I went in because I thought I had cracked my phones screen. The man working said I had only cracked the screen protector and I just needed to replace that. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didnt play on my ignorance to try and upsell me a new screen or new phone. I was impressed by his honesty.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and they take their time with their customers. Two workers... I forgot their names... but a young fellow, dark hair, with glasses... I want to say his name is Owen... 🤦🏾‍♀️oh Lord, charge it to my head... but him and the young lady... with dark hair as well, made our switch from Verizon to Cricket so easy!! And I will soon be an iPhone user 😉 thanks to them both giving me helpful info on the iPhone!! Keep up the good work guys!! Ill be in soon to see you two📱!!

They have a friendly and bilingual staff. My uncle and neighbors come to this store and they like the service that cricket provides them. They have even gotten phones from here. We think that the cases and screen protectors are a little pricey, but nothing out of normal. All phone service stores are like that. Others even more pricey. Overall we are satisfied. Only wish there wasnt an activation fee.

Kind quality service in timely manner

Vanessa and Kevin are amazing! Cricket corporate screwed up but they fixed the issue and they didnt stop helping us until it was solved.. they went above and beyond! I will only go to this store no other because of them! Great people

I came to upgrade my phone today. The two people who attempted to assist me were not very helpful. When I asked about certain phones that were in my price range, I got Its okay as a response. The woman attended seemed to not know anything about the phones that were displayed other than their batter life. When I finally chose a phone, rhe young man that rang me up explained nothing to me about the phone, nor did he inform me about whether or not I had to transfer over my old SIM card or how to transfer my contacts and such. Thankfully I knew how to figure this out, but it shouldnt be expected of me as a customer.
