Lady associate at this store is very rude! You can’t get mad at me for not wanting a warranty and to upgrade my membership. Basically said why don’t I buy my games at Walmart instead? Like what?? Really? maybe because I can’t trade games in at walmart!! I used to love this location as a kid which is the sad part about the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND CERTAINLY WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I JUST DID.

This place is a shell of what it used to be. It is barren and lacks the inventory it used to. Not just game but other stuff. It has been 2 years since I was last at this mall location, while one of the staff members was cool. The store is dead.

I asked the man who was there what time they close he said same time when the mall closes so i asked him that i didnt know what time the mall closes and he got a attidude so my bad i didnt know.

They arent as good as they use to be, some employees are just bland and just their. Contacting customers service is literally the worst if your in store could be 30 minutes at home possibly an hour. Deals arent great, they dont seem to inform you when they have good much. Trade in values are a complete ripoff.I paid $60 for a new game the week of release right, return it the same week and they offer me no more than $10 dollars. Honestly I would go with someone like Amazon, these guys may not be around too long.

I went in today with a friend because she was looking for a game for her hubby. She got what she needed and I found this adorable Pikachu thats gonna be the perfect Christmas gift. The guys in there were so friendly, I highly recommend shopping there.

Overpriced! Why would you go here? For example: theyre still selling Madden 21 (Xbox One) for $60. I got off the phone with them & ordered it, brand-new, 1-day shipping, on Amazon for $30.

They Didnt really have lot of options for ps4 . But it had more to choose from on other consoles.

It had quite a few games n a variety & a lot of them were on sale but the store was packed and a few of them werent even wearing masks!

The staff was quite knowledgeable. I prefer human interaction over the efficiency of Amazon. Mostly popular items stocked, so if you are looking for something a bit out of the ordinary I would suggest calling ahead to see if they have it otherwise you may have to wait (Gasp! A day or two) to have it delivered from some online dealer (i.e. A****n).

Great staff! I wanted to buy a present for my boyfriend and didnt know how to pick which gaming headphones he would like. The girl there was so sweet and patient, even though they were close to closing. Thank you for helping me choose the best gift! She also offered me the warranty and explained how it worked. Very thorough!

The stick of endless games & accessories are always a great way to be greeted but so is the staff that is all to knowledgable about everything in stock along with their willingness to assist one in the decision making. If you cant find a game then they are willing to order it for a later pick up. The store is always clean & easy to navigate as well. Prices are fair for the most part & this is what makes it easy to return here every single time.

Drove 35 minutes to try and catch the store before closing because I was told by a store associate they had an Nintendo switch in stock, just to get there an be told that they cant sell the ones in the store because they are on lay away already ........ poor customer service

Even though the gaming system we bought didnt work, the customer service was excellent! They went out of there way to take care of us and made us feel like valued customers. Will definitely return to that location for our gaming needs.

Ive had nothing but problems with this store. Wont be doing any repeat business with this location. Soldme a broken new Xbox Elite controller and the overal customer service is a disappointment.

Awesome place! Cool people with amazing attitudes. They are always consistent and know how to take care of their customers. The asian guy who works there, is very funny and has a goofy but loving personality. The guy who calls himself the mexican hokage is such a riot, he has an amazing attitude!

I was really dissapointed with their used games cause is actually cheaper to buy them online and new games.

Tim delivered outstanding customer service during my trip on 4/2/15. There were several of us waiting in line to pre-order Amiibos and despite the computer systems crashing from Gamestops all over the country trying to preorder at the same time, Tim went out of his way to help us out. He even had 3 computers going at once, trying to get customers orders in quickly before they sold out. Although I didnt get everything that I wanted in time, Tim was the reason I was able to leave with at least some of the Amiibos that I wanted.
