This was the second time that we used Ace. Both times we were very pleased with the fixing of body. This last time the trim to two side doors and rear hatch of our SUV were fixed. I would highly recommend them. The car was ready when Ace said that it would be. They worked well with the insurance.

The finish on the hood of my 10-year-old Subaru Forester was peeling, although the rest of the car was in good shape. Ace sanded and repainted the hood and it looks like the exact same color as the rest of the car, in spite of its age! It looks new again, for a very good price - it was a good investment.

I was unable to use Ace Paint and Body to fix my car I did take my car there to get an estimate. They were kind, candid and were extremely expeditious about getting the estimate back to me and my insurance company. After speaking with Sam for a short time, he seemed a man that was trustworthy and a man of his word. My car was scraped up pretty badly in a fender bender that damaged the passenger door, the wheel well, the running board, and the tire cap. I thought it was a goner. Ace Paint & Body Works performed miracles: they un-wrinkled the whole right side and matched the seventeen-year-old specialty paint so exactly that if you didnt know about the accident, you wouldnt know. Plus--and this is no small thing!--every person who works at Ace is knowledgible, professional, and beyond courteous. I was awed by the experience.

Great place. My car was fixed sooner than expected, and they did a fantastic job. They kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. I only had one issue when I picked up my vehicle. The drivers side turn signal was still not working. I brought it to their attention, and they fixed it immediately. Hopefully, I wont need them again, but I would definitely use them if needed in the future.

From the moment I called Ace Paint & Body works, we had great communication. Once I dropped my vehicle off for body work, they kept me updated and everything went smoothly!Since I was having work on the front passenger side of vehicle and my headlight needed replacement, I did ask about buffing my drivers side headlight and was quoted $150, which is extremely high. I figured they could’ve given me a discount but no, so that was a bit disappointing.Other than that, everything was fine with the repairs I requested on my vehicle.

Do NOT use Ace paint and body unless you want to have to fix your car yourself after picking it up. The first time Rick said my car was done I showed up to the shop to look over the car and right away I was able to see that my headlight and was not installed correctly. I also noticed that there was a bubble in the paint in one of the areas that they repaired. When I showed Rick he said that he saw it but it shouldnt cause a problem so did nothing about it. He ended up keeping the car a few more days to actually complete it.The second time he told me the car was ready I went to pick it up and actually left the shop but on my way home found out that my window didnt roll up or down. After further inspection I found that the door was missing bolts and not put back together properly so he had to take my car back again to fix those problems.After the first 2 incidents I was hoping Id be in the clear, but the day after I picked up the car for the third time it started raining on my way to work and what would you know, my windshield wipers were not aligned correctly and they would hit each other and travel off the windshield rendering them useless in a rainstorm. Once the rain let up I popped the hood to properly adjust the wiper arms (which is not hard at all) and found dripping clear coat around the hood of the car. So not only are they incompetent in general auto repair but also painting too. I have no faith in the work they did and especially now I am finding broken plastic clips in my cupholder.In conclusion, if you want your car to look brand new and in working condition DO NOT bring your car to Ace.PS after telling Rick about my dissatisfaction heres his response,Sorry to hear that. There is no such thing as perfection. A small speck in the body work is acceptable by any insurance carrier. It will not make any difference to the paint, we will be giving you a lifetime warranty, if anything was to happen such as paint going bad we will stand by our work and repaint it if we had to. Nothing will happen to that panel I promise you that. The spot is a little indentation from the body filler that just wasn’t smoothed out to perfection. A good size of the quarter was sculpted and the whole side was repainted. There is no fix for the quarter unless we fill that tiny hole with plastic filler and repaint the whole side. That’s a lot of work not just a small thing to fix we could do in a couple days. In our eyes it is acceptable, we are sorry you don’t find it acceptable.So thats proof that they are only trying to do just good enough to collect the check from insurance companies and dont care if your pleased with your car or not.DO NOT USE ACE PAINT AND BODY

When my car was towed to them the tow truck company didnt take my key. Ace paint & Body helped accommodate me by coming to pick up the key. That really helped me out.They have text message service that was helpful with updates too. They even called me by name when I arrived to pick up my car. Beli (how to spell her name) was awesome, always friendly and professional.

He worked with us on some custom additions which was tasking for the team but they completed everything perfectly. My Lexus 460 was damaged pretty bad by going under a 4x4 truck and never thought it be factory looking again. I was going to trade it in after fixed. Well after Ace finished the job I will say they did a really good job on paint and lining up hood with bumper and quarter panel. Car still drives excellent and now still looks great too. Ill be keeping it a little longer now. Also Rick kept me informed about cars progress. Thanks again!

I truly detest this place! Both my cars needed a repair. One was a cracked class from someone trying to break in, the other was completely shattered and the contents of a fire extinguisher was sprayed inside. I called this place because of the ratings but when I picked up one of my cars they messed up the door handle so we couldnt get out from the inside. I had to take it back for them to correct it. Then my other car they said they were going to detail, THEY DID NOT!! Not only was there glass left inside the door but it smelled from whatever chemical they used to take the dust off the chairs. They left the dust in my glove compartment as well as the seat belts, sun visors, underneath my seats. Then I took it back as they promised they would do a better detail and I showed them what was missed and to take the glass out the door. When I went to pick up the vehicle again they only fixed the spots I pointed out and removed MOST NOT ALL of the glass from the inside of the door and they only cleaned the dust off of one sun visor not the other. They did not detail the car, make it smell better or truly do a deep clean. They are not true to their word and did not care about my concerns when myself, my husband and my insurance contacted them. If you need a great detail please go to Ninja Mobile Detail, they are amazing and Justin is amazing!! Dont let these people lie to you!

I had a hit and run on my car and although it only looked worse than what it was, Matt assured me theyd take care of it! From point A to point Z, everything was explained to me in detail. I even got a report of where the parts would come from and how much it would cost them.The parts came in week. I dropped my car off on Monday and by Thursday, I was ALL fixed!!I received text messages to tell me where they were in the process of things.I was so happy to see the awesome and quick work they did! I have to say, most of my life experiences with body shops have always been rough. Similar to the way I feel about going to the dentist! However when I went to Ace it was unforgettable! Not only did I feel like I was welcome/heard, I immediately knew that my car was in good hands. Management was very respectful and empathetic to my woes, but most importantly they didn’t make me feel like my car was being held hostage. Right after I put in the submission I got a call back almost immediately and scheduled my drop off for estimating. Rick was courteous and kind and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to the repair outcome. Will update once that phase is done. So far customer service is great.Update: As promised the repair also went smoothly and the job was well done. They even replaced the stripes on both sides of my outlander sport and you get warranty with them on the work.

Let me say, that I am a VERY picky guy. We own 7-8 cars because we love cars! My sons 2012 BMW incurred a boo boo. Not living in the Orlando area, I was a bit panicked. After obtaining an estimate from a well known corporate repair shop, their estimate put the amount to a level to total my vehicle. Totalled for a bent rear fender and bumper!! I wanted a second opinion and Ace Paint came highly recommended. ..so I brought my vehicle to them. Not only did their estimate come in under the threshold to total it, they came in at about half the number of things to replace, but half the original estimate. Thats not all...they replaced a rear shock that was leaking...the original estimate missed that.The work they performed was perfect...from the repaired fender to the matching paint, perfect. If I ever need a repair shop again, Ace will get my business. Ask for Sam or Rick...you wont be disappointed.
