Stopped in to have my car looked at today. Thought I had a huge issue going on. First I walked into the office and it is so clean and nice. Then Travis looked at my car and checked things over. He called me out and said he found the problem. A screw was loose and causing some things to rattle around. He tightened it up, test drove it and problem was solved. I went in to pay and he said dont even worry about it, it was no big deal. Well it is a big deal because no mechanic shop would ever let someone walk out for freee. Got a new/used car recently and have been dreading when I would have to go to a repair shop. My engine light popped on, flashed and I happened to be next to this shop. Travis was fast to hop in and scan my car to let me know if I had an issue to worry about. He asked me if I happened to just get gas... I had. Well my gas cap wasnt on good enough. He cleared the code and sent me on my way. Thank you for the honestly and for that I will return with any future problems.
