Vick knows how to keep it real with his customers! He was very patient and down to earth with me when I was frustrated about my secondhand phone having sim card problems. He made sure I was able to work things out with my provider before making me pay anything, and give me a reasonable rate to fix my broken sim card slot. Thanks for making my day a little brighter man!

Great and quality service! I badly cracked the screen on my LG phone and Vick was able to order and install a new one for me. The cost was well below what I would have paid in an insurance deductible or by going through LG. Vick is very kind, clear, and quick in his work and I truly appreciated how well he handled this repair. If I ever need another phone repair, Ill head back to Vicks!
