Bought a new Iphone from Landon Gray and he was very professional and easy to work with. Previously had had a horrible experience at the Verizon Corporate Store on Stratford Road. The saleswoman there had no interest whatsoever in helping us. Landon is at the store on Jonestown Road.

I was interested in switching carriers and upgrading our phones for my family. I thought the process would be difficult. It wasnt Mike Mcclain walked me through the process step by step. He answered all my questions and always looked out for my familys best interests. Mike was very patient as we investigated various options and answered all our questions. I never felt like was being sold a product.We finally upgraded all five phones. This was no easy task with one daughter out of the country and my wife traveling for work. Mike made the whole process easy. He provided great customer service. I highly recommend the Verizon on Robinhood Road for their friendly customer service.

I wish verizon would have deals for long time customers. Been with Verizon over 10 years. My phone that I havent even finished paying for so just over a year old stopped connecting to anything Bluetooth, was told it was the phone. I didnt have the insurance so im just SOL. Have to pay almost $300.00 to get another phone and my bill will go up. That $ deal you might have seen for old customers and new customers worthless if they never have the phones in stock.

My salesman, Landon--at the Jonestown store--is great! Others at that location are friendly as well. Landon is very patient and worked with me for, literally hours, helping me set up my new phone from my much too customized old one 😁🤣. If he isnt familiar with something, he will ask others who are so that he gets its correct, rather than taking the chance of messing something up. Great guy!

Very positive experience at this store despite a break in early that morning. Our sales rep John Seats could have easily been distracted by all the commotion with law enforcement and clean up crew, but he gave us his undivided attention. He was very patient with us and answered our many questions since we aren’t very tech savvy. He even helped us lower our bill which never happens! Thanks for a less stressful visit to purchase a new phone!

Mike is my sales rep and he is fantastic! He, along with several others at this store, have gone above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule to help me get my new phone set up and working. I visit the store through my work and even before I was a customer the staff was very welcoming and helpful in getting my business completed quickly. It is why I chose to get my new phone through them. They ask daily now if everything is working smoothly and are very quick to help me work out the few problems I have had. I highly recommend Mike and his colleagues for quick, efficient and personalized service.

Emelio Knox, who works at this store, is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. After coming in frantic on a Sunday, he was able to help us and was reassuring and calming. He is definitely a people person and a master at multi tasking. He is definitely an asset to this store. I was worried about customer service, but not now. I have found the Verizon store I will be visiting should I need help in the future. I will also be recommending him to my friends and family should they need help as well. We purchased 2 new phones and combined 2 lines. He was great to work with. Thank you Emelio for all your help!

I appreciate when businesses take feedback seriously so I can add a couple stars for that.Original:Bought a new phone here and the service was fine...right up until the end when I was told a breakdown of the charges. $35 phone setup fee? If they had told me that service was going to cost money, I would have politely declined but he just started doing it so i figured it was good customer service. Nope. I mean the entire process took about 1 minute to connect the phones together and hit transfer. $35 for one minute of work is $2,100 an hour.Best part, when I asked him if I could just do the setup on my own he said, yes, but I would have to factory reset the phone. I said fine so sure enough he leans over and resets the thing.Excellent customer service would have recognized their mistake in not telling me that was going to cost me anything or asking if I even wanted that service and letting me leave with the set up phone.

My friend and I stopped to check out replacing our old phones at the Robinhood Road store. We are less tech savvy than younger customers. Tyler patiently responded by answering our questions without trying to sell us the the newest and more expensive iPhone. Tyler listened to how we use our phones and what would be suit our needs. He explained the pros and cons of the phones we were interested in and made recommendations without the “salesman’s push”!!We both left happily with our new phones. I received excellent customer service from Michael Thompson at the Sherwood Plaza location when bringing my phones over to Verizon. The process itself did not go as smoothly as we would have liked, and it was actually quite an ordeal over several days, but he was apologetic for the delays, offered solutions each step of the way to accommodate us, and communicated with me during the entire process (responded to texts, even after-hours) all the way up to my first bill just to make sure everything went smoothly and to answer questions. Thanks Michael, keep up the good work!

We recently visited this store and worked with Cid. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Our family purchased two phones and switched out the other two which can be a long drawn out process and expensive. Switched back to Verizon from another carrier. It proved to be a difficult and lengthy process. Luckily, I got [Cid Gil] as my sales rep. He made a process that wouldve taken anyone else 4hrs+ and executed it in less than half the time. He is a very hard worker, he was professional, intelligent, highly experienced, well-cultured, and has a great sense of humor. 10/10 would recommend to everyone that wants to save time and get the best service!

Terrible customer service and terrible management. My sister went into this store today to get help with her phone after it had gotten damaged. The representative was very rude and disrespectful toward her while she was trying to figure out what her options were, as was the manager. The attitude they spoke with was simply uncalled for. Verizon service is decent, however I would recommend visiting a different location if you need to go into a store.

AWESOME experience. I visited to see if we could get an older LGs info transferred over to a Galaxy smart phone. Jeff and the team were amazing. They went right to work on the issues and found solutions all the way through the challenging process. I was finally sick and tired of AT&T with their horrible service and coverage. I went to the Verizon retail store on Robinhood Rd in Winston Salem, NC to make the switch. The sales account manager ANDREW RIBLE was SUPERB. He gave me great options for wireless plans and trade in options for a new iPhone 11 (max) which absolutely rocks. I was originally looking for a new plan for myself but I went ahead and switched my wife and two of my teenage kids to Verizon (from AT&T and Straight Talk). I overall have a lower monthly payment, superior service and coverage. Trade in (iPhone6) with prepaid gift card made the iPhone 11 only $8/75/month for 24 months. If you are seriously considering switching, dont wait 20 years like I did. Took me this long because I cant stand sales people. But Andrew is different. More helpful than any sales associates Ive ever dealt with. Make the switch, make an appointment with Andrew Rible ASAP and he will take great care of you.

Very highly recomment this store!. John, at this branch solved an ongoing problem with a defective replacement phone in 15 mins. None of the sales reps or the manager of the branch where i purchased the original phone were willing to assist me in procuring a 2nd replacement. I got replacement #2 two days later. I went through a turbulent week of inability to contact my family & friends because my phone broke. We were referred first from here to Best Buy, then the Apple Store, then Asurion, then finally back to Verizon to solve our issue. Two employees here, Tyler & James were the only two people to help us in our roundabout through a system of dread. They were set on helping us and they did everything in their power to do so. They were IMMENSELY pleasant, kind, and cooperative throughout our visit, and they were just as helpful. Flawless service throughout our endeavors. Much appreciated.

Great service and support from Andrew at the Robinhood Rd Verizon store. After a horrible experience in the Clemmons store (waited on by an extremely condescending salesman) I was very hesitant to enter a store but wow, what a great experience with Andrew. He took his time explaining phone options to my son and me and helped us make an informed decision on the best phone to suit our needs. He did not drive his own agenda and lieu of his own commission his only concern was providing us with the best service when purchasing a new phone.

If you enjoy having your information stolen, this is the place for you! Since I got my phone in January, I have had about five accounts compromised, including two Facebook accounts, a Netflix account, and now my iCloud, which I created at the store with my agent and have not even written down in my notes. I am unable to use iMessage or download apps and am now on hold with Apple support instead of working. I would love to get the email of the manager so that I may continue with more detail about what has transpired here. To summarize, if you value your privacy, USE ANOTHER VERIZON STORE.

After making a purchase at another Verizon retailer that had no selection for cases or screen protectors for the Pixel 3 I called this location. When I arrived the sales guy had it all laid out and ready. I was there for a total of maybe 5 minutes. Best service out of the 3 locations I visited!

Not a word about how he appreciated my business and I have 5 lines. He was a complete jerk. Im sure what he said about Verizon coverage was true, but I deserved better treatment. Yesterday I came into this Verizon store and met with a young man Colby he helped me to locate my missing cell phone but we later determined it had probably been stolen. He came today his day off and helped me get a new cell phone set everything up and answered all of my questions. It was a rainy Sunday afternoon I went into the store with a problem that was nothing to do with Verizon and when all the road. Appears I had been sold the wrong glass protection for my Samsung S9 and fed a pack of lies by the corporate store. However one of the sales managers by the name of garret went the extra mile helping me to put on the correct glass even though I did not purchase it from him and offered to help me with any further problems that I had. I will not go back to corporate I will go to Robin hood road. They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond. I am 1 that believes that actions speak louder than words and they proved that.

The lady helping me not only helped me upgrade my son who is out of state but she provided me with a shipping label to send it to him for free.
