Came in, knew exactly what I wanted and waited for a bit. Ryan instantly noticed this, greeted me (was the first to do so after I spent some time inside) and then helped me out as soon as he was available. Process was the easiest Ive had with AT&T, thank you Ryan for getting me right!
Just wanted to thank everyone at this store! Seems all of you took a part in helping us out Friday and Saturday. Tyran and Austin spent a lot of time ensuring we received the best deal and answered all of our questions. After an absolute disaster of an experience at the Hanes Mall location I went to this store. Night and day experience thanks to JR. By far one of the best sales people Ive ever dealt with. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Cannot recommend this location enough.
Mo was amazing and helped me solve my issues. They took time to review many months of bills with me and then called billing support with me so they could share the ATT perspective.ATT holistically still makes little sense but I wanted to recognize amazing service.

Mom uses this location exclusively for her needs with AT&T. The manager on location is excellent, and the staff attentive and helpful in assisting her. Important to have people who treat our elders with respect and patience, particularly when they may not be tech savvy.

I went to this store get my wife a new phone. I was talking with this nice young lady. She asked me if I wanted TV Services. I said- no. The acting manager or person that was training her asked if she could pitch me on the service. I let her. Still not wanting the service. Here is the fallout- they ordered the service, equipment was shipped to my door, I had to cancel a service call, I was charged monthly fees for the service, I shipped the equipment back, the equipment is lost, now they are trying to charge me for the equipment. Hours have been spent trying to straighten this out. All because a pushy salesmen on a service I did not request. DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE! If you do, keep your guard up!
As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and helped right away! I forgot his name, but, he went above and beyond in helping fix the problem with my phone and watch not syncing. He even stayed a little longer than his shift and also fixed a billing problem he found that we were being charged for an old watch we had turned in awhile ago. He also got us signed up for a plan that saved us $30 dollars a month . Im glad we went to this AT&T store on Stratford!! I cant thank them enough!!!!
Amazing customer service!! After having an issue at the AT&T on Summit Square Corey took care of me. He was patient, professional and polite. This will definitely be my home location if I need anything. Summit location is closer but I’m willing to pass by it for the great service on Stratford. People still value customer service and I’m one of them! If you need quick, quality, and amazing service I recommend this location. Thanks Corey E.

I waited over an hour for Paul to go get my Apple Watch from another store that was 10 minutes away. After waiting forever, my watch was passed to someone else to finish my order. Come to find out the watch was 200$ more than what I initially wanted and was NOT made aware of that before waiting over an hour. I told the associate not to add insurance and he took it upon himself to still add 15$ insurance. Hope that little bonus was worth it. How ridiculous these people are. Grimey.

Paul was wearing his mask under his chin. When we asked him to please wear it properly. He put it on over his mouth only and was very rude when we asked him to wear it properly. We left. All the other staff and customers were masked. We have been customers at this location for *years*. No more.

I cam here after having terrible Sprint service for a year and a half and an awful experience with trying to switch to Verizon. This store and the staff were such a breath of fresh air. They were very helpful and really spent the time with us. Katelynn was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her customer service was top notch!! I felt very at home and taken care of here. So glad we made the switch!

Five Star Plus rating AT&T store Tower shopping center off of Stratford Road in Winston-Salem. Excellent excellent excellent customer service employees are very knowledgeable. I didnt have to wait long at all to get my phone rebooted I wasnt real sure how to do it. My sister sent me a message on how to do it and I still had trouble because I could not find what she was talkin about. I will return and tell others about my experience here. Thank you AT&T store management and staff for making my experience very enjoyable and educational and help explain what I was doing wrong.

Finally got away from the Great Satan that is Verizon!!! After I had to school the biggest guy working there on the Federal Law on Service Animals, my visit went perfectly. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was very clean and light. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the attitude of the guy who confronted me about Haywood, my Seizure Service Dog. With his attitude, he has no business representing the brand with the public. Very few minutes into my visit, people were commenting on how well behaved Haywood is and were asking me if they could take his picture...
The experience was amazing. Great service and wonderful crew. They even stayed open during close to closing time. This is what it’s all about!!

Horrible service (lack thereof)... the lady in front of the store looked at me and then turned away; she didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I walked to see about switching to at&t and learn about their plans. I waited for a good 20-30 minutes before I decided my respect was way more important than putting up with someone’s neglect.
This location is my favorite AT&T store to drop in at. Been here 3 times in the last couple days. First to trade in my phone for a new one, then to bring my previous old phone to trade in, and finally bringing back my new phone because of tech issues. All three times we were helped within 5 minutes. Very quick and friendly customer service. We love the people here. They always make sure to help us out whenever we come. they’re also very patient With us too. Shoutout to Cory and Jasmine they were great!
The first time I went there the short black guy was supposed to help me but he passed me to the tall black guy. He helped me out and was very nice and professional. Today I went back I was greeted by a white guy and from the start he acted like he didnt want to do anything. So I told him what I needed and was told there were 3 colors of the phone that I wanted and I said that I would take a color each. He went to the back for a sec came back out and said they did not have the blue, I said ok I would take the other colors and all of a sudden he said we dont have any colors at all. Make up your mind now, which is it. You went from not having blue to not having any at all. God damn it, you signed up for the damn job, act like you want it.AT&T needs the people that works over the phone to be the same ones to work in the store. Because some of the ones that work in the stores are just a piece of work.Maybe if I looked a certain way today, I would have gotten the help I needed.🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

Waited for more than 30mins for assistance and the only people on the sales floor was the manager and one salesperson. While waiting for assistance I noticed the manager (who asked me to wait) assisted one lady who had a similar problem with her sim card as I did... and he waited on two other people AFTER me.I wouldve thought that the manager wouldve been smart enough to enlist more help from the back...that was only wishful thinking on my part. I failed to get the managers name..I didnt see a name tag.Today I called the AT&T customer service and was helped by amber...I told her about what happened to me and to say that I was dissatisfied would be the understatement of the new year.This store is giving AT&T a bad name with its customer service.....I leave my experience to the discerning customers to read this and make an educated decision to take their business to another AT&T store or another phone company.

Fastest wireless plan and phone purchase I have ever experienced!
I went to the store tonight right before they closed because I needed a nano SIM card for my new phone. Paul helped me and he just didnt get me all set up, but he also helped me installed the SD card I had with me. To top things up, he went above and beyond when I told him that I needed another micro SIM for my daughters phone, and he went to the back to get it, that saved me another trip to the store. Im very happy with the customer service I was provided, and highly recommend this AT&T corporate store, its the best one in town.

This store gets a five star review because of Matt Culler. He stayed on the phone with AT&T loyalty representative until my problem was resolved. I had called every month since August and my bill kept going up instead of down where it should have been.

I have never left this location with a positive experience. My phone plan was set up through the Kernersville location, which is a great location, but I live in Winston-Salem so its not convenient for me to get there all the time. I get treated like a common criminal every time I need assistance, even though I am an authorized user on my account. It should be a crime that I cannot access the services I pay for, thus leaving me unable to have a form of communication, in case an emergency should arise. This location is why I am switching to Verizon.
Went in Labor day to get new phones and check to see if the at&t plan was better then Verizon were I have been for over 18 years. Was given a quote and told that the store would close at 8. I came back to the store at 6:45pm and they decided to close early. Came back the next day to take advantage of the deal and they basically said to bad. Very disappointed.

I like the new way that they have it set up where you can put your money into a machine is very different and all you have to do is put a number in and then you put your money in and being your bill is paid

Slow. Slow. Slow. Bring a pillow because youll have time to take a nap. 2 guys working in the store...not making any effort to move things along or multitask to fix my 5 minute issue. Average wait time was 35 minutes (and thats with only 1 person in front of me), each associate taking at least 25 minutes per person.
Sales folks were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very helpful.
I spent a few hours on the phone w/ tech support to no avail. Then I made an appointment at this ATT store, came in the next day, 30 minutes later... my phone works. Cameron was knowledgable, helpful, courteous. Kirk as well.

I had a serious problem with an AT&T franchise store with a new phone I had bought. Drove 45 miles and this trip was worth my gas and time. The Manager solved all my problems. I will make the drive to do business with a AT&T store. STAY AWAY FROM FRANCHISE STORES. Thank you.
I bought 2 iPhones from them and paid $45 for a screen protector. It broke within a week and they refused to replace it saying that I had to register and pay shipping fora new one. It was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I could buy the same thing on Amazon for less than shipping. Dont let them rip you off by charging 7x the online price for accessories when they wont even honor the warranty

Attempted to trade in my device for a bill credit, was denied flat out (despite the AT&T website still saying this is an option) I am a former COR store rep, and I know how this game is played... anything to keep your accessories up. Told one thing when I asked about a phone plan and then the charges went way up when I came back the next day to actually get the plan. The worst part is they put a hold on my mobile number so when I went to another provider it took 30 minutes and getting hung up on for them to release my number which they never should have taken because I never signed anything. I would not do business with AT&T after that.
