The best customer service! Brian took care of us. He was courteous on the phone when I called. When we came into have the front end fixed on my Cadillac! He was kind and considerate and listened to me explain what was wrong with my vehicle. I was immediately emailed a work order. Their prices are reasonable. I cant say enough of the great customer service! Its nice to go to a place where you are treated like you matter. Ive only had good experiences with this place, but this morning I had a nail in my tire, and the guy up front tried telling me they wont work on my wheel, then wouldnt listen to me when I requested to re-check on my tire balance since I purchased a lifetime balance from them. Then I had him look at it and they took care of it immediately, including balancing all of my wheels for free. My advice to this business? Get a more people-friendly person up front, because its not reflective of the great work you guys do.

They told me I had to relate my cars’s rear struts estimated a ridiculous amount and come to find out they struts are I’m perfect condition. Had to change the break pads. I’m telling you they see a woman alone and that’s it.

They replaced my water pump 2x and it’s broke again. Total costs in the thousands. Purchased new Michelin tires, 12 months later the tires were shredded because my suspension was bad. Then charged me for a new suspension and 4 more new tires when they were 1 year old. Why not tell me the suspension was bad? These people are now in deep trouble. Letters going out this week!!!

Okay this location is awesome. Ive been to some really bad locations and Ive had techs try to scam me before, you wont get that here. SO friendly and helpful. I came in for a tire patch and they were great, they could have talked me into buying new tires but seemed to genuinely care and not just about their bottom line.

Tire Kingdom seemed at first to us, simply a local business next to a strip mall, wed jokingly nicknamed Royalty Row, because it had at least three other regally-named store fronts we frequented: Smoothie King, Majestic Jewelers, and Lady Janes. Then we suddenly needed Tire Kingdom. First, for a dead battery which luckily occurred next door! Later, my husband kept stopping in to learn why a tire signal kept coming on. Brian would promptly refill the errant wheel and my husband appreciatively tipped him. That happened several times. Finally he asked them to go ahead and check for a nail. Presto! That was it. They extracted it and plugged it. No charge! Thank you Robert R and Brian. Well be back!

I want to thank all the service guys at the shop who helped me today. I drove up with a nail or screw in my back tire and knew I couldnt get back on the highway home an hour and a half away and I had 45 minutes until I had to get into a schedule medical test I had to have for surgery. I wish I would have gotten their names but the person who helped me so I am just going to thank everybody for being the best they could possibly be and having an impeccable service oriented business. You got me in immediately and back out and I am now on time for my medical test and can get on the road back home safely. Bless you guys and thank you again.

These fellows earned my future business today. I had a tire with a slow leak. I know my tires will need to be replaced probably within the next year, so before going somewhere to see if my tire could be repaired, I checked around and Tire Kingdom seemed to have the best specials going for the tires I would need. I fully expected to get the run around (your tire cannot be repaired, and/or you really should get your tires replaced, the tread is getting low, etc. etc.). Well, not only did they repair my tire, there was NO CHARGE for the service, and no attempt to up-sell me. I will definitely gives these fellows my business when I do need to replace all 4 tires.

Best place in town! Kyle and Ryan were so helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get an oil change and to see why my car was shaking. They figured out the problem and showed me that two of my tires actually separated and helped me figure out the next steps. They never pressured me or made me uncomfortable like most auto places. Brought in a flat tire for my Sienna to get a replacement. After they looked at it, they said it was repairable and no need to replace with brand new tire. Also they did not charge me anything. Been to Tire Kingdom before but first time here. Saved me $200+ and they got awesome coffee and awesome customer service. Thanks guys. Will be back when I need all 4 replaced.

Really great fast experience with tire warranty. Ran over a screw on i4 with my brand new nitro grappler tires, brought it in, and 30 minutes later I was on my way only having to pay for the installation. Highly suggest getting the road hazard warranty if you live in Orlando

Had to come in for a slow leak, and I was able to make an appointment last minute for later that day. When I arrived, Ryan looked at my tire immediately. It turned out to be such a minor patch that I wasn’t charged. I was out of there fast, even though they clearly had a busy day of work going on. Will come back again!

Having a good experience at a mechanic seems like a rarity these days. I came in with a pretty bad leak in my tire and they immediately looked at it. They told me it wasnt repairable and showed me why, explaining it thoroughly. Less than an hour later, my tire was replaced and I could go. Not only was the staff very courteous, quick, and professional, they were very personable, making conversation about my car, my pets, and even the radio station I was listening to! As a woman who understands cars, it was nice to not be talked down to, something thats hard to come across. Ill definitely be coming back.

Incredible service! I needed to get in for a tire change and they took me in right away. My car was ready in 15 minutes and the staff was extremely friendly too - definitely going back and highly recommend.

Pretty decent professional service. They test drive my car to know what to work on, and apparently it was just to replace one tire. I told them my steering wheel was vibraring at high speed. They replaced the tire and balanced it.It turns out the 2 front tires needed to be balanced as well, so I came back the next day and they did it at no cost. Thanks for the services!

I called Ryan at Tire Kingdom with a price quote I received from Discount Tire. Ryan didnt just match the price, he beat it. Then, to top it off, I had one tire with a puncture, and they got me in right away. Then, they had me out in less than an hour and a half for 4 new tires and an alignment. This is a great, friendly trustworthy shop to have services done. I would highly recommend to anyone that is skeptical of auto service.

I am very happy with their services. I got a nail on one tire few months ago and they fixed it for free. They got my business so I took my sons car in for a set of new tires. They finished it before the scheduled pick up time. Today I went there again cause I found a nail on another tire. They took my car in right away and patched it for free ! They actually removed the tire and put a patch inside (the right way of fixing it). Keep up the good work !

Have been taking my Jeep here for oil change s for several years now and I always get prompt service and friendly staff.

The black man working the front desk ( i did not get his name) has terrible customer service. Because of him I left feeling taken advantage of and over charged. The work I paid for was not explained properly and as a result not completed properly. Thankfully another person his name is Ryan took care of my concerns right away without any problems. I give Ryan 5 stars but because of the other guy and the issues I had with him I unfortunately am going to rate 2 stars.

I dropped my car off to have my tire looked at for a suspected puncture and an hour later they had it all fixed up.The real kicker was they didnt charge me? Would have expected to pay $40-$60.Will be returning with any future car servicing needs. Customer for life!

Take your money elsewhere. Manager Ryan Kelling inspected and ordered me a $225 run flat tire for my vehicle. Tire was installed quickly. However, he installed the WRONG TIRE. Different tread and speed rating. Completely different tire, which makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. Thankfully, I inspected the car myself. So I immediately returned to Tire Kingdom.I was met by Manager Ryan. He rudely states, I hear you have a nonconcernable issue. I informed him that he installed the wrong tire. He argued with me stating again its nonconcernable to him. Finally, he walked his lazy a** outside and inspected the tire. He knew he was wrong. Instead of apologizing, he said Ill order you a new one.I politely asked for him to reimburse the alignment fee of $90. He rudely said, No, Im eating the price on that $225 dollar tire. Well yea, you installed the wrong one. I returned today and had the correct tire installed. $378 dollars later for one tire, alignment and taxes and fees. As I drive away my tire pressure sensor is reading low...I never leave reviews. Very disappointed in the professionalism and customer service of the tire kingdom location. Take your vehicle anywhere else but here. Nothing but a waste of time and money.

Have been going here a while and they were always pretty good, but the past few times it feels like Im being scammed. They find a lot of things wrong on my 3 year old car and when I ask for a discount they do take at least $100 off quite quickly. So dont be afraid to negotiate here, it seems like they add a lot of cushion to their prices.

My wife had tires put on our 2011 Lincoln navigator to the tune of around $800. She just got home and I went out to see what the new continental tires looked like and EVERY SINGLE wheel has big scratches around the circumference of the face of the rim. It looks like it was damaged with the tire machine. Cant be trusted to simply put a tire on a rim. They are either extremely careless or inept, either is unacceptable.The manager tried to send me to a rim repair place that we do business with to have them fixed. A place that I personally have had work done at in the past with passable results, but the last thing I want is another half baked job. Now Im stuck with a nice car ( meticulously maintained by the way ) that has damage by no fault of my own....except taking it to a place that I thought should be able to replace tires...Sorry, my mistake. I wont make it again. Now, for those that think this is over the top or a bit unwarranted...its the principle of the thing.How can a tire shop not be able to do the one thing they tout as being experts at without being called out when theyre not even marginal at it?

This shop has now bailed us out twice,on a Sunday when others have turned us away. Both times it was tire issues,and both times they took the car in and got us back on the road promptly. Thank you tire kingdom crew!!!

Stay outside and watch them if you dare!!! If I could give it no star I would. If you are a woman coming here be aware. In particular with the shop manager Ryan, who thinks you are there for his flirting which is very unprofessional and disrespectful.I went in for an oil change and free inspection. I ended up having to walk outside the waiting area to the garage from hearing loud banging, mind you, I have a small car, a Sion XB; to find him banging on my back breaks...when he sees me he proceeds to stop and tell me I need new breaks. He stopped and not even finished the inspection since I caught him banging with a hammer on my back right side break. (Which now is making sounds when coming to a stop.) I called corporate and left a message and no one called back. The breaks were already insight and he was hammering onthem. I later asked him why and he said its standard procedure. My mechanic of 15 yrs (who is out of town) has never banged on my breaks to inspect them. Not even on my previous Grand Prix. Be aware of these mechanics.

I called here after calling a few other places and being told the wait time was 2-3 hours. I showed up and was assisted within moments. I had just put air in all of my tires and noticed one with a nail in it. I asked the gentleman who helped me (I didn’t get his name :/) for the safest option. He explained the tread and wear on my tire, and told me a plug would be my best AND most cost efficient choice. There were several cars and other guests, but my car was still done in about 10 minutes, and I heard the same gentleman giving 15-20 minutes quotes to most people who were there. Obviously work on a car depends on what is needed, but this place is clearly a well oiled machine just cranking out the day’s work. I can not recommend this place enough. I have never had such wonderful and kind service at a car repair center in my entire life! 100% will return here in the future!

They put in the details for my car wrong which pulled up a tire that was more expensive. I had to go to another Tire Kingdom on Lee Rd to get proper, detailed service. I would recommend going to that other location over this one.

I had my tires inspected by them because of a strange tread wear. They were very professional, and honest to me. The technician put a paper protector on the floorboard and plastic over my seat to protect it.

I just drove over a large bolt on the way to work. Lost tire pressure. I happend to be close to my neighborhood tire shop on Aloma Ave. Stopped in and in less than 15 minutes the tire had been removed repaired balanced and reinstalled. If that wasnt enough Ryan the manager said there was no charge it was complimentary. I have always gotten my tires and oil changes done at tire kingdom this is just one of the reasons why. I heard a kitten crying in my car...under the hood, but couldnt find it......I pulled into Tire Kingdom on Aloma after the Fire Dept couldnt get it. It was stuck behind the fender.The guys at Tire Kingdom immediately put the car on the rack and took action. Within minutes the kitten was safe and unharmed. The worst experience, I called in 4 days prior to making reservation and inquiring about 4 tires that they said they have in stock so I made reservation to purchase 4 tire, on the day of reservation I walked in and they said that they do not have not have them in stock and it may take about an hour to get them from other branch, instead of waiting they told me they would call me when they recieve them, 5 hours later still no call so I went back and they said they have not recieve them yet and they are waiting for a courier to bring them from other branch make a long story short they wasted my whole day and still no tires and no cortesy call.I not only will not go back to this location but also will not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Ryan is amazing at what he does,although we encountered some unforeseen issues with installation of a AC blower motor,he always kept my wife and I at ease about the situation and handled himself as a professional. I also came in with an oil leak in two places that was causing me to lose oil and continuously stain my driveway,I no longer have said leak or stains in my driveway. Ive read some of the reviews posted on here,this must be a different staff, because my experience was timely and rofessional. Ryans staff and store are a pleasure to do business with. My mechanic was Jeremy also a 5 star guy,I with most certainly continue to being my vehicle and my family members vehicles to this location,being new to the area and finding good dependable,hard working and honest mechanics is a blessing in itself. The most honest mechanics you could ask for, and thats all that matters. I went in there and told them that I could spend about $800. They called me back and told me that the bill would be less than $250. Most mechanics would have jumped on that in a heartbeat, and found $800 worth of damage even if there wasnt any.
