Everyone at Holler Hyundai was not only helpful, but took the time to answer all my questions. They reviewed what they were doing that day and made sure I knew exactly what was being done. They also checked for any recalls and found three things they needed to check! How wonderful to really be in charge of what was to be done to my car instead of being told don’t worry we will do our job now go into the waiting room until we are done. Speaking of the waiting room it was clean with comfortable chairs as well as a few round tables in case you wanted to get some work done while you waited. When finished the technician who worked on my car explained what they found and what exactly was done. Not only that, my car was clean and shiny when they brought it out! It had been washed and really looked great! This is the place to buy a car. They have everything in the same place to keep you running smoothly and looking good!! K. Delgado.

We had quite a wonderful experience at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Florida. I had been in contact with Maria who I met online while doing research on the car I wanted, and finally met face-to-face. She was very knowledgeable about the car and made the transaction swift and easy to understand. We then met with Francis, financial person, and he too was very kind and professional and gave us several options. They made our dream come true and i will be referring them to everyone i know who wants to purchase a Hyundai! Sanford is always so nice and accommodating! Shark fin antenna was broken, while fixing he checked on a few other problems I was having with flashing lights /turn signal. Fortunately that was all covered under warranty. All was repaired within a few hours. My older car now feels brand new again! Thank you!!

I used the web site to pick out the car I wanted. When I got there it was parked out front and ready for me to test drive. I loved it and my salesperson Aubrie was great. I got a good deal on my trade in and decided to purchase the vehicle. The financing manager Jason hooked me up with some great financing and I drove off the lot with my brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona a hour later. Super friendly, no pressure. Always have a pleasant experience here, I went to look at the new Genesis offerings. This would be my 3rd time purchasing a Genesis from them and with many visits in between for either test drives or inquires and all I can say Quan and folks are a pleasure to deal with. The prices are reasonable with a no haggle concept behind their practice and a good sales staff makes for a well worth visit, aside from certain times were are going through with the pandemic. They are so known to provide at home test drive and purchases.

This was our first service appointment since purchasing our 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I was very pleased with the quick service (we were done in about 45 minutes), the cleanliness of the waiting area, and how nice the staff was. I liked that there was a separate waiting area in a different building that had the cashier there, so when the car was done they drove the car to that building and you checked out in one place. I also LOVED that they did not adjust my seat! This is a HUGE thing for me because every other place we have been with previous cars adjust it like a giant drove the car and it takes forever to get it back to where it was. So that was a huge plus for me!

Solid dealership - easy to get in for an appointment, car was ready when promised. Didnt like that for such a premium line that is comparable to BMW or Mercedes - they dont clean your car is a bit of a let down. Also - they dont seem to know much about the cars they sell - service schedules, even the year (its a brand new body type) and so on.

What a GREAT experience. My wife and I have purchased 2 cars from Holler Hyundai in the past week. The price you see online IS THE ACTUAL PRICE! We went to other dealerships in Orlando and always felt like they were trying to screw us or rip us off some how, Holler was clear and direct every step.of the way! Our Saleperson Autumn was great. If she did not have an answer she was honest and went and got the answer to the question we had. The finance person Francis was also very friendly and ALL OF THE NUMBERS MADE SENSE. There were no surprises at all. We also worked with Toni in finance as well and she was great. If you live in Orlando and are looking for a used car or a new Hyundai, I urge you to try HOLLER HYUNDAI. My family and I will be loyal customers.

Great experience getting an oil change and tire rotation for my Hyundai Tucson. Terrence was great. The service was friendly and efficient. In the same appointment, they resolved a recall my car had for the aws system and also let me use two coupons when they said it was one per visit. This led them to figure out my battery didn’t pass the test and they changed it for free as it was still under warranty. This definitely saved me from issues with the battery and from paying to replace it as I didn’t realize the warranty covered it. Will only come here for future service.

I was working with a sales representative by the name of Michael. I advised him I lived in Ohio but I wanted this vehicle. He said, at first, he couldnt put it on hold with a deposit. I explained I was going to fly down as soon as I knew it was available and we had a deal. He checked with his General Manager, Shannon, who said if I fill out the credit application and get approved, they would hold the vehicle. I did this. I got a call from Josh in the finance department to let me know I was approved and we finalized the details on the phone and then he said I will have sale call you back. Michael called me back to say that they are no longer holding the vehicle due to Shannon, the General Manager, saying she didnt know there was other interest on the vehicle so she wont hold the vehicle. I advised them that they ran my credit with the agreement that they were holding this car by doing so. I asked Michael to have Shannon call me, he said there is already someone looking at the vehicle at 11:00 and he will let me know if it sells. He said he asked Shannon to call me but she didnt and then he said she left and will not be calling. Now I show an inquiry on my credit report for no reason because they lied about the deal. If this is how Holler Hyundai manages do business, the owners should fire Shannon on moral standing alone. It was a guaranteed sale, they just needed to give me time to fly down the following day due to flight availability, to sign and drive the vehicle home. If they were not going to hold the vehicle, they should have never made the deal.

I bought a car here a couple of months ago. The price was good and everything was fine. I take the car in for an appointment oil change at 10am. It’s now 12:15 and I have to be at work at 1. I was told everything would be done in a couple of hours. I went to get some stuff out of the car because it was not ready. When I got back there they had not even stared on my car. Over two hours of sitting here for nothing but to make me late for work and be without a vehicle for the rest of the day. Not cool guys. This really messed up my entire day. All over an APPOINTMENT oil change at 10am. Get it together

My salesman Ramon was by far the best I encountered at any of the five dealerships I visited before settling on this one. He was so kind, patient and caring by letting me take my time with the vehicles and truly explaining everything thoroughly. He really made the experience for me. Jose was also very helpful and was great resolving any issue I had. The only reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because the finance department guys I encountered were terrible. They will try to take advantage and lie to you in order to get their way (I understand this is common in most dealerships, still aggravating).

Yesterday I had a service appointment at 9am, I waiting 4 hours before going and speaking with someone about the status of my car. When the lady searched the system she couldn’t find my name, so she ended up calling the advisor and he said that he wasn’t my advisor and then searched the computer and saw that he was and said that he would call her back once he found my car. 10 mins later he never called back so the lady told me she was going to walk over to see what was going on, when she came back she said that they “found” my car and that he would be over with it soon. I then received a text saying that I could text this number during the service and a few minutes later someone pulled up with my car. The lady called me in to sign the paper work and I asked her why it took so long and why they wouldn’t find my car and she said she didn’t know why that they didn’t give her an explanation. The advisor didn’t even have the decency to come in and explain what what happening and why I had to wait so long for an update. After the whole experience I’m extremely disappointed with the service and feel as though they didn’t give me a proper oil change and maintenance check that I paid for.

I wasn’t to thrilled about having to spend $250. After I just paid $600 to get my window fixed. Apparently Hyundai Tucson have issues with regulators. And the motor for the regulator burnt out or went bad. Who I would like to shine some light on is Derek Yeoman. Derek is a stand up guy. He’s prompted with responses, polite, communicates well, knowledgeable, answered all my mechanical questions. He made my overall experience pleasant. So he literally saved you guys from getting 2 to 3 stars. Because I wasn’t happy. So once again cheers to Derek Yeoman. I hope they are paying you well.

We were able to order a very popular model to our color and interior choice. Up front pricing and no extra stickers like some other dealers. Finance/closer explained everything and helped save us some money on a new plate since we had returned one a few years ago. Worth the drive if the dealers in your area are not to your liking.

I hope to be received again with the attitude, energy and kindness of Mr. Juan Carrillo because not only the exterior is important, people like Mr. Carrillo raise the image of the Company, I repeat I was in other dealerships with excellent facilities but the attention bad customer service, it is not selling to sell ... a car is not bought like a sweet ... that additional value that the seller creates in the first image is what impacts, not only buy one vehicle but two vehicles . I have to say that the other vehicle dealership had left disappointed and was not willing to receive any slight, but the surprise was different with the personality of Mr. Carrillo. Professional and expert service quality. My only negative was that there was no feedback from the multi-step check on the status of things like break wear, tires, belts, battery, etc. Also, I was not given exact specifications on what fluids were put into the car. Since it is a dealer and where I bought the car I simply assume that everything was good.

Hello I came to your dealership looking to buy a new car. I walked around the lot for a while before finally entering the building. I walked around for about 30 minutes total. I bought a new 2016 Elantra from Holler. I have moved to south Florida since then. When I decided to purchase another new car I tried some of the dealerships down here and dealt with no inventory or bait and switch by not updating their web sites. So I came back “home” to make my purchase. My husband and I worked with Ramon who was very helpful he showed us what was left on the lot and we chose a 2022 Tucson. When it came time to sit down with the finance person, Josh, again we were working with a helpful person. I had already gotten my financing done thru my bank. Josh was able to beat the interest rate the bank gave me by 2.5%. He worked with his lenders and found the best rate. We were glad we made the 3 hour trip. Let me start off with starting this is my second review here, well.. actually third because my actual *first* review was based on my horrible experience on the issues with my vehicle(purchased from this dealership) that were always and constantly overlooked or dismissed. Upon writing that review and explaining my drawn out experience with the multiple attempts of trying to address and solve the issues with my car they did finally reach out to me. I believe the service manager(who ironically I havent had any luck in contacting since) reached out to address the review I wrote. Only then was I a concern and did I receive any inquiries on my stated issues and concerns with my vehicle. So, my car was then taken in and I did have my driver side mirror replaced (in the attempt to fix the Godawful rattling that happens STILL today when on any interstate/or going over 60mph) After this experience though. I was asked to delete my current review, and then they would send me a new email to follow up in my *new experience* after they finally seemed to care and assess my cars issues. Again, only after I wrote a review of my experiences though.. so, here I am again because since then my service has been great. Oil changes and the basic routine maintenance has been fine. But each time I do make an appointment for these I also include the theres been and still is an issue with the passenger side front wheel well area where you can hear metal on metal creaking/flexing. Every oil change appointment Ive made, I have made a point to mention this to have it noted so it can be looked at. But guess what..  no one seems to even care or even try to figure it out. Im literally sent out on my way with out even an explanation or possible solution. This has gone on long enough that I have literally been able to pin point on my own what the issue *probably* is..   Broken fender welds, and doing a simple google search allowed me to find a multitude of stories and forums on the specifics of the genesis coupe having broken fender welds(passenger side) and videos with the EXACT sound my car is making. So, upon one of my next visits I brought this up. It was absolutely crazy to me how quickly I was dismissed with this information.. mind you, I have 30 videos on my phone with these noises(which has only gotten worse)  I cannot express nor can I explain the level of frustration and regret I have with this dealership, and the purchase of this vehicle.. My mind is completely blown by the lack of CARE, CONCERN, PROFESSIONALISM, PROBLEM SOLVING and overall shit experience with this place. The feeling of literal helplessness and not being heard is so infuriating, to think a dealership is just totally at peace with this treatment.  So, here I am with my car that has this metal on metal creaking sound thats apparent at any given time or speed, left or right turn.. but Im not able to have it fixed, let alone even acknowledged by this place.  So, here is my third review and I now regret taking my first one down because of this continued horrible experience that will only continue until I get rid of this vehicle. Thank you Holler Hyundai for the routine services on my car, but Id choose a different word for everything else that doesnt seem to fit your time, objectives or concerns when it comes to this car and my known issues with it. Absolutely dissatisfied, disappointed and will have this as a reminder every time I get into my car. You know, because they havent cared to assist in helping resolve this on going issue with the car purchased from themThank you for listening and hearing me out and attempting to help find a solution for my vehicle. I was very disappointed with the PARTS department. It was my first time visiting that dealership to buy transmission fluid for my car. I had the part number in my hand and asked if they had in stock, he asked how many quarts I needed, so I asked him how it was and the parts guy told me US$30. I asked again... How much is it!? He said it was $30 again! So I asked why so much!? He told me “it was the expensive one”. I need 5 quarts... wow... I thanked the parts guy and he just closed the window and walked away. In the parking lot I called the Hyundai dealership in Sanford and I was quoted $15 for the same fluid. I will never return to this location.

Bad customer service. Waited over a week (without a car and no provision for rentals by the dealership) for a recall related part and for an issue that was still under warranty . I understand waiting for parts, I also work as a tech under customer service so I understand but customer service includes communicating with your customers. After a few days I started leaving messages for a update or if I need to rent a vehicle... Never receiving a call or a message nor even a text . Ive decided to just go to dealership today to get my car back whether they fixed it out not.. I wouldnt know cause there was no communication. If you need service go somewhere else.

I scheduled an appointment for my airbag clock spring (which they then informed me it was under warranty!!) and set up a 2nd appointment for a recall. When I called the lady who set up the appointment told me due to parts being not in stock, I would have to set up 2 appointments. When I arrived for my 1st one, Sanford informed me, they should be able to do them both that day and was not sure why I was told differently. A few hours later I was told the car was ready and both things were taken care of that day!I originally did not want to wait 3 weeks when I set up the appointment, however when I looked up other dealerships they did not have as great reviews recently, so I stayed with Hollar who I knew would have great customer service. And once again provided that!

Took car in for oil and air filter change. Holler also changed the cabin air filter. When I got car back no air coming out of vents. Never had any problem until their service. Called dealer. They said it would be 3 weeks before appointment. July in Florida with no air conditioning makes the car useless. Dealership has gotten too busy. On hold for 15 minutes to make appointment and 3 weeks for appointment. Time to find a new dealer!

Buying a car can be least fun someone could have, in my opinion, but the staff at this location make it a breeze! Autumn was amazing! She is very personable and honest. She listened to what our needs and wants were and she didn’t try to push us in a different direction. We walked in with a goal in mind and she worked hard to make it a reality! Francis in the finance department also worked hard and was honest with what we should expect. We walked out of the center with a payment that worked for us and the exact car we came to look at. I would recommend this location and Autumn and Francis to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Love the car; dont love the color but there was only one model at the dealership at the time. I settled for it.

I received update finally after a week of silence. Because of illness my service manager gave us good news. Repairs a little delayed because of delays probably covid / man power / slow shipping. Very bed Experience with service department.They gave me appointment to fix my car problem approximately month later that time they told me that it would take about 2 h that I was fine and took appointment. At the day of appointment I was on time for my appointment and decided to wait there since I didn’t have any choice because I need car . After waiting about 1.30 minutes I checked with desk to ask the status of car . They didn’t even touch my car . They said they are so busy and don’t know when it would be done. I had to take Uber and leave because I had to be at work at 10 am and pay $25 one way . Very frustrating

Dropped off my car for service on Wed., May 5, problem was diagnosed as a transmission issue on the same day. Warranty company came out and confirmed by end of week, May 7. Parts are on back order but should arrive in 2-3 weeks by end of month. Thats nearly the extent of the good service for this visit.Wasnt giving a loaner or rental, per the warranty agreement, until morning of May 17 and was told I had to pick up by 3pm that day after I had already borrowed a car from family and was at work. Worked out a deal to pick up loaner next morning (last good news).Subsequent to that initial timetable, whenever Id request an update, all I could get was theyre on back order and now we dont know when theyll arrive. Service tech never provided updates without my asking first. Parts finally arrived the day I left for vacation (June 11) and car was promised to be ready for pickup upon my return.I arrived the morning of June 22 to settle up and pick up the car but it wouldnt start. Was told it was the battery because it had sat for so long without being run and the heat drained it. The battery wasnt indicated even as being a concern on the initial multi-point inspection. Now, because of their delivery issues, I have a dead battery and must wait longer to pick up my car since it isnt ready as agreed upon. With the car in the dealerships possession when the battery issue came up, the cost of battery shouldve been on them for the extended delay on getting the car repaired. However, no one in management is there to discuss this with. Since they couldnt assure me that the car would make it down the road after I had to turn it off to get gas, Im promptly charged nearly double what a battery costs from an auto parts store to replace on the spot (appreciated the on the spot battery change while working on another car).Overall, service has slowly gone down here. First, it was eliminating the courtesy shuttle, then it eliminated providing Uber rides in lieu of a shuttle. Will strongly consider using different Hyundai dealer for future repairs.
