Green Garage has done a great job on my 2010 Range Rover sport. Their prices are reasonable (for range rovers, which can be VERY expensive) and they are very easy to communicate with. They also are very prompt with their service. My car has never taken more than a day or two, even when parts need to be ordered. I’ve used them twice now and have been very happy with their service thus far.

Eddie, What is up with your pricing. This use to be my go to place to have my Mercedes Benz Sprinter work done. I was charged-Total $428.88 on 15 Sep. 2020 for a replacement of my Fuel Filter on my Sprinter. The fuel filter part was $129.00 (Here on Amazon MANN-FILTER WK 820/14 Fuel Filter $61.33). I guess the rest is Labor of $299.00 for less than one hour work!! Your thoughts?? I believe I can go to a Mercedes Benz dealer and get it done cheaper. Your pricing is way out of line. I guess I will have to find another place to work on my Sprinter that is reasonable!! GOOD LUCK!!

Prompt and courteous staff. My Land Rover needed an oil change and they were in and out in less than an hour. Although they aren’t able to accommodate seating right now due to COVID, I was recommended a little diner across the street and got a cup of coffee while I waited. We will definitely be back!

I brought my mini in for an oil, coolant, and boost leak. Eddie had all three issues fixed within 48 hours. When I took my car to the mini dealership they wanted to remove the down pipe and investigate/replace the turbo, a much more expensive non issue. Thanks for getting my mini fixed up and running great for a fraction of the price i would have paid at the dealership!Editing my previous review due to continued issues with my Mini:After brining my Mini in to be fixed 2x at Green Garage the same issues have persisted with new issues appearing. Instead of brining my Mini back I took it to a different shop for a second opinion as it seems the issue is never fixed at Green Garage. When the water pump was replaced on my Mini it seems as though other lines (refrigerant) were not replaced/bracketed in correctly causing them to wear down and leak. When I received this info from the second shop I called over to see if it is possible to get a quote for the repairs that are cited by another shop, with video proof. Green Garage was unable to even provide that info. I understand that the shop has its policy, but I would think that a repeat customer could fall under an exception- especially when their work is questioned by another shop.I feel terrible to edit my review since the customer service has been fantastic at Green Garage and all employees at the shop have been knowledgeable/friendly. I do not question the quality of work at Green Garage and do not want to deter any future customers, I just wish to share my experience.

Green Garage was recommended to us before we even moved to Florida. Now that I’ve experienced the legendary service, I understand why. Knowledgeable staff, quick/accurate estimates, timely service/repairs, fair pricing. But what I have appreciated the most... the family feel. They’re a family owned business whose approach to customer service is exceedingly warm and friendly. We love these guys and could not recommend them enough.

Work done on my Mercedes Benz Sprinter was a routine 40,000 mile warranty fuel filter and Auto Transmission fluid (Flush)/filter replacement. Green Garage is now my one-stop shop for maintaining maintenance service requirements for my Sprinter. Deserves more than five stars. I have a 2003 Mini Cooper S and had always taken it to the dealer for any work. Wanted to try Green Garage because of its reputation. Eddie and Ellen were great. I had to tow the car there because of a charging system light. Eddie diagnosed the problem and it needed a new alternator and he fixed a leaking oil filter gasket. Exceptional service at a very reasonable rate. after it was fixed, I as medically stopped from driving. Eddie drove the car to my house (13 miles away from his shop), at no additional charge and Ellen took him back. Petula (my Mini) runs great and I cannot thank Eddie enough. I have a new place for service on My Mini and it is Green Garage. I cannot thank them enough for there service and kindness.

On a trip to Florida from Michigan in my Winnebago View, I had one rear wheel sensor go out, and was planning to drive back to Michigan the next day. If the other sensor went out, I’d be stuck in limp mode. The Mercedes dealership wouldn’t work on it until Monday, and I felt like I was up a creek without a paddle until I called Green Garage and talked to Emily. She got me right in, and Adrian dropped what he was doing, rearranged the entire parking lot (because my motorhome was so big) and diagnosed the issue immediately so they could get the part ordered. An hour and a half later everything was back to normal, and we just got back to MI last night with no issues at all. While I was there waiting, a couple of their other customers came in, and it was easy to tell they really care about the level of service they provide. I wish they were located here in Michigan! Huge thanks to Emily and Adrian for getting us back home safe!!

I made an appointment with this company. they gave me the appointment for within one week. They never told me that they charge a diagnostic fee and if I repair my van with them they are not going to charge me this fee. what I am upset about is that I wasted one week waiting for my appointment and I have no idea about the diagnostic fee. next time tell your customers about this and not put them in this situation to pay you a fee right there. I took the day of from work to take my van to have it fixed but I left the place very upset. very unprofessional way to treat people not respecting their time.

Extremely satisfied with service on our 2014 Sprinter Van. I had a leaky water pump replaced. Oil change and fuel filter Very personal service. So refreshing versus talking with a service advisor who has no idea what was done on your vehicle. They earned my future business

I have used multiple mechanics in the past to work on my Range Rover. Each and every time I used one, I always had an issue. For the past 5 years i have been coming to see Eddie and crew and have to the upmost gratitude for the unbelievable service.they have done small work on my vehicle and has done major repairs on my vehicle such as a complete motor swap. I was able to book my appointments online and they had my van back in less then 48 hours each time!!!!! Stay clear! Eddie you should remember me and my Range Rover that I had to bring back 4 times for the same leak. Almost $2000 later you never fixed the leak.Had to take it elsewhere, fixed in a hour and change.At the very least, you should have refunded the labor, I offered to pay for all the parts you charged me for which never fixed the leak.I thought that would have been the honorable thing to do. But you told me “that’s not the way it works”.Deeply disappointed with you.Hope I answered your question....

I found Eddie to be very knowledgeable and honest. He provides a personal touch that is rare and refreshing. Its great to have a found a mechanic I can trust and will definitely be taking my BMW back to him for service.

I have taken our LR3 to Eddie for the past 8 years or so and probably over 130,000mi. He has always been very reasonable and helpful in keeping the Land Rovers maintenance affordable and bearable. The LR3 was in our family up to 174,000mi and Eddie was a big help in that. Now, after Eddies guidance to stick with the V8, we have a newish LR4 and look forward to a continued relationship.

I can’t say enough about how amazing This shop is. I had an issue with my Land Rover that many others had tried to solve but could not. Eddie went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue. He put tremendous effort into the project and saved me from having to get another vehicle at a time that we could not afford it. I had totally given up in the car. It chenwas able to chase down the problem.

Unfortunately my experience here wasnt as great. After calling the day prior to inquire about their workload for the following day, I was told they would be able to get my car in if I left it in the morning. After taking the day off from work & dropping my car off first thing in the morning my car was never looked at. My car spent the entire day there, I spent money Ubering all over town for nothing. I understand if youre busy but if youre THAT booked, simply dont have people drop off their car. Very inconsiderate way to treat customers that have to make special arrangements to drop off their vehicle.

The guys here take such good care of my car - I know that its being evaluated honestly every time I take it in and they take the time to let me know what might be coming up next for maintenance. So glad I found them and they have a loyal customer for life!

Eddie was very good at explaining my AC situation on my range Rover. Works great now and he even provided a ride home after i dropped it off

In April this year I took my car to greengarage this guy took $3300 saying to fixed everything with. A month after the car misfired I called he said to bring the car back and I did then it’s took the car for entire week and still couldn’t find out what’s wrong with the car finally he said oh it’s thermostat and brakes and he charged us another $1800 but when we take the car from the garage the car stop in the midlle of the road 3 miles from the garage. When I asked him to give me the receipt to see what was really changed. He said I will email it to you. To which we never got. When I called to tel him he got upset very rude with me he is cynical, thief and crooked.

Attempted to be helpful even if what I needed was not their area of expertise.

Great job, honest and helpful. I have repeatedly relied on these folks to fix and maintain my mini and will continue to do so!
