Julian contacted me when I was selling my iPhone on Marketplace. I was skeptical at first but once I looked up the review I could see A4Repairs was a legitimate business AND had great reviews. I took my phone in to sell it to the business and I can see why! Julian was up front about their process before I made the drive there. The process was easy and seamless and fairly quick. I got a great price for my iPhone 7 and I didn’t have to deal with sketchy buyers on the Internet. Now that I know this place is here, I would definitely use them for other needs as well!

After a serious drop on concrete in the garage (ouch!), where no other shops in the Triad would take the time to find a replacement screen for my Blackberry Key2, or spent a week looking for the replacement unsuccessfully, Appetite4Repairs found one in minutes when I called in. The part was ordered and installed quickly. Also a 2nd repair involving water damage was attended to as soon as I arrived and some remaining issues from the drop were diagnosed quickly. When the problem (motherboard damage) required I send the phone back to the manufacturer (Blackberry doesnt make boards available to outside techs), Julian still tried to help me find a phone to use temporarily even though I wasnt able to have him work on the additional repair. Both repairs he did were fast and reasonably priced. And a pleasant cheerful and helpful tech as well made the process less painful for me. I would not hesitate to bring my phone or other devices to him for any additional repair needs.

My iPhone X blew, completely went black. I lost contacts and over 1500 pictures, including recent birthday and vacation pics. I was sick. Julian worked diligently and gave me several options to repair my phone or retrieve my data. He got the job done!

The actual work is satisfactory, but... a week is too long to be without a phone when the repair is supposed to take less than an hour.When I went in initially, the owner was out for no apparent reason. I had to wait in the hall for 15 minutes or so before I could even go into the storefront. The part for my phone wasnt in stock (its an old model) and took a few days to get there, which is fine. But then the owner came down with the flu and had the shop closed for 4 days in a row, more than half of which with no explanation. After I complained, he did arrange someone to man the store for an hour the next afternoon so I could get my phone back, but still- something should have been done well before I complained, or there should have at least been some communication so I didnt waste my time and gas repeatedly driving to a closed store.

Best prices in town and it only took 15 minutes! Shawn helped us out, he was very friendly and professional. Brought my iPhone in for screen repair. was given 2 defective screens and charged 85 dollars. after 5 minutes of using my phone my screen blacked out. he worked on my phone for about 2-3 hours total.i was also given my screen back and told that my refund would return to my card which was September 8 and i have still not received my refund after calling everyday. he told me my refund would be sent within 3-5 business days today is the 15th. i would recommend others to spend their hard earned money there.
