THEY ARE AT LUNCH OR ANYTHING SHOWING WHY THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. When you call the phone line it goes to voicemail that HASNT BEEN SETUP. YOU GUYS SUCK.

Went in with a friend the associate Estrella (STAR) was awesome helpful stayed within budget handled multiple customers at the same time whilst still giving my friend 5 star service she deserves a raise

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALGot there at 10:30 to pay my phone bill for 4months. Clerk couldnt make change. Told me i had to go across the street to get change at a liquor store. Acted like it was my problem for being there too early.Youre a business. Have your sh!t together before you open.

The manager and certain employees of the store Are con artists who are trying to pocket your money these people try to add an extra $200 on the iPhone SE switcher deal for 50 bucks so I went to an actual metro by T-Mobile flag store and got the deal for literally 100 bucks so you could take this information as well but be careful about these people pocketing your money

Very rude to a 77 yr.old trying to get help .the girl was very very rude both on phone and in personim gonna make a complaint about elder abuse....

I had switched from boost mobile to metro and I did get good service when I went into the store at Kelly sq and the girl at the counter Miss Ramos was my sales representative and at first she was nice but instead of her doing my contacts transfer she was too busy reading my friend list and my 18 year old granddaughter is on there and my granddaughter who is openly gay was a victim of a hate crime from Miss Ramos and her 2 friends the next night and not only did Ramos do the crime but she had copied my information down and I am pressing charges

Absolutely horrible location. The dude with the pink hair is extremely rude and unprofessional, I walked out. I will never do business with them again. The manager the Spanish girl with the long black hair is horrible as well.No professionalism whatsoever at this location. Extremely condescending behavior and attitudes wanted to take my money but not provide a receipt, cant trust them.Stay away!

Its absurd, I went to make a phone line bill, the girl took my passport and forgot to return it to me, left for five minutes, it was time to get in the car when I came back to pick up it was already closed, Im calling there almost every time and nobody answer, I went there 3 times and it was closed in the period of 3 hrs in the afternoon if it is not open because it is open from 10 to 7

Take a good look at your payment receipts because they charge you for things you didnt buy ok
