Service guys were great, but they need to fire the female thats working at the front desk or give her a real lesson on real courtesy to every customer.

Had a appointment for 7am for oil change and tires, dropped van off night before around 6:30 made it clear if van not ready bye 5pm next day which had a 7am appointment I wouldn’t be able to leave it and would reschedule. Called next day at 5:30 the lady didn’t have any answers and would call me when done then why I was talking proceeded to hang up on me, so I waited 1 hour called back told the lady she didn’t know nothing even if I had a appointment I told her I had to have my van bye closing complete or not she told me she would call right back never heard anything got there at 7:03pm van was locked up inside hadn’t bee touched it was a ghost town my wife took the day off for maintenance on vehicle no call nothing they left never respond this place is a joke please do yourself a favor stay away this happened before where I showed up for a appointment and was told couldn’t honor it was short staffed which was bologna they never get done on time with appointment they take walk ins in front of you if you drop off I will be contact general manager and corporate probably channel 8

My wife found a nail in our tire as we left a local restaurant, we were going to go to the dealership but they were closed, so we went to this Firestone car care and the lady removed the nail and tested it for leaks, which there were none, all for free. That is an awesome business, they could have tried to sell me new tires but they didnt. I will definitely go back there when I need new tires.

The service was great very friendly and fast. The only problem was when asked if I wanted the alignment I stated no. Then was told the check was free and they would call me if they needed to. Well they did sorta an alignment and charged me $100. Wasnt too happy about that.

Took my car in on vacation due to grinding sound from gears. Told them thought it was brakes. They assured me it was tires (which made no sense). Double checked that they had checked the brakes, told me they did multiple times and “drove it around the block”. Put 4 new tires on, same grinding brake sound less than a mile from the shop. Avoid.

These people did an alignment to my vehicle with a Broken Tie Rod. They don’t care as long as they take your money. Ohh… they love selling you over-priced 1000 dollar sets of tires too…

I don’t recall buying anything from Firestone Tires. I do recall buying car tires at Midas Auto Service Center, Winter Haven, Florida. Great mechanical service, the best ever customer service, and great price discounts. I will always take my current car there. I am considering buy a full spare tire next trip.

Went here to get my AC checked and my AC was blowing decently, not great, which is why I wanted to get it checked. Now my AC is blowing hot air and it is miserable to drive. The man at the desk treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and said there was nothing he could do about it. I would’ve at least expected me to leave with my car the way it was before, not worse.

I first started bringing both my cars here because theyre straight forward with me and reasonably priced. I have made sure to make an appointment so I can get my cars done. But my appointments have been honored maybe twice. The rest of the times Ive made appointment and had to bring my car in the next day. I am not bringing my cars there anymore. Im done.

Made my appointment for Sunday 9 am. Got a call 40 minutes prior from the store letting me know that one of the techs didn’t show up in the morning, so it need to be rescheduled. Not a serious attitude.

Amazing service. Ryan the lead tech serviced the vehichle. He had a rack and pinion along with a power steering pump to handle. He was quick efficent and clean in the services performed. Beat book time in good fashion on the rack and pinion portion of the ticket.Mr Jack Fernes (the new store manager) was the service writer who greeted me. He was warm and friendly. He did try to get me to commit OEM parts but did not apply pressure. He accepted my no and moved on to like OEM after market parts.Rest of team stayed active and engaged. Cigarette breaks were kept to a minimum and the location had a decent volume of traffic that was being taken care of quickly.Covid-19 compliant for those worried about the virus.

Took my car here for oil change, they told me I needed a new oil pan because my oil plug but was stripped, quoted $700 to repair. Afterwards I went to my shade tree mechanic who replaced the oil pan nut for .78 cents. He charged me $50.00 for getting dirty. I now go to Tire Plus if I need tires or oil change. Different management and they accept my Firestone credit card. All I ask for is honesty!

This location is the best. Great prices and service. They beat tire kingdoms prices and service hands down and only sold me what I needed unlike tire kingdom that tried to sell me a sensor when I told them I wanted all the valves switched out the sensors were fine. I would recommend this business for all your vehicle needs

Kris -Firestone technician went above and beyond to help me resolve a tire issue where I went through insurance for payment. For two weeks he went back and forth with the insurance company and I until the matter was resolved. He is amazing and I would recommend him for any help needed at Firestone.

They get five stars because they were honest they couldnt fix the problem right away and would need the car for another couple of days no thank you... went somewhere else!!

The service here is one of the best in the area. I have been a customer for many years and they have always treated me with respect and dignity. They are honest and sincere in trying to solve any problem you might have. They are the best.

I am quite shocked. This location used to be great, but today as I write this, I have been here over 2 hours and they are no where near done. The mechanic is working on 3 vehicles and they know I am waiting and the other cars were dropped. I made an appointment to have the coolant flished, power steering flush, and Serpentine belt changed. The mechanic and manager keeps stopping for smoking breaks and looks like I will be here 3+ hours when they said 2. I would use Caution when booking bigher jobs at this location. My bill is over $300 yet they are not in a rush to tend to my van or I.

If you patron this location don’t expect much customer service. My first experience at this location was below satisfactory. I came in at 8:30am as a walk-in for a car inspection hoping to get some information about my car. I knew there would be a wait but I assume since they took my keys there was a Good possibility of them fitting me in. Well I set for 2 hours without my car even been moved or anyone addressing me. So I made an 2pm appt online via my phone and went up to the counter for my keys. I came back at 2pm (my appointment time) and for another hour and a half my car did not move & again no one addressed me. I’m actually currently sitting inside FireStone looking out at my car in the lot writing this review. Its one thing to be busy but to be busy and have horrible customer service is a whole other issue. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to this location but if you have time to waste this is definitely the place for you. Fours hours and countingfor an CAR INSPECTION.

Dropped my car off yesterday for an 11:00 a.m appointment and nothing was done to the car . My wife called around 4 in the evening to check up on the vehicle and was told it was a busy day well get it in now . Whats the point of an appointment? I ended up going over and just taking the car home . Will never go back again

These guys are amazing! We showed up at 2am Sunday morning with a car that wasn’t safe to drive any further. At 8am Sunday am we called to let them know what was wrong and that we were from out of town. They were so nice, worked as quick as possible and had the parts expedited so we could drive off with it Monday am. They were so concerned about us and it was so nice. Highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed

Used to be out go to place, especially when Scott was the manager, he always took care of us. We set up an appointment and dropped our car off while we walked around downtown WH for a few hours...3-1/2 hours later we get back and wait still and then they tell us at 6:30 pm they wont get to our car today and we need to bring it back! Our appointment was at 3 pm. Considering finding a new place to take our business to, we have been going here since 2006 since we moved to Polk County, I hope they turn it around soon.

Everyone gives the best options and value for the work needed. I have never been steered wrong. This business earned my trust. Trust is big to me in the auto service world.

I know when I make my appointment, it will take a good piece of time. I come prepared to read, watch TV, or just talk with the other customers. I enjoy a good cup of coffee; just wish they had pastries. Its coming. The store is going to be remodeled. I put in my suggestions. After all, they see me every three months. Its like home away from home.

Picked this dealer because they have stores nationwide making it very convenient for follow-up on warranties and basic check-ups. I was very impressed with the store manager and service writers.Most importantly the mechanic (Ryan) was great, finished all necessary repairs and service efficiently, and gave me confidence that everythingwill work as expected.

Scott and his crew took care of my vehicle when I needed an alignment that previous Firestone locations could not get right. Not only were they timely, but they were professional and even told me about miscellaneous things that were wrong on the car (third brake light was out, oil change due light on, etc.). I’m new to the area and was weary on taking it somewhere I’ve never been to before but these guys provided excellent service. Will definitely take my car there again in the future and recommend other friends & family to do so as well. Thanks Scott!

I enjoy the people. They tried to get you in as quickly as possible. They are getting ready to remodel and there will be WiFi access and tables to sit if you need to work on your laptop. They have free coffee and TV at this time. I always bring something with me to read or play my games on. I recommend this place.

Needed breaks replaced. They got me worked in their tight schedule and got them replaced within an hour. Recommended a flush. I went ahead with a oil change, engine flush and break flush. All completed within 2 hours. Very satisfied and I will be back.

I have been taking my Mustang GT here for years. Bought tires twice, so I have free tire rotation. Oil change every 6 to 8 weeks. Also bought life time alignment. Drive is about half hour for me, but I like this place.

Employees are nice and professional however if you want anything done in a timely manner forget about it! I hesitated to buy tires here knowing about there slow service but did anyway due to a significant difference in price. WISH I WOULDNT HAVE. Everytime they tell me a time quote it is atleast double that. Place isnt that busy and Ive been here 2 hours to rotate and balance my tires. I was told on the phone 45 minutes or so and was told about an hour when I got here. This also happened the last time a got a rotation and balance.Update: 08/13/2020During the last visit posted above the appointment ended up taking 5 hours because they stripped a lug stud and was told they couldnt replace just the one so the whole hub would need replaced. So they replaced it. Well a year later now with a rotation I was told by another place I had a missing lug nut because the stud was stripped out. Guess they didnt fix it at all. Straight up lied I guess because they didnt want to pay for the hub.

This place is the worst! This is the second time I have been at this Firestone and it has taken well over the time they have estimated. The fist time I have been here, I was getting two tires. It took them 4 hours to change two tires and charged me $400. This time Im with my boyfriend getting his breaks changed, its been 3 hours now and they arent even halfway finished. Every time we ask how much longer, the man says hes putting everything back on; my boyfriend asked the man working on his vehicle how far along he was and the man said he still had to do the other side! Hes only getting the back breaks changed! I have never felt the need to write any kind of review, but if I can save someone some time and money, go someplace else. Extremely despleased with how slow they work. (Also their bathrooms are disgusting)

Just had them order and replace a tire on my new car. They didnt carry it, I wanted it, they got it, called me, and it was done an hour after I got the car there. And this was at the end of the day too... I know things dont work well like this a lot of the time, but they knew I was on the spot and they handled it. He help one finger up tell me to wait some more. Then told me I could not be in the area the PUBLIC door opened too. Owner great his Dumb Ass behind counter costing business.

We made an appointment and waited for hours to have a simple tire replacement only to have to leave without getting anything done. There were a half dozen cars scheduled with no one to change the tires in a timely fashion. After 4 hours of being there and 3 hours after our appointment time, the same cars were on the rack as when we arrived. We had no choice but to leave. Also, there were over a hundred dollars in additional charges above the quote we were willing to pay just to get our terrible tires replaced. And still we had to leave with no service and terrible customer service all around. Ill never go back there. Thisis my second horrible experience at this location.

I got a great price on the break job but the wheel cylinders were bad and I feel like I got screwed on them. The rear break were 169.00 and the wheel cylinders brought the total to 479.00 I feel that was a RIP off but I need to stop the car. Hope the helps

Came in to have my tire plugged. I had a 1/4 screw in it.I didnt know that at the time. The older blonde lady came out to look at it. It was 3inches from the wall, and she said I needed a new tire. No worries, I bought my tires last year and was told I had 50,000 mile warranty, or lifetime. Specifically told if I have a nail, slashed tires, etc. it would be replaced . She told me I had NO warranty. I will never go to your pathetic, criminal establishment EVER! Discount Tires plugged it for free! My mother is in the hospital in ICU, and today was not the day I needed this!This will be on my social media, as it is being copied and posted.

My mom went there to get her AC fixed which they did a great job but they recommended that she get her brakes done she didnt get her car for over a month and a half apparently they kept sending the wrong part or whatever but they finally told her take it to Firestone and they will pay for it to get them done it was about a month-and-a-half she was without a car I recommend anyways when these places recommend that you get things done get a second opinion first if you dont know how to check it yourself it does save your money

Friendly staff quick to get you in and out.i asked that I take my old tires back they even bagged them up for me and stored them into my car.

Staff are friendly and they dont try to over charge you. They give good advice and offer warranties for certain work and parts.

Not very happy.. Questionable prior repair prevented them from patching a leak. Tried selling a new tire.

Did not like it. Its not clean, only six chairs to sit, not very comfortable to wait. Waiting time is way too long. Its more expensive, for doing the same work other places might do in half the fee. I would probably not go thete again.

I have a fleet vehicle, and the manager informed me that they have to do an expensive fix and the company i fleet for authorized it. 3 hours later, they were still waiting for the authorization and i was waiting for my truck. $$$ label on the side of my truck instead of my companys. Mechanics are excellent.

I’ve been here for 2 hours and people who have came in here after me have had their cars serviced and all! I’m only waiting for two tires to be put on and a alignment check!! This is ridiculous!!

Came in the replace 4 tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was dried tire lube all over the new tires and my wheels. It is unacceptable to spend hundreds of dollars on tires and see the product in such a state. I was informed that I had lugs missing. I had just replaced brake pads myself about a month prior, and absolutely did not have any lugs missing before Firestone got their hands on my car. No mention to replace them prior to me picking up the car anyway. They never aligned my car, as promised and as necessary, so that became an additional $130 expense I was not expecting. My wheels also came back damaged all around the lip. It appears as though someone was operating the machine that had no clue what to do. Obviously, curb rash may or may not have been there prior, so Im willing to give them a pass, but again, I had just done brake work, and know the condition of my vehicle. Long story short, the service was absolutely horrendous, my car looked worse than when I brought it in, the service was done sloppily, lazily, and when I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and defiant. I would never allow these people to touch another vehicle I own. Garbage service, garbage attitude. There are about 3 or 4 other tire shops within about a mile of this location. I suggest trying anything before them.

Great tires at a great price

Sad really, I spent over $2,500.00 in April of 2018 to have several issues fixed on my vehicle. The mechanic was in a rush to get home so he did a piss poor job, even so far as to miss the fact that if one particular part needed replacement, then so would the water pump. Supposedly, my fan for my air conditioning system was replaced. It again broke at the beginning of June! I had actually taken it back within a few days because the original issue was not yet truly repaired! I will NEVER use Firestone again! Will take your money for certain, but apparently all they can actually do correctly is tires, but they will never get my business on that again either.
