Bad experience. Was hoping to find a trustworthy mechanic but this place is not it. AC was running hot. Brought it in on the summer special. All good and dandy so far. They told me I had a small leak and $300 will fix it. Got it done 2 days later and not even 5 minutes into the drive home it went hot. Immediately called back and they wondered how it lost so fast and told me to bring it back in. This time they said it was the evaporator and would cost about $1500… why was it not found the first time? With the leak so bad how was it missed and found so quickly the second time? Was it not even checked? I have a feeling the initial fix was just a guess and didn’t even need replacement. I am now leaving with hot AC in the middle of summer.Another thing is they do the whole “car health” check when they fix up your car. My first one came back good and that’s when I paid my initial fee to fix my AC. When I returned it and they had to look at it for free, the report came back red and with many more problems. All in a span of 2 days. Really sketchy and I feel as though they just took $300 from me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Other shops could not fix my air conditioner. Rob at Frosty diagnosed the problem and throughout the repair process he kept me informed and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, and fixed my AC. I am now riding in comfort.

Amazing auto shop. Super clean both inside and out. Interacted with Steve who was very professional and informative. Went to have my a/c looked at only to find out I need a new compressor, several options were given but unfortunately I was unable to commit to any. Not any fault of Frosty Auto but rather my finances. Definitely will be back for future auto issues.

The staff at Frostys Auto Air are exceptional in many ways. The staff was great and helped me out when I really needed to get my A/C fixed. I have some other issues with my car and I will be back there in no time! Absolutely great place to get your car worked on, you can trust these guys to take great care of your car any time.

As soon as I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the clean waiting room, this was more than I expected and I felt very at home. I was immediately greeted by one of the staff and I told them the problems that my car has been having. Without hesitation, the gentleman told me hed check it right away for me. After running some tests on my car they were able to tell me what leaks were present and what would need to be changed. With that said, they gave me options and helpful information to better understand what is going on and they didnt go fancy word choice on their explanation to get their point across, they were honest and put things into perspective which I really liked about them. Keeping their words in mind, I am organizing funds to have them work on my car. They were flexible with their services and I highly recommend them. I will be returning for the service when I can. Thank you very much for the first time impression! 10/10

I was looking for a shop that I could trust. I came across Frosty Auto Air.I was looking for a simple brake fluid replacement in a 2005 Toyota 4Runner with 145K.Jim and his crew did a very through job and I was quite pleased.They do what they say they will do and that goes along way with me.They are very competitive and competent......I will be back.Thanks Jim!

This is the only mechanic shop in orlando where a mechanic isnt trying to screw you over. These guys are humble and let their work speek for them selves, they are also a full machine shop so they can work on basically anything that is wrong with your car. They were able to get me a window that safelite couldnt even get. And replaced it for me. This is the only place I would reccommend for mechanic work...
