Uneducated about setting up new costumers.. I transferring my service to boost and end up paying over $300 for 3 phones and didnt receive phone case or protecter for screen after i conplained about having to pay $48.00 in sales taxes that they refuse to show me how they got all that.. Transferred my number so now my carrier doesnt have it anymore so now i have no choice to pay it. NEVER GO TO THE STORE ON PETERS CREEK PKWY

Understaffed, let three intoxicated people barge in front of us when he was helping me with my phone. We finally just left. Weve been to several locations are staff are rude and very unhelpful.

Went in to get my bill straightened out and paid and when talking to the employee and telling her what I needed done, she acted like she had no clue what was going on or how to handle anything. She also had a bit of an attitude like I was interrupting her or something. The store wasnt neat or even organized and the employees acted like they hated their job. I love my Boost service but I will definitely find a different location to pay my bill from now on.

Boost texted me a special, if I paid my monthly Bill early that I would get two months of unlimited data service. I did and it didnt happen and went to this location. Tell them to pull up my account. The young lady takes my phone while the man is on the computer looking at my account. She is going though my phone looking at my pictures and all my back info. on my phone and shows the man and starts laughing at me in my face. First I have nothing to hide, but it is none of her business what I have on my phone. Dont hand them your phone, because once you give your phone number they have everything they need on their computer system. This is a busy body big nose little 👧 girl!!!! Wasnt able to help me at all, called boost mobile and after three phone calls and two hours, first they said I didnt make the early payment on time and wasnt going to back up What I had paid for, I told them that the Credit Union could show that I did pay before the last date of the special. Then and only then did they add the two months of unlimited data service to my phone. More of a headache than it was worth, and dont hand your phone over unless you just have too, because the little girl will go though your phone to look at your personal business. I will go to the store only if I have to and just pay online. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! February 6-2019 6:00 p.m. needed help with a problem with my phone and again as always, horrible service and handed my phone back to me with finger prints all over the screen, I said you need to clean my phone, did clean it but had to take it in the back to wipe it off? Been with this company for over 6 years now, going to find another phone service, my wife is leaving to and shes been with them longer than me. They can sell phones, take payments and thats all they can do, if you have a problem with your phone its best you try to fix it yourself. When you take your phone in with a problem, why do they have to take your phone in the back and then come out of the back room and tell you they cant help you and wants to always sell you a new phone? Very poor customer service has no ideal what they are doing, the first two years great customer service and 4 yrs later have no clue where their at and cant do nothing but sell you a new phone. THIS IS B.S.!!!!

Okay customer service, but horrible cell phone service! I cant get 4G LTE anywhere. My phone hardly picks up ever. Idk what I am paying for. I will be switching back to metro here soon. I will never get boost again.

Slow and uneducated staff...staff has poor customer service ....do not know how to multitask....had me waiting an hour just to pay my bill....did not speak to me when I came in....asked did what IPhones they have she replies what you looking for I tolled her she said we dont carry those....thats why I asked her when I came in what IPhones did the carry so I know....just should have answered my question when I walked in .....she knew they only cared certain ones....she act like the carried them all when she asked me what was I looking for or she could get it...I would not recommend no one to this store ....this store make boost Mobile look BAD!!!!!!!
