Fast, reasonable, convenient, thorough. Car had some major issues which they were able to pinpoint and address. Will definitely be using Action Gator again for repairs as well as tires.

I dont like leaving bad reviews. I know they are subjective and can be taken out of context to sound worse than they are sometimes. But in this case I just dont have a choice. We brought our car in because we were having an over heat light, and b losing water in the radiator. They replaced the radiator, and we also had the brakes done and new bearings in the front. A month later I have also had to replace the thermostat, the spark plugs, coils and cables...and we still have the overheat spike and warning lights. And are told there is nothing we can do about them. No one can figure out what is causing it, but the car is working right and safe to drive. That was Tuesday.Cut to today, just left my house, less that 200 yards of driving and I get a loud bang, my dash lights come on and I have steam coming from under the hood.Drive to action gator, open my hood and we find my belt is off, fan peices are laying on the engine, and water is pouring from underneath.I am having a real hard time believing that there are this many coincidental things happening to my car st one time. Lost work, upset employer that I once again have car issues, $2400 and my car is worse than when we brought it in.The only reason they got two start is they have been very nice about the whole thing, even refunded $350 or we would be at just under 3k. But nice goes only so far when my car gets worse every time I go back.

Action Gator Tires is an excellent place to get your car serviced. I took my car by there recently because I had a flat tire. They took me right away, were extremely friendly and professional and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend them for your car service.

Convenient location in Winter Park, FL area. It seems they are always able to work you in a timely manner. I have stopped by on a few occasions for help and recommendations, one for a large nail repair in my brand new truck and an alignment check on my wife’s vehicle and they get it done and never up sell you on something you don’t need. I will keep going back with my 3 vehicles. Brian is great!

A man answered the phone after one ring. I needed two tires that were no longer being made to match two tires on my car. They had the tires in their warehouse and charged me $100 less than I paid for the 2 tires I bought six months ago. They put the tires on my car the day after I called Action Gator Tire. The waiting room was large with couches, padded chairs, TV, drinks, snacks, magazines and individual desks. The tires were installed in a timely manner. The men who worked there were nice to me--an old, white haired woman.

Always get 5 star service. Called for tires at 9 had them available at 1 and when wife got there at 4:45 she was out 30 minutes later.

Went for a oil change and got the oil change that part was good. But we left and my key mod was broken and the mechanic who did the oil change lied about breaking it. They didnt call back in the morning like they said they was and the mechanic changed my environmental controls in the van.

Great job. They kept me updated on the vehicle and the pricing was reasonable.

Came here at the last min to get a tire mounted and they took care of me when I needed it most. 10:10 I highly recommend this location.

Nice staff. No mask worn during the service experience. Went for an alignment but they said it did need one. Recommended that I get my front toe straighten which may have been causing my car to drift. It didn’t resolve the issue ultimately so now I’m having to take it to the manufacturer. Wish they would’ve done a bit more in-depth analysis of what the issue was before I paid $100 for something that didn’t correct the issue. Not helpful. I’d recommend if you use them to make sure you ask if a recommended repair will ACTUALLY fix the issue. If not just take it to the manufacturer. It may be more expensive but you’ll probably save money in the long run and actually get your car repaired.

Good service and all. Just felt like I was being charged for everything. Labor expense for changing tires after I bought two tires, then there’s the disposable tire fee, the balancing fee (usually included when you buy new tires). I only needed one but decided to get two because I was told one would be $95 and two would be $79.99 per. All in all, my bill came out to $235.00. That’s $75 in other stuff. I know times are tough during covid so I just left but come on man. 🤨

Tires rotated but they did not check what the tire pressure should be. My tires after the rotation, too low in back and too high in front I guess they assume all tires are the same pressure

Took 4 1/2 hours for an oil change, didn’t ask me if I wanted synthetic or normal and took it upon themselves to do a $75 synthetic oil change anyways. Went to get a tire changed and it took them 3 hours to tel me they don’t have the tire. Unfriendly service. Just wow.

Excellent customer service as always! My car 🚗 was having trouble starting & they literally tested everything throughly time make sure it wasn’t a major part such as the battery 🔋, starter, starter rely, alternator, engine etc. When they found the problem which was my fuel ⛽️ exhaust system was clogged extremely bad they recommended the cleaning of the entire system which worked because my car has been running good ever since! They explained everything to me well and I completely understood what was going on.

They are thorough, helpful, and friendly. They could have sold me 4 tires but told me that I had at least a year on 2 of them - they didnt over-sell just because they could. They took a quick once over for me before I drove to Georgia without charge (I tipped the service person as a thanks), and told me that I might have warranty left on the battery that was going out - sending me to the original store, first, before the sometimes pressured sale I have experienced at other places. This type of honesty shows character that seems to he missing in many locations. Go and see them ~ you wont be disappointed!

Good experience with tire purchase, and very convenient location. Belo also identified and repaired a wheel bearing issue that became apparent after the new tires were installed. He was pleasant to work with and seems to be a very experienced auto mechanic.

I have used this location for several years to take care of my tire needs and they have always been really nice, fast and done a great job!This weekend I got a nail in my tire and went in an hour before closing- they fit me in and even patched my tire on the house! They have a nice big, clean waiting area, with lots of restaurants in walking distance and they will call you when your car is done!

The waiting area has two tables near an outlets so I was able to work while I waited for my tire replacement and oil change. This is a group of miracle workers. They fixed ongoing issues with my wheel bearings and my tires in under 1 day and had me back on the road for my roadtrip right on time. My car is driving like new (which is crazy considering its 16 years old). I have been going to a home mechanic for years out of fear of being over charged and under serviced at a car repair shop but Action Gator Tire has resolved that fear. Robert and Scott are both very knowledgeable about many different types of cars. They have always taken the time to explain things thoroughly to me and actually show me the parts they are talking about and how they work. Today, I came in without an appointment to have them check my tires because I thought I had a leak. Not only did they fill up my tires but did a very quick repair on a nail that had gotten in and was causing problems. This was exceptionally helpful because not only did they give me a good deal but they were very quick so my two young children didn’t have to wait any longer than necessary at the store. Asked them to make sure the spare tire was put back under the car...nope didnt do it. Found it in my trunk the next day. When i had to transport a wheelchair that wouldnt fit. And got my trunk nasty after my whole car was cleaned. And they didnt even wind up the cable all the way fro. The spare tire..almost ripped off my car. Will not recommend or return.

Valve on my truck broke on my way to school & their convenient hours allowed me to drop it off and pick it up lunch and they found my tpn sensor was also broken and I couldn’t afford to fix it for the 6 th time on that tire so they helped me out and plugged it instead and fixed the valve ($15 value) and then when I went to pay ... the man didn’t charge me ! They helped me so much today & the not having to pay was just the icing on the cake ...Couldn’t be anymore thankful! And the staff were all friendly and very helpful!!
